ABDOMINALS
Stand sideways on the footplate, feet a little less than shoulder width apart, feet should
not be facing the unit but be level with and at 90 degrees to it.
Secure the belt so it is positioned around the body, just above the hip and running
across the abs and stomach.
Once the massager is turned on, lean away from the unit to ensure the belt is taut and
functions at 100%.
After the desired period of time, turn around and proceed with same instruction to
massage the alternate side of body.
WAIST
Stand on the footplate facing the main unit, feet a little less than shoulder width apart.
Secure the belt in a position around the body, just above the hips.
Once the massager is turned, either lean away from the unit holding on to the handles
for stability if necessary, ensure the belt is taut for 100% function.
Remain in that position until the desired time has elapsed and then remove strap.
BUTTOCKS
Stand on the footplate facing the main unit, feet a little less than shoulder width apart.
Secure the belt around the body and position the belt in any point across the buttocks
(upper –level with hips, middle –across the mid-section, lower –across the bottom of
buttocks).
Once the massage begins, lean gently away from the unit to ensure the strap is taut and
functioning fully, hold the handles for stability if necessary.

5
THIGHS
Legs can be massaged together or individually.
To massage thighs/hamstrings simultaneously stand facing the main unit, feet a little
less than shoulder width apart.
Attach the strap around the back of the thighs and position a little under the buttocks at
mid thigh level.
Once the massage begins lean gently away from the main unit to ensure the strap is
taut and functioning fully, hold the handles for stability if necessary.
To work legs individually, use the same instructions as above but attaché the strap
around one leg only. The other foot should be placed on the floor beside the footplate
but the leg should remaining parallel with the leg in use.
Again the handle can be used for stability if necessary.
HANDS AND ARMS
Attach the two shorter straps to the unit and standing facing the main unit, feet slightly
less than shoulder width apart.
Holding the straps level with waist, ensure that the arms are bent to approx. 90 degrees
and that the elbows remain parallel to the body. Pull arms and straps backwards until
the straps are taut and the massage will spread across the hands, arms and shoulders.

6
SHOULDERS
Using the two matching straps stand facing away from the main unit on the footplate,
feet slightly less than shoulder width apart.
Attach the straps in a crossed formation across the front of the chest. Once in running,
this focuses the massage on the shoulder and chest muscles (e.g. deltoids, pectorals).
Once the desired time has elapsed, turn to face the main unit with feet shoulder width
apart, ensure that the two straps remain crossed at the mid-point of the back. This then
focuses the massage on the shoulders and back muscles (e.g. deltoids and lumbar
regions).
NECK
The neck can also be massaged using the same stance as listed above, facing the main
unit) but with the strap positioned around the back of the neck.
If preferred the user may sit on a chair to before this exercise, the back should be kept
as straight as possible, lean back into the massage a little (without or without using the
handles), position of the strap should remain the same around the back of the neck.
Care should be undertaken when utilising this exercise that the neck is not put under
excess stress. It should always be performed facing the main unit.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
Using your Beauty Massager will provide you with several benefits, it will improve your physical fitness, tone muscle
and in conjunction with calorie controlled diet help you lose weight.
The Warm Up Phase
This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk
of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretch should be
held for approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.
WEIGHT LOSS
The important factor here is the amount of effort you put in. The harder and longer you work the more calories you will
burn. Effectively this is the same as if you were training to improve your fitness, the difference is the goal.
