VERWENDUNGSZWECK
Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient zum Auffüllen und Ablassen von Automatikgetriebeöl am Getriebetype
725.0.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.
•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.
•Lagern Sie das Werkzeug an einem trockenen und für Kinder nicht zugänglichen Ort auf.
•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.
•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck.
•Halten Sie die Werkzeuge in einem guten und sauberen Zustand.
•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch.
Entnehmen Sie bitte technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte und Hinweise zur Demontage

1 Öl einfüllen.
2 Kleine Getriebeölmenge ablassen,
nach Befüllung mit Ultraschallgerät.
3 Getriebeölstand korrigieren,
wenn ein Ultraschallgerät nicht verfügbar ist.
4 Größere Menge an Getriebeöl ablassen.

AUTOMATIKGETRIEBEÖL EINFÜLLEN
•Geeigneten Ölbehälter unter die Schnellkupplung (A) der Ölwanne stellen.
•Zum Entfernen der Schnellkupplung das Spezialwerkzeug (1.1) verwenden.
•Adapter (2) montieren und Ölspender anschließen.
•Automatikgetriebeöle (ATF) in Getriebe einfüllen.
•Adapter (2) und Ölspender entfernen und Schnellkupplung (A) einsetzen.
DIAGNOSESYSTEM ANSCHLIESSEN UND GETRIEBEÖLTEMPERATUR BESTIMMEN
•Getriebe 725.0 in Modell 205, 222, 253, 166, 172, 207, 212, 218 mit Code 805 (Modelljahr 2015)
•Rufen Sie im XENTRY den Menüpunkt "Ölstand korrigieren" auf.
•Während der gesamten Prüfung darf die Feststellbremse nicht gelöst und keine anderen, für den
Arbeitsablauf nicht benötigten, Störgrößen erzeugt werden. Alle diese Faktoren würden die
Messung unterbrechen und einen Neustart erfordern.
•Getriebeöl auf weniger als den Grenzwert abkühlen lassen.
•Zum Entfernen der Schnellkupplung das Spezialwerkzeug (1.1) verwenden.
•Flügel vom Spezialwerkzeug (1.2) in Position 1 (Pos.1) ausrichten und das Spezialwerkzeug, mit
leichtem Druck nach oben, in die Ölwanne einsetzen.
•Starten Sie den Motor und bringen Sie das Getriebeöl auf Temperatur.
•Spezialwerkzeug (1.2) in Position 3 (Pos.3) ausrichten.
•Lassen Sie das Öl ablaufen.
•Spezialwerkzeug (1.2) in Position 1 (Pos.1) ausrichten und Spezialwerkzeug entfernen.
•Schnellkupplung (A) einschrauben.
•Motor abstellen.
•Diagnosesystem trennen.

INTENDED USE
This tool set is made for filling and draining automatic transmission oil on transmission type 725.0.

•Do not use the tool if parts are missing or damaged.

1 Add gear oil.
2 Drain off small quantities of gear oil,
for correction after adding with ultrasonic device.
3 Adjust gear oil level if ultrasonic device not
available.

FILL WITH TRANSMISSION OIL
•Place suitable oil receptacle under quick-release coupling (A) of oil pan.
•Use oil thrower (1.1) from assembly tool to remove quick-release coupling.
•Mount adapter (2) and connect oil dispenser.
•Pump automatic transmission fluids (ATF) into transmission.
•Disconnect adapter (2) and oil dispenser and screw in quick-release coupling (A).
CONNECT DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AND DETERMINE TRANSMISSION OIL TEMPERATURE
•Transmission 725.0 in model 205, 222, 253, 166, 172, 207, 212, 218 with code 805 (Model year
2015)
•In XENTRY call up the "Adjust oil level" menu item.
•Throughout the entire test, the parking brake must not be released and no other disturbance
variables may be generated, that are not required for the work procedure. All these factors would
interrupt the measurement and then require a restart.
•Allow gear oil to cool to less than the limit value
•Use oil thrower from assembly tool to remove quick-release coupling (A)
•Wing must be set to position 1 (Pos.1). Lock special tool (1.2) from assembly tool to oil pan by
applying light upward pressure.
•Start the engine and heat up gear oil.
•Set special tool to position 3 (Pos. 3).
•Allow oil to drain off.
•Align special tool (1.2) with position 1 (Pos. 1) and pull off the special tool.
•Screw in quick-release coupling (A).
•Turn off engine.
•Disconnect diagnostic system.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Cet ensemble d’outils permet de vidanger et de remplir l’huile de transmission automatique sur les
boîtes de vitesse de type 725.0.

POSITION
1 Remplir d’huile.
2 Évacuer une petite quantité d’huile de transmission
après un remplissage avec un appareil à ultrasons.
3 Corrigez le niveau d’huile de transmission si un
appareil à ultrasons n’est pas disponible.
4 Évacuer une quantité plus importante d’huile de
transmission. (vidange)

REMPLISSAGE D’HUILE POUR BOÎTES DE VITESSE AUTOMATIQUES
•Placez un récipient d’huile approprié sous le raccord rapide (A) du carter d’huile.
•Utilisez l’outil spécial (1.1) pour retirer le raccord rapide.
•Montez l’adaptateur (2) et raccordez le distributeur d’huile.
•Remplissez avec de l’huile de transmission pour boîtes automatiques (ATF).
•Retirez l’adaptateur (2) et le distributeur d’huile et insérez le raccord rapide (A).
RACCORDEZ UN SYSTÈME DE DIAGNOSTIC ET DÉTERMINEZ LA TEMPÉRATURE DE L’HUILE
DE TRANSMISSION
•Boîtes de vitesses 725.0 dans les modèles 205, 222, 253, 166, 172, 207, 212, 218 avec le
code 805 (année modèle 2015)
•Sélectionnez l’option de menu « Corriger le niveau d’huile » dans XENTRY.
•Pendant toute la durée de l’essai, le frein de stationnement ne doit pas être desserré et aucune
autre perturbation non nécessaire à la séquence de travail ne doit être générée. Tous ces
facteurs interrompent la mesure et nécessitent un redémarrage.
•Laissez l’huile de transmission se refroidir jusqu’à une valeur inférieure à la valeur limite.
•Utilisez l’outil spécial (1.1) pour retirer le raccord rapide.
•Alignez l’aile de l’outil spécial (1.2) en position 1 (Pos.1) et insérez l’outil spécial dans le carter
d’huile en exerçant une légère pression vers le haut.
•Démarrez le moteur et laissez-le tourner au ralenti pour chauffer l’huile à la température de
fonctionnement.
•Alignez l’outil spécial (1.2) en position 3 (Pos.3).
•Vidangez l’huile.
•Alignez l’outil spécial (1.2) en position 1 (Pos.1) et retirez l’outil spécial.
•Vissez le raccord rapide (A).
•Coupez le moteur.
•Déconnectez le système de diagnostic.

USO PREVISTO
Este juego de herramientas sirve para llenar y drenar el aceite de la transmisión automática en el tipo
de transmisión 725.0.

POSICIONES
1 Llenar con aceite.
2 Drenar una pequeña cantidad de aceite de la
transmisión automática, después de haber llenado
con un dispositivo de ultrasonido.
3 Corrija el nivel de aceite de la transmisión si no

LLENAR EL ACEITE DE LA TRANSMISIÓN AUTOMÁTICA
•Coloque un recipiente de aceite adecuado debajo del acoplamiento rápido (A) del cárter de
aceite.
•Use la herramienta especial (1.1) para quitar el acoplamiento rápido.
•Monte el adaptador (2) y conecte el dispensador de aceite.
•Eche aceites de transmisión automática (ATF) a la transmisión automática.
•Retire el adaptador (2) y el dispensador de aceite e inserte el acoplamiento rápido (A).
CONECTE EL SISTEMA DE DIAGNÓSTICO Y DETERMINE LA TEMPERATURA DEL ACEITE DE
TRANSMISIÓN
•Transmisión 725.0 en los modelos 205, 222, 253, 166, 172, 207, 212, 218 con el código 805
(modelo del año 2015)
•Abra en XENTRY la opción del menú "Corregir nivel de aceite".
•Durante toda la prueba, el freno de estacionamiento no debe liberarse y no deben generarse
otras perturbaciones que no sean necesarias para el proceso de trabajo. Todos estos factores
interrumpirían la medición y requerirían un reinicio.
•Dejar que el aceite de la transmisión se enfríe por debajo del límite.
•Use la herramienta especial (1.1) para quitar el acoplamiento rápido.
•Alinee las alas de la herramienta especial (1.2) en la posición 1 (Pos.1) e inserte la herramienta
especial en el cárter de aceite con una ligera presión hacia arriba.
•Arranque el motor y lleve el aceite de la transmisión a la temperatura.
•Alinee la herramienta especial (1.2) en la posición 3 (Pos.3).
•Drene el aceite.
•Alinee la herramienta especial (1.2) con la posición 1 (Pos.1) y retire la herramienta especial.
•Atornille el acoplamiento rápido (A).
•Parar el motor.
•Desconectar el sistema de diagnóstico.
