Introducon
Before operating this hand pallet truck, read this ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION HANDBOOK carefully and understand the usage of the hand pallet truck
completely. Improper operation could create danger. This handbook describes the usage of a specific hand pallet truck. When operating and servicing the
hand pallet truck, make sure, that it applies to this specific pallet truck. Keep this handbook for future reference. If this or the warning/caution labels are
damaged or got lost, please contact your local dealer for replacement. Some described functions are optional and therefore not absolutely necessarily
equipped with your truck.
ATTENTION: Environmentally hazardous waste, such as baeries, oil and electronics, will have a negave eect on the environment, or health, if handled
incorrectly. The waste packages should be sorted and put into solid dustbins according to the materials and be collected disposal by local special environment
protecon bureau. To avoid polluon, it’s forbidden to throw away the waste randomly. To avoid polluon during the use of the products, the user should
prepare some absorbable materials (scraps of wooden or dry duster cloth) to absorb leaking oil in me. To avoid second polluon to the environment, the used
absorbable materials should be handed in to special departments in terms of local authories. Our products are subject to ongoing developments. Because
this handbook is only for the purpose of operang /servicing the hand pallet truck, therefore please have understanding, that there is no guarantee out of
parcular features out of this handbook.
1. Correct Applicaon
It is only allowed to use this hand pallet truck according to this instrucon handbook. This truck is a manually operated hand pallet truck designed to li and
transport the rated load on industrial pallets. Do not li or carry person and don’t use this truck for other purpose than its intended use. A wrong usage can
cause human injuries or can damage equipment.The operator/ the operang company has to ensure the correct usage and has to ensure, that this truck is used
only by sta, which is trained and authorized to use this truck.
WARNING: The truck has to be used on substanally rm, smooth, level and prepared surfaces. Driving with the load on slopes is not allowed. The load must
be placed approximately on the longitudinal centre plane of the table and must be in sasfactory condion.
The capacity is marked on the idencaon plate and depending on the version eventually addionally on the capacity scker. The operator has to consider the
warnings and safety instrucons. The hand pallet truck is intended to be used for indoor applicaons with ambient temperatures between +5o C and + 40o C.
Operang lighng must be minimum 50 Lux.
Modicaon
No modicaons or alteraons to this hand pallet truck which may aect, for example, capacity, stability or safety requirements of the truck, shall be made
without the prior wrien approval of the original truck manufacturer, its authorized representave, or a successor thereof. This includes changes aecng, for
example braking, steering, visibility and the addion of removable aachments. When the manufacturer or its successor approve a modicaon or alteraon,
they shall also make and approve appropriate changes to capacity plate, decals, tags and operaon and maintenance handbooks. By not observing these in-
strucons, the warranty becomes void.

3. Warnings and Safety Instrucons
DO NOT: Allow other person then the operator to stand in front of or behind the truck when it is moving or liing/lowering.
Overload the truck.
Put foot in front of rolling wheel, Injury could result.
Use the truck on a slope or inclined surface, the truck may become uncontrollable and create danger.
Li or carry people. People could fall down and suer severe injury.
Use truck with unstable, unbalanced loosely stacked load.
Use the truck in explosive atmospheres.
Watch dierence in oor levels when moving the truck. Load could fall down or the truck could get uncontrollable. Keep watching the condion of load. Stop
operang table if load becomes unstable. Pracce maintenance work according to regular Inspecon. This truck is not designed to be water resistant, therefore
use it in dry atmospheres.
4. Commissioning, Transporng, Storage / Reassembling
A. Commissioning – Tiller assembling: aer receiving our new hand pallet truck you may have to do following before rstly operang the truck:
• Check if are all parts included and not damaged
• Do the work according to the daily inspecons as well as funconal checks.
• Eventually assemble the truck according to following instrucons.
The commissioning weight is approximately. 10kg / six- pack higher than the product weight. Before assembling, please make sure, that the following supplied
parts are included and not damaged:
• 1 pc axle with hole (4)
• 2 pc dowel pin (5) [one is already assembled with the axle]
• 1 pc pre- assembled ller arm (1)
• 1 pc pre- assembled chassis with pump unit (6). Note: The marked number on the ller arm package and the chassis should be the same.

When aaching the handle, you had beer squat just in front of the pallet truck.
a)Insert the ller arm(1) into the pump piston, then use a hammer to insert the axle with hole into the hydraulic pump and ller arm (Fig. 4).
b)Set the control lever of the handle to the ‘LOWER’ posion, then pass the adjusng nut, adjusng bolt through the hole of the axle with your hand (Fig. 3).
c)Press the ller arm down; take away the pin (2, Fig. 2)
d)Set the control lever of the handle to ‘RAISE’ posion, then raise the lever plate with the pin (2, Fig. 2) and insert the adjusng bolt into the front slot
of lever plate. Note: Keep the adjusng nut under the lever plate.
e) Use a hammer to insert the 2nd dowel pin (5, Fig. 2) into the 2nd hole of the axle. The draw-bar is now assembled to the pump.

Hydraulic valve adjustment
On the ller of your pallet truck, you will nd the control lever, which can be regulated in three posions:
Lower — handle up, the lever moves back to the neutral, when released
Neutral — handle in center posion
Raise — handle down
If necessary, you can adjust the lever according to following steps (g. 5):

a) If the forks elevate while pumping in the Neutral posion, turn the adjusng nut on the adjusng bolt clockwise unl pumping acon does not raise the
forks and the Neutral posion works properly.
b) If the forks descend while pumping in the Neutral posion, turn the adjusng nut counter-clockwise unl the forks do not lower.
c) If the forks do not descent when the control handle is in the Lower posion, turn the adjusng nut clockwise unl raising the control handle lowers the forks.
Then check the Neutral posion according to g. 5 and be sure that the adjusng nut is in the proper posion.
d) If the forks do not elevate while pumping in the Raise posion, turn the adjusng nut counter- clockwise unl the forks elevate while pumping in the Raise
posion. Then check the Lower and Neutral posion.
C. Transporng
For transporng, remove the load, lower the truck to the lowest posion and lash it safe with dedicated lashing straps.
D. Storage/Reassembling
For storage, remove the load, lower the truck to the lowest posion, grease all in this handbook menoned greasing points (regularly inspecon) and even-
tually protect the truck against corrosion and dust. Jack the truck safety, so that there will be no aening aer storage. Reassemble the ller in the opposite
direcon of the assembling.

5. Daily Inspecon
This chapter describes pre-shi checks before pung the truck into operaon. Daily inspecon is eecve to nd the malfuncon or fault on the truck and
can maximize the lifeme. Check the truck on the following points before operaon.Remove load from truck and lower the forks to the lowest posion.
Do not use the truck if any malfuncon or fault is found.
Visually check for structural deformaon or cracks of arms, forks, or any other component; and unusual noise or binding of the liing mechanism.
Check if there is any oil leakage.
Check the vercal creep of the liing mechanism.
Check the smooth movement of the wheels.
Check if there are any parcles or damages on the wheels.
Check if all the bolts and nuts are ghtened rmly.
If equipped, check the brake. Verify that all labels are in place.
6. Οperang Instrucons
WARNING:
When operang the truck, the operator has to wear safety shoes.
The truck is intended to be used for indoor applicaons with ambient temperatures between +5
O
C and + 40
O
C.
The operang lighng must be minimum 50 Lux.
It is not allowed to use the truck on angled surfaces.
Never leave a loaded pallet truck unaended.
A. Parking
Lower the forks to the lowest posion and park the Hand pallet truck on a smooth and even level ground where the truck not disturbs any other opera-
ons. If equipped with a brake use the brake for parking the truck acc. to the descripon further below.
B. Liing
Check that the load does not exceed the loading capacity of the pallet truck. Roll the pallet truck with its forks slowly under the pallet/load unl the back
end of the fork rests against the load (Fig.6). Shi the operang lever down to the Liing posion. Li the load by up- and down movements of the ller
arm.
The load must be evenly distributed across both forks. DO NOT OVERLOAD THE TRUCK!

C. Lowering
Do not put foot or hand under the liing mechanism. Lower the load by shi the operang lever up to the lowering posion carefully. By releasing the
lever, the lowering movement will stop. Ensure there is adequate clearance behind, then move the pallet truck away.
D. Moving
Do not operate the truck on a slope or inclined surface.
Watch dierence of oor level when moving lier. Load could fall down.
Make the load stable to prevent it from falling down.
The truck might be not equipped with a brake. In this case the braking distance is longer and depends on the operator.
If equipped, release the brake. Move the truck by pushing or pulling the ller arm. The ller arm is connected to the steering rollers. The wheels are steered
automacally by moving or steering the ller arm.
E. Malfuncons
If there are any malfuncons or the truck is inoperave, please stop using it, place the truck at a safe place. Avoid further usage. Inform immediately the
manager and, or call your service.

7. Regular Maintenance
Only qualied and trained personnel are allowed to do service on this truck.
Before servicing the truck, remove the load and lower the forks to the lowest posion.
Completely immobilize pallet truck before working on components that might pinch ngers or hands if movement were allowed.
Use approved and from your dealer released original spare parts.
Please consider that oil leakage of hydraulic uid can cause failures and accidents.
It is allowed to adjust the pressure valve only from trained service technicians.
Waste material like oil, used baeries or other must be probably disposed and recycled according to the naonal regulaons and if necessary brought to a
recycling company.
All bushings and bearings have been lubricated at the factory. To increase their life, regular maintenance is recommended. Using the appropriate grease for the
applicaon and lubricate each grease ng every 6 months.
Harsh environments may require more frequent maintenance.
If you need to change the wheels, please follow the instrucons above. The wheels must be round and they should have no abnormal abrasion.
A.Maintenance
DAILY
Follow chapter 5.
MONTHLY
Check hydraulic oil level (more frequently for high use applicaons).
All bearings and shas are provided with long-life grease at the factory. Long-life grease should be applied to the lubricaon points at monthly intervals or aer
each me the truck is cleaned. Clean o dirt and debris
EVERY SIX MONTHS
Change oil (more frequently if color has substanally darkened or feels griy). The required hydraulic uid type is ISO VG32, its viscosity should be 30cSt at
40°C, total volume is about 0.3 l.
NOTE: If hydraulic oil is milky white in color, water is in the hydraulic system. Change the hydraulic oil immediately.
WARNING: Before starng operang the truck, ensure that all markings and decals are on the right place and not damaged (acc. to g. 3). If necessary replace
the decals.
B. Deaeraon of the hydraulic system
Air may nd its way into the pump during transportaon, lng or usage on uneven ground. It can result in not elevang forks whilst pumping in the Raise
posion. The air can be removed in the following way: Move the control handle to the Lower posion, then move the ller down several mes. Thereaer
normal operaon can be resumed.
C. Adding hydraulic oil to the pump reservoir
Ensure forks are in lowered posion.
Lay pallet truck on either side. Posion drain plug of hydraulic cylinder up.
Remove the screw plug.
Add hydraulic oil unl level of oil is at boom of hole.
Replace drain plug, upright the truck.

8. Troubleshoong
WARNING: If the truck has malfuncons follow the instrucons, menoned under chapter 7.

2. Description du transpalette manuel
Introduction
Avant d'utiliser ce transpalette manuel, lisez attentivement ce MANUEL D'UTILISATION ORIGINAL et comprenez parfaitement l'utilisation du transpalette
manuel. Une utilisation incorrecte peut être dangereuse. Ce manuel décrit l'utilisation d'un transpalette à main spécifique. Lors de l'utilisation et de
l'entretien du transpalette manuel, assurez-vous qu'il s'applique à ce transpalette spécifique. Conservez ce manuel pour pouvoir le consulter ultérieurement.
Si ce manuel ou les étiquettes d'avertissement/de précaution sont endommagés ou perdus, veuillez contacter votre revendeur local pour les remplacer.
Certaines fonctions décrites sont optionnelles et ne sont donc pas obligatoirement équipées de votre transpalette.
ATTENTION : Les déchets dangereux pour l'environnement, tels que les batteries, l'huile et l'électronique, auront un effet négatif sur l'environnement ou la
santé s'ils ne sont pas manipulés correctement. Les paquets de déchets doivent être triés et placés dans des poubelles solides en fonction des matériaux et
être collectés et éliminés par le bureau local de protection de l'environnement. Pour éviter la pollution, il est interdit de jeter les déchets au hasard. Pour
éviter la pollution pendant l'utilisation des produits, l'utilisateur doit préparer des matériaux absorbants (chutes de bois ou chiffons secs) pour absorber les
fuites d'huile à temps. Afin d'éviter une seconde pollution de l'environnement, les matériaux absorbants utilisés doivent être remis aux services spéciaux des
autorités locales. Nos produits font l'objet de développements permanents. Ce manuel étant destiné uniquement à l'utilisation et à l'entretien du
transpalette manuel, nous vous prions de comprendre qu'il n'y a aucune garantie quant aux caractéristiques particulières de ce manuel.
1. Application correcte
Ce transpalette à main ne doit être utilisé que conformément à ce manuel d'instructions. Ce chariot est un transpalette manuel conçu pour soulever et
transporter la charge nominale sur des palettes industrielles. Ne pas soulever ou transporter des personnes et ne pas utiliser ce chariot à d'autres fins que
celles pour lesquelles il a été conçu. L'opérateur/la société exploitante doit veiller à l'utilisation correcte de ce chariot et s'assurer qu'il est utilisé uniquement
par le personnel formé et autorisé à l'utiliser.
AVERTISSEMENT : Le chariot doit être utilisé sur des surfaces essentiellement fermes, lisses, planes et préparées. Il est interdit de rouler avec la charge sur
des pentes. La charge doit être placée approximativement sur le plan médian longitudinal de la table et doit être dans un état satisfaisant.
La capacité est indiquée sur la plaque d'identification et, selon la version, éventuellement sur l'autocollant de capacité. L'opérateur doit tenir compte des
avertissements et des consignes de sécurité. Le transpalette manuel est destiné à être utilisé à l'intérieur avec des températures ambiantes comprises entre +5o
C et + 40oC. L'éclairage de fonctionnement doit être de 50 Lux minimum.
Modification
Aucune modification ou altération de ce transpalette manuel pouvant affecter, par exemple, la capacité, la stabilité ou les exigences de sécurité du chariot,
ne doit être effectuée sans l'approbation écrite préalable du fabricant d'origine du chariot, de son représentant autorisé ou de son successeur. Cela inclut les
changements affectant, par exemple, le freinage, la direction, la visibilité et l'ajout d'accessoires amovibles. Lorsque le fabricant ou son successeur approuve
une modification ou une altération, il doit également apporter et approuver les changements appropriés à la plaque de capacité, aux autocollants, aux
étiquettes et aux manuels d'utilisation et d'entretien. Le non-respect de ces dispositions entraîne l'annulation de la garantie.

3. Avertissements et consignes de sécurité
NE PAS: Permettre à une personne autre que l'opérateur de se tenir devant ou derrière le chariot lorsqu'il est en mouvement ou en train de se lever/se baisser.
Surchargez le camion.
Si vous mettez le pied devant la roue de roulement, vous risquez de vous blesser.
Utiliser le chariot sur une pente ou une surface inclinée, le chariot peut devenir incontrôlable et créer un danger.
Soulever ou porter des personnes. Les personnes pourraient tomber et subir des blessures graves.
Utiliser le chariot avec une charge instable, déséquilibrée et faiblement empilée.
Utiliser le chariot dans des atmosphères explosives.
Faites attention aux différences de niveau du sol lorsque vous déplacez le camion. La charge peut tomber ou le camion peut devenir incontrôlable. Surveillez
l'état de la charge. Arrêtez de faire fonctionner la table si la charge devient instable. Effectuer les travaux d'entretien conformément à l'inspection régulière.
Ce chariot n'est pas conçu pour résister à l'eau, utilisez-le donc dans une atmosphère sèche.
4. Mise en service, transport, stockage/réassemblage
A. Mise en service - Montage du timon: après avoir reçu notre nouveau transpalette manuel, vous devrez peut-être effectuer les opérations suivantes avant de
pouvoir utiliser le chariot pour la première fois:
•Vérifiez si toutes les pièces sont incluses et si elles ne sont pas endommagées
•Effectuez le travail selon les inspections quotidiennes ainsi que les contrôles fonctionnels.
•Assemblez éventuellement le camion selon les instructions suivantes.
Le poids de la mise en service est d'environ 10kg / six-pack plus élevé que le poids du produit. Avant de procéder à l'assemblage, veuillez vous assurer que
les pièces fournies suivantes sont incluses et ne sont pas endommagées :
•1 pc axe avec trou (4)
•2 goujons (5) [l'un d'entre eux est déjà assemblé avec l'essieu].
•1 bras de timon pré-assemblé (1)
•1 pc châssis pré-assemblé avec unité de pompe (6). Remarque : Le numéro de marquage sur l'emballage du timon et sur le châssis doit être le même.

Lorsque vous fixez la poignée, vous avez intérêt à vous accroupir juste devant le transpalette.
a)Insérez le bras du timon (1) dans le piston de la pompe, puis utilisez un marteau pour insérer l'axe avec le trou dans la pompe hydraulique et le bras du
timon (Fig. 4).
b)Placez le levier de commande de la poignée sur la position "Bas", puis passez l'écrou de réglage, le boulon de réglage dans le trou de l'essieu avec votre
main (Fig. 3).
c)Appuyez sur le timon vers le bas ; retirez la goupille (2, Fig. 2).
d)Placez le levier de commande de la poignée sur la position "Soulever", puis soulevez la plaque du levier à l'aide de la goupille (2, Fig. 2) et insérez le boulon
de réglage dans la fente avant de la plaque du levier. Remarque: gardez l'écrou de réglage sous la plaque de levier.
e) A l'aide d'un marteau, insérez la deuxième goupille (5, Fig. 2) dans le deuxième trou de l'axe. La barre d'attelage est maintenant assemblée à la pompe.

Réglage des valves hydrauliques
Sur le timon de votre transpalette, vous trouverez le levier de commande, qui peut être réglé sur trois positions:
Bas - poignée vers le haut, le levier revient au point mort, lorsqu'on le relâche
Neutre - poignée en position centrale
Soulever - poignée vers le bas
Si nécessaire, vous pouvez régler le levier en suivant les étapes suivantes (fig. 5):

a) Si les fourches se soulèvent lors du pompage en position neutre, tournez l'écrou de réglage sur le boulon de réglage dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre jusqu'à ce que l'action de pompage ne soulève plus les fourches et que la position neutre fonctionne correctement.
b) Si les fourches descendent alors que la pompe est en position neutre, tournez l'écrou de réglage dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce que
les fourches ne descendent plus.
c)Si les fourches ne descendent pas lorsque la poignée de commande est en position Bas, tournez l'écrou de réglage dans le sens des aiguilles d'une
montre jusqu'à ce que le fait de relever la poignée de commande fasse descendre les fourches. Vérifiez ensuite la position Neutre selon la fig. 5 et assurez-
vous que l'écrou de réglage est dans la bonne position.
d) Si les fourches ne se soulèvent pas lors du pompage en position Soulever, tournez l'écrou de réglage dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à
ce que les fourches se soulèvent lors du pompage en position Soulever.Vérifiez ensuite la position Bas et la position Neutre.
C. Transport
Pour le transport, retirez la charge, abaissez le chariot à la position la plus basse et arrimez-le en toute sécurité à l'aide des sangles d'arrimage prévues à cet effet.
D. Stockage/Remontage
Pour le stockage, enlevez la charge, abaissez le chariot à la position la plus basse, graissez tous les points de graissage mentionnés dans ce manuel
(contrôlez régulièrement) et protégez éventuellement le chariot contre la corrosion et la poussière. Calez le chariot en toute sécurité, afin qu'il ne s'aplatisse pas
après le stockage. Remontez le timon dans le sens inverse du montage.
