Cabinet end panel
Please lay left cabinet end panel (1) on
a flat protected surface with holes
facing up. Screw the hardware pins
(14) in the holes shown. Insert the
screw cams (13) into the holes with
arrows pointing to the top of the unit.
Make sure to push the screw cams
(13) all the way in by gently tapping
them in with a hammer.
Loosen centre screw (2) of the hinge
(10) and separate the hinge mounting
plates from the hinges. Attach hinge
plate to the cabinet end (1).
Assemble the right ca
binet end (2) in
mirror image to the left cabinet end (1).
Step 2
Fix shelf, top and bottom
Lay the top (6) on a flat protected
surface with holes facing up and
screw the hardware pins (14).
Lay the bottom (7) on a flat surface
with
holes facing up and insert the
cams (13) in holes with arrows
pointing to the side as shown. Make
sure to push the cams (13) all the way
in by gently tapping them with a
hammer.
Repeat the step for fix shelf (7).
Step 3
Inserting dowels into rails
Insert small wooden dowels (19)
into the toe rail (8) and large
wooden dowels (18) into the top
rails (9). It is recommended to use
glue prior to inserting wooden dowels
(18) and (19) into the holes
(please remove excess glue with a
damp cloth). Make sure to push the
dowels (18) and (19) all the way in
by gently taping them in with a
hammer.

Assembling fix shelf, bottom and rails to
cabinet end
With the right cabinet end (2) lying flat and
with its melamine edge facing away the
assembler, fix the toe rail (8) and top rails
(9) to the cabinet end (2). It is
recommended to insert small amount of
glue in the dowel holes prior to inserting
rails.
Attach the fix shel
f (7) with the cabinet end
making sure that the edge strip faces to the
front of the unit and cams are facing to the
bottom of the unit. Similarly, attach the
bottom (7) with the cabinet end making sure
that the edge strip faces to the front of the
unit and cams are facing to the top of the
unit. Lock in place by rotating cams (13) in
clock wise direction by 180ousing Allen Key
(20).
Step 5
Complete assembly without door
Insert small amount of glue in the
dowel holes in the left cabinet end
(1). Making sure, that, all the
hardware pins in left cabinet end
and dowels in the rails align with
the mating holes and edge strip
faces toward the front of unit,
gently press the left cabinet end
down so that it is completely
pressed up along the fix shelf,
bottom and rails (no gap). Lock the
cams (13) in position by rotating
clockwise 1800, using Allen Key
(20).

Attaching the unit top
Stand the unit upright and fit the top (6)
with edge strip facing toward the front
of the unit. Lock the cams (13) in position
by rotating in clockwise direction using
A
llen Key (20).
Fix the cover caps (21) on the cams.

Attaching the plastic glides and MDF back
Carefully, lay the unit face down on a flat
protected to avoid damaging the front
melamine edges (raw edges facing upwards).
Position the back panel against the top rear
of the unit (approximately 3 mm in from the
edges) with white side facing inward.
Ensuring cupboard is square nail (17) the
back panel into position along all edges,
taking care to avoid nails breaking through
the surface of the shelf.
While unit is laying face down, attach the four
glides (11) on the underside corners of the
cabinet end panels.

Assembling hinge to the door panel
Lay the door panel (3) on a protected surface with holes facing
up. The door panel (3) can easily be identified by large 26mm
diameter holes.
Attach hinge
s to the door panel (3) by positioning the body of
hinge in large 26mm diameter holes and secure in place using
hinge screws (12).
Repeat for RH door (4).
Step 9
Door assembly with the unit
Hold the door straight against the unit so that the screw in the
hinge plates is in line with the hole in hinge. Tighten hinge
screw 2.
Repeat for the other door.
Fix handles (16) on to the doors using handle screws (15).

Hinge adjustment
•Screw 1 is used for gap adjustment
between cabinet end and door.
•Screw 2 is used to secure hinge to
end.
•Screw 3 and 4 are used for gap
adjustment between cabinet top and
door as well as to secure hinge plate
to cabinet end.
The following instructions should be followed
to adjust hinges if the gap between the door
and cabinet end is too wide or narrow:
1. Start from the top hinge.
2. Loosen screw 2 by turning screw in
an anti-clockwise direction.
3. Now turn screw 1 in a clockwise or
anticlockwise direction depending on
which way the door needs to be
moved (the amount to turn this screw
is determined by the width of the gap
between the cabinet end and doors).
4. Tighten screw 2 by turning in a
clockwise direction.
5. Repeat these steps for the bottom hinge.
6. Repeat for the other door.
7. Check gap between cabinet door and
cabinet end (should be approx 2mm), if
not same, repeat steps 1 to 6.
To adjust the gap between cabinet top and door,
loosen screw 3 and 4 of top and bottom hinge by
turning screws in anticlockwise direction. Adjust
the gap between cabinet top and top of the door.
Once adjusted, tighten the screw 3 and 4 by
turning in clockwise direction.
