Answering Calls
RINGING CALLS
1. Lift handset.
2. Converse.
Placing Calls
INTERNAL CALLS
1. Lift handset.
2. Dial station number or 0for the attendant.
OUTSIDE CALLS
1. Lift Handset / Press Speaker Key
2. Dial 0 for outside line
3. Dial required phone number
Call Forwarding
Call Forward – Immediate
Set
1. Lift the handset
2. Dial 741
3. Dial 1 (Set)
4. Dial the destination extension or off-premise number
5. Hang up
Cancel
1.Lift the handset
2.Dial 741
3.Dial 0 (Cancel)
4.Hang up
Note: While set, Call Forward – All overrides Call Forward
Busy/No Answer setting.
Call Forward – Busy/No Answer
Set
1.Lift the handset
2.Dial 744
3.Dial 1 (Set)
4.Dial the destination extension or off-premise number
5.Hang up
Cancel
1.Lift the handset
2. Dial 744
3.Dial 0 (Cancel)
4.Hang up
Note: While set, Call Forward – All overrides Call Forward
Busy/No Answer setting.
Call Park
With a call in progress:
To park a call:
1. Press Recall Button
2.
2. Dial #6 and the Park orbit (01~64)
Note: If you hear busy tone, the orbit is busy. To try another
orbit, press the Recall Button twice and repeat the second step.
3. Use Paging to announce the call
4. Replace handset
Note 1: If not picked up, the call will recall to you.
Note 2: You can Park Intercom or Trunk calls.
Retrieve A Parked Call
To pick up a parked call:
1. Lift the handset
2.
2. Dial 6 and the Park orbit (01~64)
Voice / Tone Calling
1. Dial Internal Telephone Extension Number.
2. Dial 1 to change from Ring to Voice Announce or Voice
Announce to Ring.
Last Number Redial
1. Lift the handset
2. Dial #5
3. Converse
Station/System Speed Dialing
1. Lift the handset
2. Dial Speed Dial code:
a) Station Speed Dial #7
b) System Speed Dial #2
3. Dial Speed Dial Memory location:
a) Station Speed Dial 0-9
b) System Speed Dial 000~999
4. Converse
Placing Call on Hold
WITH A CALL IN PROGRESS
:
Press Recall Button
Note 1: Replacing the handset when a call is on hold will cause
the held call to immediately ring your station.
Note 2: Once a call is placed on hold, the telephone can be
used to place another internal or outside call, or access a
feature (i.e. Call Pickup).
Press Recall Button again to return to the original party and
place the second party on hold.
Transferring Calls
With a call in progress:
1. Press Recall Button
2. Dial station number
3. Announce call (optional)
4. Replace handset
5.
Note 1: If the called station is busy, replacing handset will
initiate a camp-on. An unanswered camp-on or ring transferred
call will recall to your telephone after a preprogrammed time
interval.
Note 2: To return to the original party, press Recall Button
twice.
Conference Call
With a call in progress:
1. Press Recall Button
2. Dial #1
3. Dial the party you want to add and wait until they answer
4. Press Recall Button and repeat the third step to add more
parties
5. To start conference Press Recall Key, wait 3 seconds then
press Recall key again
THIS WILL JOIN ALL PARTIES TOGETHER
Conference Call with Polycom Sound Station
With a call in progress:
1.
1. Press Multi Party Button ( people on button)
2. Dial #1
3. Dial the party you want to add and wait until they answer
(Remember to dial 0 for outside line if external call)
4. Press Multi Party Button and repeat the third step to add
more parties
5. To start conference Multi Party Button, wait 3 seconds
then press Multi Party Button again
THIS WILL JOIN ALL PARTIES TOGETHER
