My CrossWave HF3 is leaking | Support
HF3™ Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac
If your CrossWave HF3 is leaking, follow these
steps to solve the issue
Store machine with empty tanks
•Always store machine with both clean and dirty tanks empty to prevent leaking
Only use warm or lukewarm water
•If overheated water (over 140 ºF) is used > Damage will occur
•Use water directly from tap without heating
Check clean tank for damage
•Remove clean water tank

oPress button on top of tank > Pull out to remove

•Open tank flap

•Is rubber gasket torn or damaged?
oNo > Go to next step
oYes > Go to Parts & Suppliesto replace tank
•Fill water tank with water
oHold over sink > Does tank leak from inlet port?
Yes > Go to Parts & Suppliesto replace tank
No > Go to next step

•Check tank for cracks or warping
oIf tank is damaged > Go to Parts & Suppliesto replace tank
Test machine
•Recline machine and turn ON
oMake several test strokes to test for problem
