Important Instructions

Operation
USB Ports 2.4 A
Auto-Lock Button:
Press this button to lock the touch-screen. is will avoid accidentally engaging the controls aer the desired
height has been set. Press the button again to unlock the touch-screen to re-adjust the height.
Display:
e display will indicate the height of the table (inches).
When the table has reached the lowest setting the display will indicate “bot”.
When the table has reached the highest setting the display will indicate “top”.
Touch and hold one of the memory buttons (H1-H4) for 3 seconds when the table is in the desired height
position in order to set a memory height. e table will automatically return to the set height when the
corresponding memory button is touched.
Touch and hold the button to lower the table and release when it arrives at the desired height.
e table is at the lowest height setting when “bot” is displayed.
Touch and hold the button to raise the table and release when it arrives at the desired height.
e table is at the highest height setting when “top” is displayed.
USB Ports:
ere are 3 USB ports suitable for charging devices with 2.4A charging power requirement (or lower).
e USB ports will pause charging temporarily when the height of the table is being adjusted and the motor is
in use.

Problem Root Cause Corrective Action
Display indicates E1 e motor has overheated. Unplug the power cord and re-plug aer 5 minutes.
Display indicates E2
e top load is too heavy. Reduce the top load to a maximum of 45.4 kg (100 lbs).
e motor is stuck.
Visually inspect whether there are any foreign materials or
objects obstructing the motor and/or its sha.
Unplug the power cord for 5 minutes and then plug in again.
Display indicates E3 e motor is not powered.
Unplug the unit and visually inspect whether there are any loose
electrical connections between the power cord to the adaptor, or
from the adaptor to the motor.
Unplug the power cord for 5 minutes and then plug in again.
Display indicates E4 Motor voltage is too low.
Ensure that the power adapter is the same as supplied with the
table according to the specications described on page 4.
Unplug the power cord for 5 minutes and then plug in again.
Troubleshooting
Press H1 for 3 seconds to set up the memory height

Care and Maintenance
• Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.
• Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an inconspicuous area.
• Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish.
• Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
• Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.
• Liquid spills should be removed immediately, as it may damage the furniture. Use a soft, clean cloth and blot the
spill gently. Avoid rubbing.
• Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may create spotting
within the furniture.
