
1. Safety Measures
Permit to work is issued to the qualified personnel that have had safety briefing
for operation with electric equipment and whose qualification level for working
with electrical installations up to 1.000V is not lower than 1st level.
Attention: When conducting tests people shall avoid any hanging jewelry or
pieces of clothes (for example, a tie or a loose gown) that may get caught by the
moving parts of the counter. Long hair shall be picked up.
Attention: to avoid electric shock or any injury, take the below-mentioned
measures of precaution:
1.1. Avoid any contact of the switched on counter with your wet hands or other
parts of the body.
1.2. Use a socket connector with a protective earth contact (PE) to connect the
counter to the power network.
1.3. Avoid getting of liquids and foreign objects into the product.
1.4. Avoid any mechanical impact on the counter case.
1.5. Avoid keeping your hands and other parts of the body within the zone of
the product moving parts.
1.6. Unplug the counter after work completion.
1.7. If the counter is not used for a long time, its power switch shall be in the
