ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CORFU BUNK BED
IMPORTANT : READ CAREFULLY - RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
HEALTH & SAFETY :
DO NOT jump on this bed frame.
DO NOT use this bed frame unless all fixings are secured.
Please keep small parts out of reach of children.
Always use on a level, even surface.
Be aware of the danger of young children (under 6) falling from the upper bunk. It is not suitable for
children under the age 6 to sleep on the top bunk.
This bed frame complies to BS EN 747 1&2:2012 + A1:2015
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
WARNING: High beds and the upper bed of bunk beds are not suitable for children under six years
due to the risk of injury from falls.
WARNING: Bunk beds and high beds can present a serious risk of injury from strangulation if not
used correctly. Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed
to be used with the bed, for example, but not limited to ropes, strings, cords, hooks, belts,
and bags.
WARNING: Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall, a roof pitch, the ceiling,
, adjoining pieces of furniture (e.g. cupboards) and the like. To avoid risk of serious
injury, the distance between the top safety barrier and the adjoining structure shall not
exceed 75mm or shall be more than 230mm.
WARNING: Do not use the bunk bed/high bed if any structural part is broken or missing.
CARE & MAINTENANCE :
Assemble in the room of use.
Periodically check all screws & fixings to ensure they are secure.
DO NOT push the bed frame as this will damage the legs.
Always lift the bed with two people to reposition.
Keep any sharp objects away from the frame.
Recommended size of mattress is 910 x 1900mm.
Sticker marking the mattress maximum thickness can be found on the headboard post and mattress being used must
not exceed the arrow on the sticker.
Recommended maximum mattress height for top bunk is 200mm (Please refer sticker or label on the Bunk Bed).
Recommended maximum mattress height for bottom bunk is 150mm.
Ventilation of the room is necessary in order to keep the humidity low and to prevent mold in
and around the bed.

Step 1: Insert hardware part (H) to the Bottom Frame (2) then slot the Bottom Base (3) into the brackets on the Bottom Frame. Place
the Frame Connector (8) onto the Bottom Frame then insert the Upper Frames (1) by facing hole to hole as shown in views AA.

Step 2: Secure the Frame Connectors (8) using hardware parts (C) and (D) for the back two bedposts as shown in view AB,
then insert hardware part (K) into the front two bedpost holes as shown in view AA.
DO NOT use any power tools as this may damage the frame and will invalidate any claim.
Step 3: Slot the Top Base (4) into the brackets on the Upper Frame (1) and secure using hardware parts (A) and (B) at the
four corners. Then secure the Bottom Base (3) using hardware parts (A) and (B) at the four corners but do not tighten the
screws yet.
DO NOT use any power tools as this may damage the frame and will invalidate any claim.
Caution:
Do not tighten the screws of the
Base yet before assembling the
Side Rail bar (Step 4 & 5)

Step 4: Secure the horizontal tube of the Back Rail (5) to the Upper Frame (1), then secure the Back Rail to the Top Base (4)
using hardware part (E).
DO NOT use any power tools as this may damage the frame and will invalidate any claim.
Step 5: Secure the horizontal tube of the Front Rail (6) to the Upper Frame (1), then secure the Front Rail to the Top Base (4)
using hardware part (E).
DO NOT use any power tools as this may damage the frame and will invalidate any claim.

Step 6: Assemble the Ladder (7) using hardware parts (F) & (G).
DO NOT use any power tools as this may damage the frame and will invalidate any claim.
Step 7: Insert hardware part (J) onto the Upper Frame (1) and put hardware part (J) into the extra 10mm holes.
