Wall Mounting the Convection Heater
STEP 1: Choose the desired position for the Convector Heater, ensuring that it is at least 1
metre away from furniture, curtains or any other flammable materials.
STEP 2: With a pencil, make two marks on the wall 418 mm apart. Use a spirit level to
guarantee that the marks are level and that they allow sufficient space between the
bottom of the Convector Heater and the floor.
STEP 3: Check that the air intake of the Convector Heater is not blocked.
STEP 4: On the underside of the Convector Heater, fit two of the wall brackets (one
left and one right) to the inner hole at the rear using two of the small screws, ensuring
that the bracket faces downwards.
STEP 5: Drill and plug the wall where the two marks have been made and then screw the other
two brackets provided into the wall, using the two large screws. Check that the left and
right brackets face inwards towards each other and that the slots on the arms of the wall
brackets face upwards.
STEP 6: Hold the Convector Heater at both sides and carefully slide it onto the wall mounted
brackets, until it slots into position on the mounting slots.
STEP 7: On the wall, mark the positions for where the lower brackets will lie against the wall,
then remove the Convector Heater from the upper brackets. Drill and plug where the
two marks have been made and then screw the brackets provided into the wall.
Using the Convection Heater
Plug Convector Heater into the mains power supply.
To operate the Convector Heater on a medium power setting (1250 W), turn on the
top switch only. To operate on a lower power setting (750 W), turn on the lower
switch only. To operate at the highest power setting (2000 W), turn on both switches
together.
The adjustable thermostat can be used to finely regulate the temperature. Turn the adjustable
thermostat clockwise to increase the heat output and anticlockwise to reduce it.
Note: The heat indicator lights for each switch will illuminate whilst the Convector Heater is
warming up and will cycle on and off during use to show that the correct temperature is
being maintained.
