Torque Wrench 1/2", 10 - 210 Nm
Instructions
Please read the following instructions of your torque wrench carefully!
Important notes:
• Each torque wrench is lubricated at the factory carefully.
• After a lengthy non-use rotate the key mechanism a few times to distribute the lubricant in the
mechanism.
• After using turn back the handle of the wrench to to relieve the spring to the lowest setting.
• Turn the handle never further than the lowest setting back.
• Do not rotate the handle when the fixing screw is locked
• Clean the torque wrench with a dry cloth. Do not immerse it in a cleaning liquid.
Torque value setting
To unlock the handle turn the fixing screw counter clockwise.
On the scale of the wrench, see the main scale with the basic settings values. The Values of the main
scale increased in steps of 10 Nm. On the handle there is the ring scale with the fine values for setting
the intermediate values. One complete rotation of the handle, from "0" to "0", sets the value 10Nm
higher. Set torque value by turning handle until the edge of ring scale with bent up, horizontally
extending part of the main scale next to the numerical value is covered. The reference value of the
fine classification is the vertical line in the middle of the main scale. After setting, fix the handle by
fixing screw.
The accurate torque value
The triggering accuracy in right-hand thread is about + / - 4% of full scale. Do not use extensions or
joints. Grasp the wrench at the handle and pull or press slowly and evenly. The achieved torque value
is indicated by a click in the tool. The tightening of the screw should be stopped immediately!
At low values set the feel and audible click signal is weaker!
Check the torque wrench
Check this torque wrench necessarily twice a year. During heavy use it must be monitored weekly.
Only use calibrated test-equipment.
