Special conditions for warranty service of air
conditioning units
This warranty does not cover the defects of the
product's operation in case is the Buyer on his own
discretion (with no respect of appropriate information
of the Seller) chose and purchased an air conditioner of
proper quality but not intended for the premises it was
later installed in by the Buyer.
Dear customer! We hereby remind that improper
mounting of air conditioning units may lead their
improper operation and, consequently, failure of the
product. Mounting of this equipment should be
compliant with the document of Sanitary Engineering
Department NOSTROY 25 'MOUNTING AND
ADJUSTMENT OF EVAPORATING COMPRESSOR-
CONDENSING UNITS OF HOUSEHOLD AIR
CONDITIONING SYSTEMS IN BUILDINGS AND
CONSTRUCTIONS'. The mounting company is liable for
the installation works and the subsequent defects in
the product's operation. The manufacturer (Seller) is
entitled to reject the warranty for a product assembled
and commissioned in violation of the standards and
instructions.
Special conditions for warranty service of water
heating units
This warranty is not granted if faults of water heating
devices were caused by: freezing or at least one-time
excess of the maximal allowable pressure specified on
the nameplate with the technical specifications of the
device; operation without protection devices or with
the devices not complying with the technical
specifications of water heating units; use of corrosion-
active water; corrosion from electrical-chemical
reaction, untimely
technical maintenance of the water heating units
according to the Operation Manual, including: non-
observance of the frequency and terms of technical
maintenance provided by the instruction in the amount
also specified in the instruction).
Special conditions of air conditioning units operation
This warranty is not granted if by the request/desire of

consequences related to the use of the purchased air
conditioning unit(s) without an approved mounting
layout and permits of the appropriate authorities.
Operational features of air humidifiers, air cleaners
and dryers
1. The original water-softening filter-cartridge
(patented) should be mandatory for ultra-sound air
humidifiers. Main water without preliminary
treatment or purification is recommended for use
if filter-cartridge is available. The service life of the
filter-cartridge depends on the hardness of the
used water and can be unpredictably reduced; as a
result, white sediments may occur around the
humidifier and on its membrane (this sediment
may withstand even the cleaning brush applied to
the air humidifier). To reduce possibility of such
sediment the filter-cartridge requires periodical
timely replacement. Due to filters resource
workout, moisture output of the air humidifiers
may be reduced which requires regular periodical
replacement of the filters according to the
Operation Manual. The Seller, the company
authorized by the manufacturer, the Importer and
the Manufacturer bear no liability for the
malfunctions of air humidifiers specified in this
clause or whatever damage; this warranty does not
cover such malfunctions of the air humidifiers.
When operating air humidifiers it is recommended
to use

only the original (patented) accessories of the
manufacturer.
2. Prior to operation of the air cleaner remove the
filters from the package. Do not install the air
cleaner in an air flow (in draft, in front of the fan,
etc.) to provide normal distribution of the
cleaned air within the volume of the premises.
Filter damage may cause decrease of air cleaning
efficiency. Dust accumulated on the filter can be
carefully removed using the vacuum cleaner. It is
not allowed to wash the filter of the air cleaner
with water.
3. During operation of the air dryer, to avoid water
leaks and noise, place the device on a flat surface.
Close the doors and windows of the treated
premises to provide efficient drying. Be careful
when moving the device: do not shock, tilt the
device and avoid its falling. Before switching the
device on ensure the condenser tank is installed
correctly.
Special features of liquid fuel heaters operation.
Operation of liquid fuel heaters should be
performed by adult persons familiar with the
Operation Manual. It is forbidden to operate
unattended heaters and access of unauthorized
persons to them. During operation of the heaters
stable ventilation of the heated premises should
be provided; there should be no flammable or
explosive materials in any state. The volume of
the heated premises should not exceed capacity
of the heaters. The fuel and parameters of the
electrical mains should comply with the
manufacturer's requirements. Check the
condition of the power cable and tightness of the
fuel system prior to each switching the heaters
on.
Air conditioner care checklist:
1. Once in 2 weeks (more often at intensive
operation) check the air filters in the internal
block for clogging (see Operation Manual). The
protective properties of these filters are based on
electrostatic effect; therefore, even at an
insignificant contamination this filter stops to
perform its functions.
2. Routine maintenance is required once a year; it is
to include cleaning the heat exchangers of both
the internal, and external units from dust and
dirt, pressure check within the system, diagnosis
of all the electronic components of the air
conditioner, cleaning of the drain system. This
procedure will prevent faults and provide reliable
performance of your air conditioner.
3. Once a year (better in spring), if necessary, clean
the heat exchanger of the external
unit and check the operation of the air conditioner
in all modes. This will provide stable operation of
your air conditioner.
4. It should be noted that there is a number of
peculiarities of using the air conditioner in winter. At
the lowest temperatures: from -10°С and below - for
the air conditioners of not invertor type and from -
15°С and below for the air conditioners of invertor
type, it is recommended to use them only in the
ventilation mode. Starting of the conditioner in the
cooling or heating modes may lead to failures or
damage of the compressor. If the ambient
temperature is negative, and the condensate (water
from the internal unit) is drained outdoors, the
water can be frozen in the drainage system and,
consequently, the condensate will flow out of the
internal unit tray into the premises.
