Please follow the following Safety Precautions to use the product rightly and safely.
안전 주의 사항은 ‘주의 및 경고’와 ‘금지’로 구분되며 각각의 의미는 다음과 같습니다.
Safety Precautions are classi󽗉ed into two categories: “Caution and Warning” and “Prohibition”.

If “Caution and Warning” rules are not followed, there will be
a high risk of damaged products or serious injuries.
지키지 않았을 경우 치명적인 위험이 있을 수 있음.
If “Prohibition” rules are not followed , there will be a high
risk of serious injuries.
제품 이동시엔 장갑을 착용하시고 화면부에 손상이 가지
않도록 아래를 받쳐서 안전하게 이동해 주세요. 되도록
어린아이의 손이 닿지 않는 곳에 설치해 주세요.
Please use gloves while moving the product,
also please hold the bottom part of the product
to avoid a damage of the screen. Please try to install
the product safe from children.
플러그가 손상 또는 오염되지 않았는지 확인하시고 정격
전압에 맞는지 확인하세요. 플러그를 젖은 손으로 만지지
마세요. 제품 손상 및 감전의 원인이 됩니다.
Please check the product’s plug condition, whether
its damaged or not. Please check the rated voltage
of the product. Do not touch the product and plug
with wet hand. If do, it will damage the product
and cause electrocution.

If do, internal temperature of the product will rise

오랜 시간 제품을 사용하지 않을 때에는 전원 플러그를
분리해주세요.
Please unplug the product if it is not in use for
long time.
청소시에 광택제, 연마제, 왁스, 알코올, 신나, 방청제,
윤활제, 세정제 등의 화학 제품과 물에 젖은 헝겊은
사용하지 마시고, 마른 헝겊으로 닦아 주세요.
Please do not use alcohol, wax, polish, abradant,
lubricant, detergent, and any other liquid products
to clean the product. Please use dry cloth to clean
the product.

설치한 제품에 절대 매달리지 마세요. 특히 어린아이가
매달리지 않게 주의시켜 주세요. 설치된 제품을 뒤로
밀지 마세요. 제품이 떨어져 상해의 위험이 있습니다.

After login, please click ‘Device Registration’

QR코드를 중앙 사각형에 스캔 합니다.
Click [Device Registration] ‒ Scan QR code
만약 BLUECANVAS 제품에 QR코드가 보이지 않거나
인식이 어렵다면 화면 하단에 있는 [목록에서 기기 선택]을
누르고 , 리스트에서 BLUECANVAS를 찾아 선택해주세요.
If QR code doesn’t appear or it’s unable to identify,
Click [Select Device] at the bottom of the screen, and find
BLUECANVAS from the list, if QR code doesn’t appear.
WIFI 리스트 중 연결 할 Wifi 선택 후
비밀번호를 입력합니다.
Select your WIFI from the WIFI list,
and input your password.
잠시 기다리시면 디바이스 등록이 완료됩니다.

바랍니다. 다운로드 완료 후 회원가입 및 로그인을 해주세요.

제품 보증서 / Product Warranty
소비자 보호법에서 정하는 소비자 피해보상 및 규정에 따라 보증기간내에 제조상의 결함이나 자연발생적으로 고장이 생겼을 때에는 구입처 또는 고객서비스 센터 지정점을
통해 수리 또는 교환하여 드립니다.
This product is manufactured under strict quality control and inspection process. When this product goes out of order under the normal use of customer, we
will repair or exchange it free of charge during the warranty period. Even during the warranty period, we will provide repair services for problems not covered
under this warranty with charges.
1. 무상 보증 기간은 1년입니다. / One year warranty.
2. 무상보증 기간은 구입일로부터 산정되므로 구입 일자를 기재 받으시기 바랍니다. (제품의 구입일자 확인이 불가능할 경우에는 제조년월에서 3개월 경과 시점으로부터
품질 보증기간을 기산합니다.)
One year warranty from the date of purchase. Please have the date of purchase written on the warranty card and keep it in. (Starting date of the warranty
starts from after 3 months of the production date, if it is unable to identify when the product was purchased on.)
3. 가정용 제품을 영업용(상업활동, 비정상 사용환경 등)으로 사용하거나 산업용 제품은 무상보증기간을 ½로 적용합니다.(핵심부품 포함)
If household product is used as business use, 6 months warranty will be applied to the product and its key components. (commercial activity, abnormal
environment, etc…)
4. 별도 계약에 의한 공급일 경우에는 주계약에 따른 보증 내용을 적용합니다.
In the case of supply under a separate contract, the warranty under the main contract is applied.
5. 본 보증서는 재발행되지 않습니다. / This warranty can not be reissued.
1. 보증 기간이 지난 제품의 서비스 / Expired one year warranty period.
2. 소비자의 고의, 과실로 인한 고장 발생 시(예>이물질 투입, 외부 충격)
In case of malfunction due to customer's intention or negligence. (Ex> Foreign substance input, External impact)
3. 소비자의 임의 개조로 인한 고장 발생 시(예>분해, 개조, 미 지정 부품 사용)
In case of failure due to arbitrary modification of the consumer. (EX> Disassembly, modification, unspecified parts used)
4. 공급 전원의 불안정으로 인한 고장 발생 시 / In case of malfunction due to unstable power supply.
5. 천재지변으로 인한 고장 발생시(화재, 염해, 지진, 풍수해 등) / If a malfunction occurs due to natural disasters. (fire, salt, earthquake, flood, etc...)
6. 소모성 부품의 수명이 다한 부품의 교환(보증기간 이후) / Replacement of consumable parts at end of life. (after warranty period)
※ 상기 2~6항의 경우에는 품질보증 기간 이내에도 유상 서비스로 처리됩니다.
In case of 2 ~ 6 above, it will be treated as a paid service even within the warranty period.
본 제품은 수백만개의 픽셀로 이루어져 있으며 LCD패널 제조업체의 기술적 한계로 인하여 1ppm (백만개당 한 개)정도의 픽셀이 밝거나 어둡게 보일 수 있습니다.
이것은 고장이 아니며, 제품의 성능에 영향을 주지 않습니다. 상기 내용은 타사 제품도 유사하게 적용되며, 교환이나 환불의 대상이 되지 않습니다.

This product is made up of millions of pixels, and due to the technical limitations of LCD panel manufacturers, 1ppm (one per million)
pixels may look bright or dark. This is not a malfunction and does not affect the performance of the product.
The above information applies to other companies' products in the same way and is not subject to exchange or refund.
