Adly Scooter Unpacking Guide
One of the major advantages with purchasing Adly scooters for your showroom is that they
come 99% assembled. We have put together this quick guide to show you how the scooters
arrive. n just a few minutes time they will be ready for the showroom. Once sold, put the
scooter through its PD checklist and it’s ready to be given to the customer!
Step 1: This is how you will receive each
scooter. t will be arrive in an all cardboard
crate with straps to secure the box.
Step 2: Remove the straps from
the cardboard carton.

Step 3: Lift and remove the box. nside will be
cardboard supports which can be discarded.
Step 4: Remove all packaging and protective
wrap from the scooter.
Step 6: Under the seat, you will find the
Battery, Mirrors, Owner’s Manual and
Tool Kit. You will need to install the
mirrors and battery during the PD if the
vehicle is sold. f the vehicle is going in
your showroom, we recommend not
installing the battery quite yet.
Step 5: Using the key, unlock the seat
compartment.
Step 7: Screw in both left and right
mirrors, paying careful attention to the
thread direction. Once screwed in and
set at proper position, tighten the lock
nut using the wrench provided in tool
kit.
Step 8: (O TIONAL) - If the scooter is
sold and being prepared for the
customer, you may install the battery
now. Remove Battery and Acid from
box. Carefully follow all instructions for
adding the acid to the battery. We
recommend wearing eye protection!
Step 9: (O TIONAL) Locate and open the
battery compartment. nside are 2 wires,
the red being positive and the black
being negative.
Step 10: (O TIONAL) nstall the battery,
making sure the wires are correctly
connected to the positive and negative
battery terminals. Red to “+” and Black
to “-“
Step 11: Fill oil reservoir with high
quality 2 stroke oil. Do not overfill. Oil
reservoir access is under the seat for
some models and through the oil access
door or under seat cover for others.
Step 12: Check front and rear tire
pressure.
Completed: The scooter is now complete. n less than 15 minutes you
were able to uncrate the scooter and get it ready to be placed in your
showroom. This allows you to better spend your time selling instead of
assembling and fixing a new scooter!
Step 11 (continued) : Fill oil reservoir
