GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible
conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and
caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator. Read
carefully and understand all instructions before operating. Failure to follow the safety rules and other basic
safety precautions may result in serious personal injury.
NEVER leave the popper unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children.
Check to be sure the handle is securely fastened to the popper before popping
Make sure the lid is securely fastened to the kettle before popping.
ALWAYS use caution when the popper is hot.
Wash your popper in mild, soapy water before and after popping to keep your popper clean.
Close the lid before popping, remove from the stove when done popping.
For household use only, do not use this popper for anything other than its intended use.
DO NOT put your face or hands near popper lid when freshly popped to avoid steam burns.
DO NOT put the popper in the microwave oven.
DO NOT put the popper in the dishwasher, wash by hand only.
DO NOT pop popcorn in the popper without cooking oil. Spray oils are NOT sufcient for use with the
popper.
DO NOT use the popper when there is water in the popper. Doing so will cause the oil to pop.
DO NOT use sugar or cheese as these may burn or explode when heated to high temperature.
DO NOT set an empty popper on a heated stove, doing so can cause damage to the popper.
DO NOT EVER use water to put out an oil re; use a re extinguisher or use baking soda instead.
NEVER allow children to use the popper.
