We suggest you spend a short time reading through this
leaflet and then follow the simple step by step instructions.
It is important for you to follow the instruction carefully.
Assembling the bed without following the instructions
might cause the bed to collapse and lead to fatal injuries.
To ensure an easier assembly, we strongly advise that all fittings
are only finger tightened during initial assembly. Only upon
completion of the assembly, should all fixing points be
fully tightened.
Do not use this bed if any parts are missing, damage or worn.
Retain these instruction for future reference.

DO NOT JUMP ON THIS BED!.
DO NOT use this bed unless all fixings are tightly secured.
Periodically check all bolts, screws & fixings to ensure they
are tightly secured.
Always use on a level and even surface.
Warning! if this bed is on a laminated floor, you must place
some protection under all legs to stop the bed from moving.
If this is not adhered to, there is no guarantee if the
bed collapses.
Always use on a level and even surface.
Be aware of the danger of young children (under 6) falling
from the upper bunk. It is not advisable for children under
6 years of age to sleep on the top bunk.
Recommended thickness of mattress is max 200mm.
Caution! Children might strangle in items such as ropes,
strings, cords harnesses & belts strings attached to or
hang on the bunk bed.
Warning! Children can become trapped between the bed &
the wall. To avoid risk of serious injuries, please aware of the
distance between the top safety barrier & the wall.

How do I assemble the Corfu Bunk Bed?
Step 1.

Insert the 50mm Black Round Stopper (I) to the Bottom Frame (2).
Slot in the Bottom Base (3) to the bracket of the Bottom Frame (2).
Place the Frame Connector (8) between the Upper & Bottom Frame (1) & (2) by facing hole to hole as shown in view AA & AB
Secure the Frame Connector (8) with M6 x 45mm JCBC Screw (C) & M6 x 15mm JCN Nut (D) for the back 2 bedpost as attached
(View AB). Insert Black Round Stud (K) into the front two bedpost hole as shown in (View AA).
Slot in the Top Base (4) to the bracket of the Upper Frame (1) and secure with M8 Metal Square Nut (A) and
M8 x 95mm JCBC Screw (B) at the four corner ends. Also secure the bottom base with M8 Metal Square Nut (A) & M8 x 95mm JCBC
Screw (B) at the four corner ends. But do not tighten the screws of the base yet before assembling the Side Rail in Step 6.

Secure the horizontal tube of the Back Rail (5) to the upper Frame (1) with M6 x 80mm JCBC Screw (E).
Secure the Back Rail (5) to the Top Base with M6 x 80mm JCBC Screw (E).
Secure the horizontal tube of the Front Rail (6) to the Upper Frame (1) with M6 x 80mm JCBC Screw (E).
Secure the Front Rail (6) to the Top Base with M6 x 80mm JCBC Screw (E).
Assemble the Ladder (7) by using M6 x 35mm JCBC Screw (F), 19mm M6 Flat Round Washer (H) and M6 Cap Nut (G)
Lastly, insert the Beige Round Cap (J) onto the Upper Frame (1).
