Thank you for your purchase of the Böhmer-AG Petrol Generator.
The Böhmer-AGPetrol Generator is a Powerful, low fuel consumption, low pollution, low
noise, simple to operate and easy to move. Widely used for household, outdoor, shops, banks,
fishing and other general power requirements, with a beautiful shape and design.
The operation and maintenance methods of the generator are described in this manual. Before
the operation of the petrol generator, you must read and understand the specifications. As long as
you are using this generator as per the specifications, this will extend the service life of the
generator.
All technical data and illustrations in this specification are in conformity with the latest product in
the publication. Because of revision and other changes, the contents of the specification may be
slightly different from the actual situation. Böhmer-AG has the right to modify at any time,
the development of the revised version without notice. The specification of copyright is owned by
the Böhmer-AG and any organization or individual may not illegally copy or modify.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

CHECK BEFORE USE
3.1 Oil level
Note: The Generator must be run on a flat surface the unit will shut down on an uneven surface.
Notice: 1. Petrol engine oil is the main factor that affects the performance and life of the gasoline engine. It
is recommended not to use the additive containing oil and two stroke engine oil, because they lack sufficient
lubrication, will shorten the service life of the gasoline engine. 2. Check petrol engine, to be shut down and
placed in the horizontal plane.
1. Clean dipstick
2. Insert the dipstick
into the oil inlet with the
cavity, please do not
rotate the oil gauge.
3. If the oil level is lower
than the oil foot limit, add
oil to the oil foot level
limit.
4. Tighten the dipstick.

3.2 Fuel level
1. Open the fuel tank cap.
3. Fill the fuel to the fuel filter.
2. Check the fuel level.
4. Replace fuel tank cap.

3.2.1 Fuel recommended
1. Petrol is very flammable, under certain
conditions it will explode.
2. Only refuel in a well-ventilated room.
3. Do not add to much fuel (filler neck should
have no oil). After adding the oil, check that
the fuel tank cap is tight.
4. Be careful when refueling not to let the oil
spill, spilled oil or gas fuel can combust and
may be volatile. Before starting make sure
that the area is free of fuel.
5. Avoid repeated or prolonged contact with
gasoline especially with skin, and to avoid
inhalation of petrol.
6. Do not leave children unsupervised around
the generator.
7. Only use unleaded petrol in this generator.
Its octane number is higher than 86.
8. The use of lead free petrol can reduce the
accumulation of carbon in the engine, and
extend the life of the generator.
9. Never use a mixture of old or
contaminated petrol, or oil and gas. Avoid
getting dirt and water into the fuel tank.
10. Fuel may damage paint and plastic. When
you refill, be careful not to spill. The damage
caused by fuel overflow is not covered by the
guarantee.
Notice: When the engine is running under a
heavy load, sometimes you may hear a
knocking or slight (metallic tapping noise),
this is normal.

3.3 Air cleaner
1. Open air filter cover.
2. Check the air filter element to ensure that it
is clean and well.
3. If dirty, remove the filter and clean.
a) Use solvent cleaning solution.
b) Squeeze clean.
c) Add a few drops of oil
d) Squeeze clean.
4. Install filter and cover filter cover.

4. Starting gasoline generator
4.1 Make sure the AC circuit breaker is closed.
4.2 Turn the fuel switch on。
4.3 Put choke switch in the "OFF" position.
Note: When the starting a warm engine,
do not close the choke.

4.5 Turn the ignition switch on。 4.6 Gently pull the handle until you feel
resistance, and then pull up.
Note: When finishing do not let the chord snap
back, but gently put the handle back to its
original position.
4.7 When the generator, chokes switch to
"ON" position.

5. Gasoline generator using method
Note: If you want to keep the petrol generator in the best mechanical and electrical state,
please follow the below.
5.1 Warning: in order to prevent the use of electrical errors, please be sure earth the Generator.

5.3 When connecting two or more loads on to the generator, please turn on the high current load.

Danger: if the generator is connected to
the household power supply, it should be
connected by a person who is familiar with
electric power. If the connection is not correct,
when the load is switched on, it could lead to
operation failure of the generator or a fire.

5.5 AC output

Note: The output of the engine is designed for high altitude areas, but it operates at a low altitude,
which can cause a drop in output power, overheating, and even severe damage due to the
mixture of air and fuel.

6. Stop step
6.1 Switch off AC circuit breaker.
6.3Switch off fuel switch.
6.2Switch off the ignition.
Note: if you want use an emergency stop for
the Generator, the ignition switch can be
placed in the "OFF" position.
