Introduction
1
The Bluetooth BBQ Thermometer (hereinafter referred to as
GrillNow Touch) is a kind of bluetooth temperature measurement
product for family cooking and outside barbecuing.
Inside your GrillNow Touch box, you will find:
1pc GrillNow Touch device
1pcs stainless steel temperature probe
3pcs AA alkaline batteries
1pc User Manual
Please visit the App Store or Google Play Store to download
the free GrillNow Touch App.
Just insert the probe into the food you'd like to monitor, the free
app will let you know the temperature progression or time of your
food. GrillNow Touch will make grilling easier, more convenient.
To order to use GrillNow Touch correctly, please be sure to read
this manual carefully before operating. Please also be sure to
store this manual for future reference.

1- °C&°F conversion button
NOTE:
Short press to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
❷ °C&°F conversion can ONLY be done on the device.
2- Power button
NOTE:
Turn on/off GrillNow Touch device by pressing and holding
the power button for 3 seconds.
❷ You will hear a beep and see the Bluetooth signal flashing.
（This indicates your GrillNow Touch hasn't connected to
the App）

Quick Start Instructions
1) Download the GrillNow Touch App
from the App Store or Google Play Store,
install it.
2) Upload 3pcs AA batteries into
GrillNow Touch device.
NOTE:
A beep from the GrillNow Touch device indicates that the
batteries are inserted correctly and device will be turned on
automatically.
3) Plug the temperature probes
into probe slot.
4) Launch GrillNow Touch App and turn on Bluetooth on your
phone. Pair with your GrillNow Touch device.
5) In GrillNow Touch App, select different meat alarm
temperature or customize the alarm temperature.
6) Insert the probes into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding
touching bone.
NOTE: ❶
Be sure to insert the probe into at least 3 cm deep.
❷Do not place the probe directly on fire or near the grill for an
extended period of time.

GrillNow Touch App
Download the App from App Store or Google Play Store,
named GrillNow Touch.
Download&Install App
NOTE: ❶
An icon （GrillNow Touch）will appear on your device
after installing the App.
The following screen will be seen when you open
GrillNow Touch App.

Click icon Grill now
Click button to enter test mode. You can review and
test all functions of app, but it can’t receive the real
temperature value.
Press to exit the test mode.

Connecting
Insert the probes into the probe slots&turn on the device,
the bluetooth signal will flash.
Launch GrillNow Touch App and click Scan button to
search the device.
The following screen will be seen when the APP searched
the device.

Click the name ‘GrillNow Touch’ to connect the app and
device,as below:

The Bluetooth signal on device will stop flashing once
connected successfully. The App will enter HOME interface
automatically.

2, If the pobe haven't been inserted into the probe slots correctly,
a warning will be shown, as below:

3,Press to break the connection. A beep will be hear from the
device.The App returns to the initial interface.
NOTE: ❶
1,If the probe have been inserted into the probe slot
correctly, one temperature values P1 will be shown,
as below:

1-Click the current temperature value to enter temperature
alarm setting;
2-Click icon to choose food. Eight meat can be chosen;
3-Click icon to choose the doneness and target
temperature.
NOTE:
The target temperature&meat will be shown on the top right
corner after setting.
Also you can click the current temperature to check.

Click “Timer”to enter into Timer setting interface
Step 2: slide your finger on the edge of the clock, cooking
time will be shown in the center of the clock.
Step 3: Click START (which will turn into STOP
after click) to start the time, when time run out, alarm will be
triggered.

Troubleshooting
Q1- difficulty in pairing my GrillNow Touch device with app.
1)Turn bluetooth of your phone off.
2)Shut your phone down.
3)Turn on your phone&bluetooth again.
4)To improve the strength of your bluetooth signal,
please upload 3pcs totally new batteries into device.
5)Launch the GrillNow Touch app to pair.
Q2- difficulty in receiving alarm while maintaining
GrillNow Touch functionality.
1)Although App can run/sync in the background of
Apple IOS system/Android system, the bluetooth
connection is not active all the time. To keep the
App active while running in the background,
please tap on the HOME interface or launch the
App again when you’re on a call or other applications.
You will be able to monitor your food while you are
talking or playing games.

Notes
The probe is sharp, please keep safety when you use.
The probe should be stored out of the reach of children
after use. This device is not be used by children or persons
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction.
Be sure to switch the device off after use to save power
consumption. Please remove the batteries from the device
when the device is not in use for extended periods.
Please use a damp cloth to clean the probes and dry cloth
to keep it dry. Please keep the probes in a dry place.
Please dispose the waste batteries properly.
