OIL SEPARATOR KIT

SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED:
INSTALL TIME: Approximately 1 hour.
DIFFICULTY: Easy.
When Installing make sure that the hose
for the draw side installs with the ow
arrows on the top of oil separator cap.
Every Kit includes a universal length of hose
(cut to length as required) along with 2 universal
90 degree ttings for installation.

To install the O-ring mounting bracket -
Remove Oil Separator Cap and remove
the rubber O ring as shown.

This BBK Universal Oil Separator Kit can be installed and used on many dierent car and truck applications with the supplied BBK universal mounting bracket.
This bracket has dierent hole placements for mounting the oil separator in various locations on a vehicle.
Place bracket onto the Oil Separator canister
top then re- install the O-ring as shown.

Place Screen back into the Oil Separator cap –
Do not completely tighten so the bracket can be rotated for
mounting with the universal bracket.

Reinstall the cap
and note the ow
direction arrows
– The Arrows
MUST point in the
direction of the
Draw Side.
