♦Tostartheating, pressthe on button
♦NOTE: During the cooking phase, you can pressthe
pause button to stop the appliance, the timer will also
stop and display whatever time remains. Press this
button again to resume the cooking phase.
♦The fry er will beep when the cooking time has finished.
♦Check to see thatthe food is cooked.
♦If it is not, you only have to put the container backin
the fry er and program the timer to cook for a few more
minutes.
♦Once cooking has finished, take the whole pan part
outof the appliance. The appliance will switch itself off
automatically.
♦CAUTION: both the pan and the basket, as well as the
food, w ill be VERY hot.
♦Place the pan on a surface that w ill withstand high
temperatures.
♦Separate the basket from the pan by using the basket
release button and then tip the food out without any risk
ofburning y ourself(Figure 1)
♦Note: It is not necessary to w ait to reuse the air fryer
directly after cooking certain foods.
Once you have finished using the applian-
ce:
♦Unplug the appliance from the mains.
♦Clean the appliance

♦The appliance has a safety device, which protects the
appliance from overheating.
♦If the appliance turns itself offand does notswitch itself
on again, unplug itfrom the mains supply and wait
approximately 15 minutes before reconnecting it. If it
fails to sw itch on again,take it to one of the authorised
technical assistance services.
CLEANING
♦Unplug the appliance from the mains and letitcool
before performing any cleaning task.
♦Clean the equipment using a damp cloth with a few
drops ofwashing-up liquid and then dry.
♦Do not use solv ents, orproducts with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
♦Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other
liquid, or place it under a running tap.
♦It is advisable to clean the applianceregularly and
remov e any food remains.
♦If the appliance is not kept clean,its surface may deterio-
rate, w hich will inevitably shorten the appliance’s useful
life, as w ell as making itunsafe to use.
♦None of the parts on this appliance are suitable for the
dishw asher
♦Next, dry all the parts before fitting them together and
storing.
