as you see fit.
Bearing replacement instructions
For a complete bearing replacement you will need the following fully sealed bearings:
4 x 6001 2RS (for upper link pivots)
2 x 6001 2RS (for chainstay pivots)
2 x 6202 2RS (for pivot above BB)
We only recommend using high quality bearings (SKF, FAG, INA)
We used these bearings as they are very easy and cheap to source from any bearing
shop. But they are also available from our distributors as a kit.
Tools needed:
- One 6mm Allen key
- Two 5mm Allen keys
- One 4mm Allen key
- Torque wrench
- Grease
- Blue Loctite
- Sliding rail bearing puller
- Bearing press
- Rubber mallet (optional)
