1. Introducción
LES ROGAMOS LEER CON ATENCION ESTE MANUAL ANTES DE LA PUESTA
EN MARCHA DE LA MÁQUINA. TODAS LAS PERSONAS QUE TRABAJEN CON
DICHO EQUIPO Y SE CUIDEN DE SU MANUTENCION, ES IMPRESCINDIBLE
QUE SÉ FAMILIARECEN CON EL FUNCIONAMIENTO Y LOS DISPOSITIVOS DE
SEGURIDAD DEL EQUIPO. ES MUY IMPORTANTE TENER EN CUENTA LAS
INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD, ASÍ COMO LAS
PRESCRIPCIONES CONTRA ACCIDENTES DE LAS ORGANIZACIONES
PROFESIONALES EN VIGOR.
2. Puesta en marcha del Equipo DESINCRUSTANTE
CONECTAR MEDIANTE MANGUERAS LA ENTRADA Y SALIDA DEL EQUIPO
CON LA ENTRADA Y SALIDA DEL MOLDE O INTERCAMBIADOR A LIMPIAR.
( Fijar las mangueras con bridas)
COMPROBAR LA CONEXION ELECTRICA SI ES LA CORRECTA ( DICHOS
APARATOS SE SUMINISTRAN A 380V/50HZ PARA CUALQUIER CAMBIO
CONTACTAR DEPARTAMENTO TÉCNICO).
SACAR LA TAPA DEL DEPOSITO DEL DESINCRUSTADOR Y LLENARLO
CON LA MEZCLA DE AGUA Y PRODUCTO LIMPIADOR HASTA EL NIVEL
INDICADO EN EL DIBUJO ADJUNTO.
(Concentrado de la mezcla de agua y ácido desincrustante: 10 o 25%)
COMPROBAR EL SENTIDO DE GIRO DE LA MOTOBOMBA PRESIONANDO
EL BOTON DE MARCHA DE COLOR NEGRO (SIEMPRE TIENE QUE GIRAR
EN EL SENTIDO DE LAS AGUJAS DEL RELOJ) SÍ EL SENTIDO ES
INVERSO, CAMBIAR UNA FASE POR OTRA PARA OBTENER EL SENTIDO
DE GIRO DESEADO.
UNA VEZ CONECTADO EL EQUIPO Y COMPROBADO EL GIRO DE LA
MOTOBOMBA Y LLENADO ÉL DEPOSITO YA LO TENEMOS LISTO PARA
TRABAJAR CON EL EQUIPO DE LIMPIEZA.

3. Mantenimiento del Equipo
SU MANTENIMIENTO ES MINIMO, CONTROLAR SIEMPRE EL NIVEL DE
LIQUIDO EN EL DEPOSITO Y LIMPIAR LOS POSIBLES RESIDUOS
DEPOSITADOS EN EL INTERIOR DEL MISMO, EN EL MOMENTO DE
SUSTITUIR LA MEZCLA POR AGOTAMIENTO DEL PRODUCTO.
4. Tiempo de trabajo
EL TIEMPO DE LIMPIEZA PUEDE OSCILAR ENTRE 30 MINUTOS Y 1 1/2,
DEPENDIENDO DE LA CANTIDAD DE INCRUSTACIONES A ELIMINAR.
EN CASO DE QUE LA INCRUSTACION EXISTENTE SEA DE CONSIDERABLE
ESPESOR , ES RECOMENDABLE EFECTUAR LA LIMPIEZA EN DOS
ETAPAS, INTERCAMBIANDO LAS ENTRADAS CON LAS SALIDAS.
UNA VEZ REALIZADA LA LIMPIEZA, DEJAR CIRCULAR AGUA DURANTE
UNOS MINUTOS POR TODO EL CIRCUITO EN CUESTION.
5. APLICACIONES:

8. LIQUIDO DESINCRUSTANTE (Aconsejado)
CUB NET (Limpiador químico de restos calcáreos).
PROPIEDADES:
Enérgico limpiador químico de alta concentración para la eliminación de restos
calcáreos y manchas de óxido. Fácil aplicación y rapidez en las limpiezas.
APLICACIÓN Y MODO DE EMPLEO:
La dosificación es variable según el caso en particular, oscilando en proporciones de
1:1 a 1:4 litros de producto por litros de agua.
Se emplea recirculando con bomba o por inmersión en caso de herramientas y
útiles.
RIESGOS ESPECIFÍCOS:
R21/22 Nocivo en contacto con la piel y por ingestión.
R34 Provoca quemaduras.
PRECAUCIONES:
S2 Manténgase fuera del alcance de los niños.
S24 Evítese el contacto con la piel.
S26 En caso de contacto con los ojos, lávenlos inmediatamente con abundante
agua y acúda a un médico.
En caso de ingestión accidental, llamar al Servicio de Información Toxicológica.

1. Introduction
Please read this manual carefully before starting or using the machine. All
employees who work with and use this unit or who are responsible for its
maintenance must be familiar with its operation and safety devices. It is very
important to follow the general safety instructions, as well as all applicable
accident prevention regulations issued by professional organisations.
2. Starting the anticalcium cleaner unit
Use hoses to connect the unit input and output nozzles to the corresponding
input and output nozzles on the mould or heat exchanger to be cleaned.
(Fasten the connector hoses with clamps).
Make sure that the electrical connection is correct (these units are factory set
to 380V/50HZ, contact the Technical Department should any change be
necessary).
Remove the cap from the storage tank of the anticalcium cleaner and fill it up
to the level indicated in the enclosed drawing with a mixture of water and
descaling product.
(Concentration of the mixture of water and descaling acid: 10 or 25%)
Check that the pump rotates in the right direction by pressing the black start
button (the pump should always turn clockwise). If pump turns backwards,
invert the two phases of the power supply.
After connecting the unit to the power supply, verifying the direction of
rotation of the pump and filling the storage tank, the anticalcium cleaner unit is
ready for operation.

3. Maintenance of the Unit
Minimum maintenance is required. Always check the level of liquid in the
storage tank. Clean any possible residues from inside the tank when replacing the
liquid whenever it is depleted or exhausted.
4. Working time
The time required for effective cleaning may range from 30 to 90 minutes
depending on the amount of scale to be removed.
In the event that the scale to be removed is of considerable thickness,
cleaning should be performed in two stages, interchanging the input and output
lines so that the liquid passes in two directions.
After completing the cleaning process, allow water to flow through the circuit
for a few minutes.
5. APPLICATIONS

- Maintenance of the mould cooling circuits.
- Removal of scale from autoclaves.

7. GUARANTEE
- The guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The guarantee covers parts and labour provided it is applied to a malfunction of the
unit and not incorrect use.

8. DESCALING LIQUID (Recommended)
CUB NET (Chemical cleaner for lime deposits).
PROPERTIES:
Highly concentrated energetic chemical cleaner for removing lime deposits and
rust stains. Easy to use for fast descaling and cleaning.
APPLICATION AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
The dose is varied to suit the particular circumstances and usually varies between
proportions of 1 litre of product for every 1 to 4 litres of water.
It is applied by re-circulation using a pump or by immersion in the case of tools
and jigs.
SPECIFIC RISKS
R21/22 Harmful in contact with the skin or if swallowed
R34 Causes burns.
PRECAUTIONS:
S2 Keep out of the reach of children.
S24 Avoid contact with the skin.
S26 In the event of accidental contact with the eyes, immediately wash the
affected area with copious amounts of water and seek medical advice.

1. MISE EN MARCHE DE L’INSTALLATION ENSEMBLE DE
NETTOYAGE:
1. CONNECTER, À L’AIDE DE TUYAUX, L’ENTRÉE ET LA SORTIE DE
L’INSTALLATION À L’ENTRÉE ET À LA SORTIE DU MOULE OU DE
L’ÉCHANGEUR À NETTOYER (Fixer les tuyaux avec des brides).
2. VÉRIFIER SI LA CONNEXION ÉLECTRIQUE EST CORRECTE (CES
APPAREILS SONT FOURNIS À 380V/50HZ, POUR TOUT CHANGEMENT
PENDRE CONTACT AVEC LE DÉPARTEMENT TECHNIQUE).
3. RETIRER LE COUVERCLE DU RÉSERVOIR DE L’APPAREIL ET REMPLIR LE
RÉSERVOIR AVEC LE MÉLANGE D’EAU ET LE PRODUIT DE NETTOYAGE
JUSQU’AU NIVEAU INDIQUÉ SUR LE DESSIN CI-JOINT.
(Concentration du mélange d’eau et d’acide désincrustant: 10 ou 25%)
4. VÉRIFIER LE SENS DE GIRATION DE LA MOTOPOMPE EN APPUYANT SUR
LE BOUTON DE MISE EN MARCHE DE COULEUR NOIRE (IL FAUT
TOUJOURS LE TOURNER DANS LE SENS DES AIGUILLES DE LAMONTRE);
SI LE SENS EST INVERSÉ, NOUS REMPLACERONS UNE PHASE PAR
L’AUTRE, POUR OBTENIR AINSI LE SENS DE GIRATION SOUHAITÉ.
5. APRÈS AVOIR CONNECTÉ L’INSTALLATION, VÉRIFIÉ LA GIRATION DE LA
POMPE ET REMPLI LE RÉSERVOIR; L’INSTALLATION DE NETTOYAGE EST
PRÊTE À FONCTIONNER.
2. MAINTENANCE DE L’INSTALLATION:
LA MAINTENANCE DE CETTE INSTALLATION EST RÉDUITE AU
MINIMUM, IL SUFFIT DE TOUJOURS CONTRÔLER LE NIVEAU DE
LIQUIDE DANS LE RÉSERVOIR ET DE NETTOYER LES RÉSIDUS
ÉVENTUELLEMENT DÉPOSÉS AU MOMENT DE REMPLACER LE
MÉLANGE PAR SUITE D’ÉPUISEMENT DU PRODUIT.

3. TEMPS DE TRAVAIL:
1. LE TEMPS DE NETTOYAGE PEUT OSCILLER ENTRE 30 MINUTES
ET 1 HEURE ET DEMIE, EN FONCTION DU VOLUME
D’INCRUSTATION À ÉLIMINER. SI L’INCRUSTATION EXISTANTE
EST D’UNE ÉPAISSEUR CONSIDÉRABLE, IL EST RECOMMANDÉ
D’EFFECTUER LE NETTOYAGE EN DEUX ÉTAPES, EN
INTERCHANGEANT LES ENTRÉES ET LES SORTIES.
2. LE NETTOYAGE AYANT ÉTÉ EFFECTUÉ, LAISSER CIRCULER DE
L’EAU DURANT QUELQUES MINUTES DANS TOUT LE CIRCUIT EN
QUESTION.
4. APPLICATIONS:
- TRAITEMENT PÉRIODIQUES DANS LES ÉCHANGEURS DE CHALEUR.
- MAINTENANCE DES CIRCUITS DE REFROIDISSEMENT DES MOULES.
- DISSOLUTION DES DÉPÔTS CALCAIRES DANS DES AUTOCLAVES.

7. LIQUIDE DÉSINCRUSTANT:
CUB NET (nettoyeur chimique de restes calcaires).
PROPRIÉTÉS:
Hautement concentré nettoyant chimique énergiques pour éliminer les dépôts de calcaire et
les taches de rouille. Facile à utiliser pour le détartrage et le nettoyage rapide.
APPLICATION ET MODE D'EMPLOI:
La dose varie en fonction des circonstances particulières et varie généralement entre les
proportions de 1 litre de produit pour chaque 1 à 4 litres d'eau.
Elle est appliquée par re-circulation à l'aide d'une pompe ou par immersion dans le cas
d'outils et de gabarits.
