Regole fondamentali di sicurezza
Ricordiamo che l’utilizzo di prodotti che impiegano energia elettrica ed acqua comporta l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali di
sicurezza quali:
Dopo aver tolto l’imballo assicurarsi dell’integrità e della
completezza della fornitura ed in caso di non risponden-
za, rivolgersi all’Agenzia che ha venduto l’apparecchio.
L’installazione del bollitore BV deve essere effettuata da
impresa abilitata ai sensi della Legge 5 Marzo 1990 n° 46
che a fine lavoro rilasci al proprietario la dichiarazione di
conformità di installazione realizzata a regola d’arte, cioè
in ottemperanza alle Norme vigenti ed alle indicazioni for-
nite dalla nel libretto di istruzione.
Il bollitore BV deve essere destinato all’uso per il quale è
stato espressamente realizzato.
È esclusa qualsiasi responsabilità contrattuale ed extra-
contrattuale del fabbricante per danni causati a persone,
animali o cose, da errori d’installazione, di regolazione, di
manutenzione e da usi impropri.
Prevedere, dove necessario, un riduttore di pressione per
l’acqua in ingresso.
È vietato l’uso del bollitore ai bambini ed alle persone ina-
bili non assistite.
È vietato toccare il bollitore se si è a piedi nudi e con parti
del corpo bagnate.
È vietato modificare i dispositivi di regolazione senza l’au-
torizzazione e le indicazioni del costruttore del bollitore.
È vietato esporre il bollitore agli agenti atmosferici perché
non è progettato per funzionare all’esterno.
Prevedere un vaso di espansione commisurato alle di-
mensioni del bollitore.
La manutenzione del bollitore deve essere eseguita alme-
no una volta l’anno.
In caso di fuoriuscite d’acqua chiudere l’alimentazione
idrica ed avvisare, con sollecitudine, il Centro Tecnico di
Assistenza oppure personale professionalmente qualifi-
cato.
Questo libretto è parte integrante dell’apparecchio e di
conseguenza deve essere conservato con cura e do-
vrà SEMPRE accompagnare il bollitore anche in caso di
sua cessione ad altro proprietario o utente oppure di un
trasferimento su un altro impianto. In caso di danneggia-
mento o smarrimento richiederne un altro esemplare al
Centro Tecnico di Assistenza di Zona.
È vietato disperdere e lasciare alla portata dei bambini
il materiale dell’imballo in quanto può essere potenziale
fonte di pericolo.
È vietato l’uso di dispositivi di collegamento e sicurezza
non collaudati o non idonei all’impiego in impianti solari
(vasi di espansione, tubazioni, isolamento).
Descrizione dell’apparecchio
I bollitori ad accumulo BV 120 e BV 160 sono ideati per essere
abbinati alle caldaie murali e a basamento.
Le principali caratteristiche sono:
-
Attacchi verticali che facilitano il collegamento a colonna (cal-
daie murali) o affiancato.
-
Coibentazione in poliuretano privo di CFC per limitare le di-
spersioni riducendo i consumi.
-
Anodo di magnesio ispezionabile.
- Pozzetto porta sonda o bulbo termostato.
-
Valvola sicurezza (taratura 8 bar) con attacco laterale per vaso
di espansione.
-
Valvola di non ritorno DN20 sul ritorno del serpentino.
-
Attacco filettato per carico impianto.
- Rubinetto scarico.
La gestione della temperatura dei bollitori BV 120 e BV 160 può
avvenire tramite sonda o tramite termostato a seconda del tipo di
caldaia cui vengono abbinati.
Sono disponibili come accessori sia il kit sonda a pozzetto sia un
quadro comandi studiato per l’abbinamento a caldaie che gesti-
scono il bollitore mediante termostato.
Il quadro è corredato da:

Interruttore di spegnimento.
-
Selettore estate/inverno.
-
Termostato.
-
Termometro.
-
Spia accensione.
Per l’utilizzo del quando con alcune caldaie a basamento è ne-
cessario l’accessorio completamento elettrico bollitore.
Sono inoltre disponibili come accessori il kit collegamento sani-
tario e il kit vaso espansione sanitario.

Ricevimento del prodotto
I bollitori BV 120 e BV 160 vengono forniti in un unico collo, pro-
tetti da un sacco di nylon e da un apposito imballo reggiato su
pallet in legno.
Inserito in una busta di plastica posizionata all’interno dell’imbal-
lo viene fornito il seguente materiale:
-Libretto di istruzioni.
-Raccordo porta gomma.
-Tubetto scarico valvola sicurezza.
Movimentazione
La movimentazione del prodotto si effettua con attrezzature ade-
guate al peso dell’apparecchio.
Tagliare le regge, sfilare l’imballo e il sacco di nylon, separare il
bollitore dal pallet avendo cura di posizionarlo in modo stabile e
in modo tale da lasciare comodamente accessibili le parti dove
sono previste operazioni di manutenzione.

Installazione
Si consiglia di utilizzare gli accessori
-kit vaso espansione sanitario
- kit collegamento sanitario
appositamente studiati per una comoda e veloce installazione dei bollitori BV 120 e BV 160.
I bollitori BV 120 e BV 160 sono equipaggiati di una valvola di
sicurezza, montata sull’ingresso acqua fredda sanitaria, dotata
di una diramazione per l’attacco di un vaso espansione sanitario
(AV).

AV
Per l’utilizzo dei bollitori BV 120 e BV 160 si consiglia l’utilizzo di
un vaso di espansione sanitario da 4 litri.
Per l’installazione del vaso d’espansione svitare il tappo posto
sull’apposito attacco (AV) della valvola di sicurezza e collegare
il vaso.
Collegare la valvola di sicurezza al tubo di scarico presente a
corredo che deve essere lasciato aperto all’atmosfera e installato
in pendenza continua verso il basso.
Si consiglia di montare a monte dell’entrata acqua fredda sani-
taria (EAF) un rubinetto che permetta, in caso di necessità, di
isolare il bollitore dalla rete idrica.
I bollitori BV 120 e BV 160 sono equipaggiati con un raccordo
porta valvola di non ritorno montato sul ritorno del serpentino
(RS).
Il raccordo presenta un attacco filettato (CI) da utilizzare per il
carico impianto; svitare il tappo sull’attacco (CI) utilizzando una
chiave CH 10 e collegare il tubo per il carico impianto.

Il bulbo della sonda o del termostato e il bulbo di un eventuale
termometro devono essere inseriti nel pozzetto sonda (PS):
-Rimuovere la copertura (C) svitando le apposite viti di fissag-
gio.

- Far passare il bulbo nel pressa cavo.
-Alloggiare il bulbo nel pozzetto facendolo adagiare sul fondo.
- Ripetere la stessa operazione per il bulbo di un eventuale ter-
mometro.
-Facendo attenzione a non sollevare il bulbo dal fondo del poz-
zetto, far scorrere il cavo della sonda o il capillare del termo-
stato nel pressacavo appoggiando la copertura (C) al bollitore.
-Stringere il pressacavo.
-Fissare la copertura (C) con le apposite viti.

Per facilitare le operazioni di manutenzione e svuotamento, l’ap-
parecchio è dotato di un rubinetto (SC) di scarico con tappo di
sicurezza contro aperture accidentali.
Per effettuare lo scarico svitare il tappo di sicurezza e avvitare il
raccordo porta gomma presente a corredo; agire sulla leva del
rubinetto per azionarlo.

Il bollitore è dotato di un anodo di magnesio (AN) ispezionabile
che protegge il bollitore stesso dalla corrosione.
Si raccomanda quindi di ispezionare l’anodo ogni anno.

Per verificare lo stato di consumo dell’anodo:
-Rimuovere la copertura (C) svitando le apposite viti di fissag-
gio.
-Svitare il tappo rosso posto in cima all’anodo.

La fuoriuscita di acqua indica che l’anodo è usurato e va sosti-
tuito:
- Smontare l’anodo utilizzando una chiave CH 26.
-Sostituire l’anodo con uno nuovo.
-Rimontare tutti i componenti operando in maniera inversa a
quanto descritto.
Si ricorda che eventuali casi di corrosione avvenuti in concomi-
tanza di anodo completamente consumato non sono coperti da
garanzia.
Dopo ogni operazione verificare che il tappo di ispezione
anodo sia chiuso.
Per effettuare la pulizia delle parti interne al bollitore:
-Svuotare il bollitore.
-Rimuovere la copertura (C) svitando le apposite viti di fissag-
gio.
-Sfilare dal pozzetto il bulbo della sonda o del termostato.
-Con una chiave CH 17 svitare i bulloni di fissaggio delle flangia
ed estrarla.
-Rimuovere la guarnizione.

Completate le operazioni di pulizia rimontare tutti i componenti
operando in maniera inversa a quanto descritto.

General Warnings
Having removed the packaging, check the integrity and
completeness of the supply and if any discrepancies are
found, contact the Agency that sold you the unit.
The BV boiler must be installed by a company authorised
in terms of Law n° 46 of 5th March 1990, and on
completion that company must provide the owner with a
declaration of conformity of the installation done in a
workmanlike manner, that is, in compliance with current
Standards and the indications provided in the instruction
manual.
The BV boiler is to be put to the use for which it was
specifically made.
Any contractual or non-contractual responsibility on the
part of the manufacturer for damage to people, animals or
property, due to installation, setting, and maintenance
errors or improper use is excluded.
Where necessary, fit a pressure reducer at the water
intake.
Install an expansion vessel of a size that is suitable for
the size of the boiler.
Maintenance of the boiler must be done at least once a
year.
If water leaks should occur, shut the water supply and
immediately inform the Technical Service Centre, or
professionally qualified personnel.
This manual is an integral part of the equipment and, as
a result, must be kept carefully and must ALWAYS
remain with the boiler, even of it is sold to another owner
or user, or transferred to another system. If it gets
damaged or lost contact your local Technical Service
Centre for another copy.
Basic safety rules
Remember that using products that involve the use of electricity and water means that some basic safety rules must be obeyed, such
as:
Unassisted use of the boiler by children and unable
persons is forbidden.
Touching the boiler when barefoot or when parts of your
body are wet is forbidden.
Modifying the regulating devices without authorisation and
instructions from the boiler manufacturer is forbidden.
Exposing the boiler to the weather is forbidden, as it is not
designed to work outdoors.
Leaving packaging materials within reach of children is
forbidden, as they may potential pose a danger to them.
The use of non type approved connection and safety
devices or those that are unsuitable for use with solar
plants (expansion vessels, piping, insulation) is forbidden.
Description of the equipment
The BV 120 and BV 160 storage boilers are designed for use in
conjunction with wall-mounted and basement boilers.
Their principal characteristics include:
- Vertical connections that facilitate connections that are upright
(wall-mounted boilers) or alongside one another.
- CFC-free polyurethane
insulation to limit heat loss and
reduce energy consumption.
- Inspectionable magnesium anode.
- Sensor or thermostat bulb housing.
- Safety valve (setting 8 bar) with side connection for expansion
vessel.
- ND 20 non-return valve on pipe coil return.
- Threaded connection for filling the system.
- Drain tap.
The temperature in BV 120 and BV 160 boilers is controlled by
sensor or thermostat, depending on what type of boiler they are
combined with.
The sump sensor kit and control panel are available as
accessories, and are designed for use with boilers that use a
thermostat to control the boiler.
The panel comes
complete with:
- Off switch.
- Summer / winter selector switch.
- Thermostat
- Thermometer
- Power LED.
To use it with some basement boilers, the electric boiler
completion accessory is required.
Water system and expansion vessel connection kits are also
available as accessories.
The following symbols are used in some parts of this manual:

Receiving the product
BV 120 and BV 160 boilers are supplied in a single pack,
protected by a plastic bag and suitable packing, strapped to a
wooden pallet.
The following material is supplied in a plastic envelope inside the
packaging.
- Instruction manual.
- Rubber gland connection
- Safety valve drain pipe
Handling
The product must be handled using equipment that is suitable for
its weight.
Cut the straps, pull out the packaging and plastic bag, separate
the boiler from the pallet, being careful to position it so that it is
stable and to provide easy access to the parts on which
maintenance work will have to be done.

Installation
We recommend using the following accessories:
- Water expansion vessel kit
- Water connection kit
These are specifically designed for quick, easy installation of the BV 120 and BV 160 boilers.
The BV 120 and BV 160 boilers are fitted with a safety valve
fitted on the cold water intake, with a branch for connecting to the
water expansion vessel (AV).
The sensor or thermostat bulb and bulb on the thermometer, if
fitted, must be inserted in the sensor housing (PS):
- Remove the cover (C) by unscrewing the relevant fixing
screws.

When using BV 120 and BV 160 boilers, we recommend fitting a
4 litre water expansion vessel.
To install the expansion vessel, unscrew the cap on the relevant
connection (AV) on the safety valve, and connect the vessel.
Connect the safety valve to the drain pipe supplied, which must
be left out in the open and installed with a continuous fall.
We recommend fitting a tap upstream of the cold water intake
(EAF) which, if needed, makes it possible to isolate the boiler
from the water system.
BV 120 and BV 160 boilers are fitted with a non-return valve
connection fitted on the pipe coil return (RS).
This pipe fitting has a threaded connection (Cl) to use to fill the
system. Unscrew the cap on the (Cl) connection using a CH 10
spanner and connect the hose to fill the system.
- Put the bulb into the cable clamp.
- Put the bulb into the housing, allowing it to rest on the bottom.
RS - Repeat the same operation for the bulb of the thermometer, if
fitted.
- Being careful not to lift the bulb from the bottom of the housing,
slide the sensor cable or capillary tube for the thermostat
through the cable clamp, resting the cover (C) on the boiler.
- Tighten the cable clamp.
- Fix the cover (C) using the relevant screws.

Maintenance
The equipment is fitted with a drain tap (SC) with a cap to guard
against it being opened by accident, to facilitate maintenance
and emptying operations.
To drain the boiler, unscrew the safety cap and screw the hose
fitting supplied in place. Use the lever on the tap to open it.
If water comes out, this means that the anode is worn and must
be replaced:
- Disassemble the anode, using a CH 26 spanner.
- Replace the anode with a new one.
- Fit all the components again, following the instructions in
reverse order.
Remember that any corrosion that occurs when the anode has
been worn away completely is not covered by the guarantee.
The boiler is fitted with an inspectionable anode (AN) that
protects the boiler itself against corrosion.
We therefore recommend inspecting this anode every year.

After each inspection, check that the anode inspection cap
is closed.
To clean the internal parts of the boiler:
- Empty then boiler.
- Remove the cover (C) by unscrewing the relevant fixing
screws.
- Remove the sensor or thermostat bulb from the housing.
- Use a CH 17 spanner to unscrew the fixing bolts for the flange
and pull it out.
- Remove the gasket.

To check the degree of consumption of the anode:
- Remove the cover (C) by unscrewing the relevant fixing
screws.
- Unscrew the red cap on top of the anode.

Once cleaning has been completed, fit all the components again,

Бойлер BV
должен устанавливаться специализированной организацией.
Запрещается использовать бойлер не по назначению.
Производитель снимает с себя всякую ответственность за причинѐнный физический или материальный
ущерб, вызванный допущенными при монтаже и техническом обслуживании ошибками и неправильной
эксплуатацией.
В случае необходимости установите редуктор давления на входе воды в бойлер.
Установите расширительный бак, размеры которого соответствуют характеристикам бойлера.
Необходимо проводить техническое обслуживание бойлера, по крайней мере, один раз в год,
заблаговременно согласовав график обслуживания с сервисной службой.
При обнаружении течи воды перекройте контур воды и немедленно обратитесь в сервисную службу.
Данное руководство является неотъемлемой частью бойлера: следите за тем, чтобы оно ВСЕГДА находилось
рядом с аппаратом, даже в случае передачи другому владельцу или пользователю и в случае переноса на
другую систему. В случае повреждения или утери руководства, закажите его у ближайшего дилера.
Основные правила техники безопасности
Для соблюдения правил безопасности необходимо помнить следующие положения:
Запрещена эксплуатация бойлера детям и инвалидам без посторонней помощи.
Запрещено трогать бойлер, если вы стоите босиком и некоторые участки вашего тела намочены водой, в том
случае если на нѐм установлено какое-либо электрооборудование.
Запрещено вносить изменения в работу устройств защиты и контроля не получив разрешение и рекомендации
от производителя бойлера.
Запрещено подвергать бойлер воздействию атмосферных осадков. Он не предназначен для работы на улице.
Запрещено оставлять в доступных для детей местах упаковочный материал, т.к. он является потенциальным
источником опасности.
Описание изделия
Бойлеры-аккумуляторы косвенного нагрева BV 120 и BV
160 предназначены для установки вместе с настенными
и напольными котлами.
- Вертикальные присоединения упрощают установку
(под настенными котлами) или установку вплотную к
стене.
- Теплоизоляция из пенополиуретана, не содержащего
фторуглеводороды, для снижения потерь тепла и
экономии энергоресурсов.
- Съемный магниевый анод
- Гильза для датчика NTC или баллончика термостата
- Предохранительный клапан (тарированный на 8 бар) с
боковым штуцером для расширительного бака
- Обратный клапан DN20 на обратном трубопроводе от
змеевика
- Резьбовое соединение для заливки системы.
Температура воды в бойлере BV может регулироваться
с помощью датчика NTC или с помощью термостата, в
зависимости от типа котла, с которым устанавливается
бойлер.

Комплект поставки
Бойлеры BV 120 и BV 160 поставляются одним
местом. Они обѐрнуты защитной нейлоновой
плѐнкой и специальным упаковочным материалом.
Бойлер закреплен на поддоне с помощью
упаковочных лент.
Внутри упаковки находится пластиковый пакет с
документами, содержащий следующий материал:
- Руководство по эксплуатации
- штуцер
- трубка для слива предохранительного
клапана
Перемещение
Для перемещения изделия используйте оборудование, соответствующее весу аппарата.
Отрежьте упаковочные ленты, снимите упаковку и нейлоновый мешок, снимите бойлер с поддона,
аккуратно установите его на место таким образом, чтобы он стоял устойчиво и был доступ ко всем точкам, в
которых необходимо выполнять операции по обслуживанию.

Монтаж
Для быстрого и правильного монтажа бойлера рекомендуется использовать следующие аксессуары:
- комплект расширительный бака (артикул 20050731)
- комплект гидравлической обвязки (артикул 20050732)
- гибкие соединительные патрубки 800мм (артикул 696109) или 4000мм (артикул 696119)
Бойлеры BV 120 и BV 160 имеют
предохранительный клапан, установленный на
входе холодной воды, на котором есть отвод для
присоединения расширительного бака ГВС (AV).
Баллончик датчика или термостата и баллончик
термометра, если таковой установлен, необходимо
вставить в гильзу датчика (PS).
- Отвинтите специальные крепѐжные болты и
снимите крышку (С)
Для эксплуатации бойлеров BV 120 и BV 160
рекомендуется установить расширительный бак ГВС
на 4 литра.
Отсутствие расширительного бака в
гидравлической схеме бойлера – аккумулятора может
привести к повреждению эмалевого покрытия бака.
Для установки расширительного бака отвинтите
заглушку, расположенную на специальном штуцере
(AV) предохранительного клапана и присоедините
расширительный бак.
Присоедините к предохранительному клапану трубку
слива, входящую в комплект поставки. Конец этой
трубки должен быть оставлен открытым, а сама
трубку должна иметь непрерывный уклон вниз.
На входе холодной воды ГВС (EAF) рекомендуется
установить кран, который позволит изолировать
бойлер от контура воды, в случае необходимости.
Бойлеры BV 120 и BV 160 оборудованы штуцером
обратного клапана, который установлен на обратной
трубке, идущей из змеевика (RS).
Штуцер имеет резьбовое соединение (CI),
используемое для заливки системы; отвинтите
заглушку, установленную на штуцере (CI) с
помощью ключа СН10 и присоедините к нему трубку
для заполнения системы водой.
- Пропустите баллончик через кабельный сальник
- Установите баллончик в гильзу так, чтобы он лѐг
на дно гильзы.
- Повторите эту операцию для баллончика
термометра, если таковой имеется.
- Аккуратно, так чтобы баллончик не оторвался от
дна гильзы, проденьте провод датчика или
капилляр термостата через кабельный сальник, и
установите крышку (С) на бойлер.
- Затяните кабельный сальник.
- Закрепите крышку (С) специальными винтами.
