This is a model kit and is not suitable for those under 12 years.
This kit consists of:
B10-MW-105: 6x6 Residenti l (3 sheets)
B10-MW-106: 4x4 Residenti l (2 sheets)
B10-MW-107: 2x2 Residenti l (1 sheet)

Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand a er can be used to gently clean any joints.
A shar modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the s rue. Please use knives with due
care and remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use egs / elastic bands to hold
ieces in lace while you allow glue to dry.
6x6 Residenti l (B10-MW-105)
Remove the four “L” sha ed su orts and four
outer walls from the s rue. Note that 2 outer
walls have 2 holes above the windows and 2
outer walls have 4 holes above the windows.
Glue the “L” sha ed su orts to the back of the two
outer walls which only have 2 holes above the
windows.
Attach one of the roof sections and the two outer
walls with 4 holes above the windows a shown
above.
Gently flex the o en ends of the model and insert the

nd
roof iece and fourth outer wall. Leave to dry.
Glue one of the sho fronts into osition.
Work around the inside, adding each sho front in
turn.

Starting with the s lit column to er, glue one
section into osition above the illars. Align the
second section and glue that into osition.
Add the decorations above each set of three windows.
Add the column to er and decorations to the other
three sides of the building.
Note – The “non-s lit” to ers are longer and are
designed to extend across the ends of the s lit
to ers to form a continuous band.

4x4 Residenti l (B10-MW-106)
Remove each set of foyer ieces (shown above)
from the s rue.
Glue together as shown above.
Glue this assembly to the back of a wall section,
aligning the lugs to the holes rovided. Leave
these to dry.
Using the lugs on the roof iece, attach it to one wall
section. Add the corner bracers into osition at each
end of the wall.
Work around the building attaching each wall
section in turn.
Finally glue the columns into osition as shown.

2x2 Residenti l (B10-MW-107)
Remove all the four walls, the roof and all four
corner bracers from the s rue.
Glue the roof to one wall section, along with 2 corner
bracers.
Work round the building, adding each wall in
turn, along with a corner bracer.
Finally add the columns into osition.
