 BeautyRelax EYEPEN RF is a device from the category of cosmetic

devices that are designed for non-invasive skin treatment. This

means that no part of the application head physically penetrates

below the top layer of the skin. The device is not a medical device.

 Non-invasive use is a prerequisite for the use of the device in home

conditions by the average user. Operation of the device does not

components is ensured.

 The treatment is always associated with a clear conductive gel. It can

be purchased at any pharmacy or health supply store. It costs a few

tens of crowns. Definitely the cheapest is enough. The more

expensive the better. The main purpose of applying a fine layer of gel

to the skin is to increase conductivity. Radiofrequency waves get a

better ability to penetrate the dermis layer, where the structure of

 Always proceed by holding the application head on the skin for a maximum of 1 to 2

seconds (stamping). Depending on the type of skin treatment, the technology always

better the result. Everyone's skin is an organ with an individual degree of sensitivity. For

some, a medium level of power may already be significantly painful, while others have no

problem with the highest power for longer treatments.

 Always clean the application head thoroughly after each treatment. The use of clear

alcohol for disinfection is ideal. Dry the applicator thoroughly at the last stage. Moisture

can cause oxidation of the applicator contacts. This will significantly increase the life of

USING SONOGEL

Before use, a thin layer of clear conductive gel

(not included) should be applied to the skin. The

application gel, called SONOGEL, can be

purchased at any medical supply store (can also

be purchased at a pharmacy). The gel is very

important for the use of the device. It forms a

necessary bonding layer between the applicator

and the skin. It is water-based. It cannot harm

HOW TO USE

1. Skin should be thoroughly washed before each use. It is ideal to time your treatment after your

bath. There should be no makeup, dirt or any cosmetic products on the skin. The skin should be

perfectly dry.

2. Apply a fine layer of clear contact gel (not included) to the area to be treated. The contact gel,

called SONOGEL, can be purchased at any medical supply store (it can also be purchased at a

pharmacy). The gel is very important for the use of the device. It forms a necessary bonding

layer between the application head and the skin. It is water-based. It cannot harm the

application head. The use of contact gel is essential. It is not recommended to use the device

without a binding agent between the skin and the applicator.

3. To switch on the device, long press the ON/OFF button. Device will start working immediately

after switching on. The application head generates the following technologies:

HOW TO USE DEVICE - NOTES

1. Treat a selected part of the face one by one. Always proceed by holding the application head

on the skin for a maximum of 1 to 2 seconds (stamping). Start at the lowest intensity setting.

You can gradually increase the intensity according to your feeling. The skin treatment should

never be unbearably painful. Try to adjust the length of contact between the applicator and

the skin accordingly. Acceptable sensations are only gentle tingling to light pinching.

2. At higher power, the surface of the application head may reach higher temperatures than at

lower power. If the temperature of the applicator head reaches a high temperature while the

unit is in use, turn off the unit and allow the applicator head to cool down. Continue the skin

treatment at a later time. Heating of the applicator head is not a malfunction. It is a side effect

of the radiofrequency.

3. When using the device, always ensure that the application head (all 4 contact surfaces) is in full

contact with the skin. This way the skin treatment will be as effective as possible.

4. You can alternate between different levels of radiofrequency intensity during a single skin

treatment. Try to focus on the most problematic areas (fine lines on the forehead, crow's feet

around the eyes, expression lines, contouring, neck lines, etc.). Use lower power on areas of

thin, sensitive skin. Use higher power on areas with a higher fat layer.

5. Please note: Always keep the low level on when first coming into contact with skin. Apply the

applicator to the part of the face where there is more subcutaneous fat. You can gradually add

more to the strength. However, it always depends on your subjective feeling. If the treatment

is already uncomfortable to slightly painful, adjust back to the lowest level, shorten the contact

time between the applicator and the skin or stop the treatment.

6. Tip: The treated area should ideally be free of strong hairs. This will improve the movement of

the application head over the skin. The radiofrequency waves will have a better opportunity to

penetrate the subcutaneous tissue.

7. Recommendation: do not expose the treated skin to hot water for at least 3 days. The skin is

still undergoing a recovery process after the treatment and hot water (or a stay in the sauna)

can unnecessarily irritate the skin even more. The skin heats up when using the device. If it

feels too warm, take a break and let your skin cool down.

8. After you have finished using the device, wipe the sonogel off your skin. If necessary, use a

cream or spray to moisturize your skin. Your skin will regenerate while you sleep. Hydration

will contribute significantly to faster skin recovery.

What is the reason for cleaning/disinfecting the application head?

How often can I use the device?

It always depends on the intensity of the skin you are treating. It is important to remember that

when using higher power, the skin needs some time to recover slightly. The device dries the skin

slightly. It is best to use a moisturiser or ointment after each application to keep the skin hydrated.

How long should an individual skin treatment take?

The recommended length of an individual treatment ranges from 10 to 15 minutes.

Are there any contraindications? (situations where the device cannot be used)

The BeautyRelax EYEPEN RF is designed for all skin types without age limitation. The device should

not be used if the user suffers from a serious skin condition. See the list of contraindications in the

Is the device a medical device?

No, it's not. The device is not used for the treatment of serious skin diseases. The device does NOT

What should I do if the battery loses capacity after a long period of time?

disinfection process of the applicator head is followed after each treatment, multiple people can use

the device.

What cosmetic products should I combine during BeautyRelax EYEPEN RF treatment?

During the treatment itself, it is recommended to use classic clear sonogel. When using cosmetic

products or serums of a different composition, the treatment in combination with radiofrequency

may cause an allergic reaction on the skin if your skin is more sensitive. The use of cosmetic products

is ideal after the treatment when the skin needs to be sufficiently moisturized.

What parts of the body can be treated with the device?

The device is designed for the treatment of the face, neck and possibly the décolleté.

BATTERY CHARGING

The device has a built-in rechargeable battery with a capacity of 500mAh.

Note: Do not connect the charging cable to a 220V mains adapter. This could damage the battery

and void the warranty. Use only the USB port of your computer or laptop as a power source.

Charging procedure:

1. For charging, use only the power cord included in the package.

2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the cosmetic device.

3. Connect the other end to a USB port on your computer or laptop.

4. The charging progress is indicated by a flashing battery icon on the display.

5. Once the charging process is complete, the battery icon on the display will stop flashing.

6. Charging time may vary depending on the battery status.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always ensure that the application head is cleaned after the treatment is completed. Do not use any

aggressive cleaning agents. We recommend the use of special disinfectant sprays, which are

commonly used in e.g. healthcare or beauty salons for cleaning device. Normal plain alcohol will also

suffice. Moisture must NEVER penetrate directly into the device. It is advisable to remove the

application head from the device before cleaning. A cotton swab or dry cloth is ideal for cleaning. No

residue of gel, cosmetic cream or serum should remain on the applicator before using the device

again. Finally, always check that the applicator head is completely dry. Never use any sharp objects

that could damage the surface of the applicator head. This could damage the contact surface of the

head.
