1. Safety Measures
Permit to work is issued to the qualified personnel that have had safety briefing
for operation with electric equipment and whose qualification level for working
with electrical installations up to 1.000V is not lower than 1st level.
Attention: When conducting tests people shall avoid any hanging jewelry or
pieces of clothes (for example, a tie or a loose gown) that may get caught by the
moving parts of the counter. Long hair shall be picked up.
Attention: to avoid electric shock or any injury, take the below-mentioned
measures of precaution:
1.1. Avoid any contact of the switched on counter with your wet hands or other
parts of the body.
1.2. Use a socket connector with a protective earth contact (PE) to connect the
counter to the power network.
1.3. Avoid getting of liquids and foreign objects into the product.
1.4. Avoid any mechanical impact on the counter case.
1.5. Avoid keeping your hands and other parts of the body within the zone of
the product moving parts.
1.6. Unplug the counter after work completion.
1.7. If the counter is not used for a long time, its power switch shall be in the
‘O’

I. FUNCTION KEYS ON THE FRONT PANEL
Press the key to choose the counting mode include MIXED,
SINGLE and COUNT modes.
Press the key and the display will show:
Press the 10 numeric batch keys from 0 to 9 to set the batch
number. And the batch function will be ON. Press the key to
clear the batch number and the batch area will show 0, and the
batch function will be OFF.
Press the key to read the counting result, and the display
will show:

Press the key to choose the current counting currency. To
get to the second currency screen press “0”, then select a
number:
And the display will show:
Press the corresponding number to choose the currency and exit.
Please note the machine also provides AUTO.C and MIX.C modes in the
currency selection and their functions are:

AUTO.C -- automatically recognize the currency and
the denomination of first banknotes to be counted, and
all the different banknotes will go to the reject pocket.
MIX.C -- mixed currency counting, i.e. the machine will
recognize and count all the currency and denomination
of the banknotes.
Presses the key to enter confirm the selection and exit from the
corresponding interface. And also press the key after the
counting process to print the counting result.
Press the key to start the machine and to exit without
saving the change.
Press the key to enter the setting menu of the machine as
below:
Please note that you’ll need PIN to enter the service menu.

Press the key to change the counting speed of the
machine, when the batch function is off.
When the batch function is off, press the key to turn
on/off the manual/auto counting.

When the batch function is off, press the key to turn
on/off the adding function.
When the batch function is off, press the key to clear
the count result back to 0.
II. MAINTENANCE
A. The machine should be operated in the room, avoiding strong
light and the interference of the strong electromagnetic
interference.
B. Make sure that all the rollers in the machine away from any oily
stuff, or the friction of the rollers will be affected, which directly
leads to inaccurate counting.
C. When conducting the maintenance and cleaning to the
transmission paths, please slowly close the upper mechanism or
the back transmission fender, and make sure everything’s in
position, then press down the twist lock in position with force.
D. A thorough cleaning of the dust in the feeding paths needs to be
conducted every week.

III. HOW TO CHECK THE IMAGE DATA AND SAVE THE
DATA
*Choose to save the image data or the MG signal data of the banknotes.

IV. THE UPGRADE OF THE MACHINE
* Plug the U disk (with the update software in the root directory) to the U port of
the machine in the front, and then turn on the machine.
* Please turn off the machine, unplug the U disk and then turn on the machine
again.
