Initial pairing
Step 1: Open the charging case of your earbuds, and the earbud’s
white light will begin to blink. The blue light will show once the
earbuds are ready to pair.
Step 2: On your mobile device, turn ON the Bluetooth to begin
searching for nearby devices.
NOTE: The steps in enabling your Bluetooth may vary depending
on your device’s operating system.
Step 3: When your earbuds are detected, it will show as
SOUNDFORM Freedom as a device to pair. Tap on the name
to complete the pairing.
Manual pairing
Remove the earbuds from the case. Then, press and hold the touch-
sensitive buttons on the earbuds for 3 seconds. The status light on
the earbuds will blink white and blue when they are ready to be paired.

How to perform
a factory restore
To restore the Belkin AUC002 earbuds,
place them into the charging case and
close the lid.
Step 1: Press and hold the Reset button
on the case for 10 seconds.
Step 2: The status light will begin to blink
blue/white to signify it’s restoring your
case and earbuds to factory defaults.
Step 3: When the charging case status light
stops blinking, open the case. The earbuds
will slowly blink blue to show they are
ready to pair.
Restore the case only
If you want to restore only the case, you
can follow the same steps above without
the earbuds in the case.
How to use Find My to locate your Belkin AUC002 charging case
The Belkin SOUNDFORM™ Freedom True Wireless Earbuds, AUC002 features Apple Find My™
functionality built into the charging case. If you ever misplace your case, you can use your iOS
or macOS® device and the Apple Find My to locate your earbuds’ case.
IMPORTANT: The Find My feature only works with iOS and macOS devices.
This functionality is built into the charging case only.
Step 1: Open the Apple Find My and tap on Items to view your list of Find My Items.
Tap on your headphones from the list.
Step 2: A map will show the last known location of your headphones.
There are two options available to help you locate your headphones:
Play Sound: This will play a high-pitched tone from the charging case to help you locate
the case if it is near you. The sound plays for 10 seconds each time it is pressed.
Directions: This will provide directions from your current location to the last known location
of your charging case.
How to charge the case
and the earbuds
Case: The Belkin AUC002 case can be
charged wirelessly using a standard
Qi wireless charging pad, or via the USB-C
port on the back of the case.
Earbuds: The Belkin AUC002 earbuds can
be charged by placing them in the charging
case. They can either charge directly from
the battery in the case or can be charged
while also charging the case.
