The following textiles should not be tumble- dried:

– Woollens or items containing wool. Risk of shrinking!
– Delicate fabric (silk, synthetic ne t curtain). Risk of creasing!

Add detergent and care product
– Add the appropriate dose according to: Am ount of washing, soiling, water hardness
(ask your water supply company) an d manufacturer’s instructions.
– Models without insert for liquid detergen t: pour liquid detergent into an appropriate
dispenser and place in the drum.
– Use commercially available l ow foam detergents for washer dryer o nly.
– During operation: close the dete rgent drawer!

Compartment I: Detergent for pre-wash
Intended use
ʋFor domestic use only.
ʋFor the washing of machine-washable fabrics in a detergent
solution.

low foam detergents and care pro ducts which are suitable for use
in front loaded washer dryer.
– Do not leave children unattended near the washer dr yer.

– The washer dryer is not to be used by children or persons

– Install and operate the washer dryer in a room with a drain.
– In order to ensure your safety, you must plug the cable into
a socket which has a reliable earth connec tion.
Removing laundry
Open washer dryer door and remove la undry.
Leave the washer dryer door and detergent drawer open so that any resi dual
water can evaporate!

Important information
Washing drying preparing/Protecting the laundry and the machine
– Empty pockets.
– Look out for metal items (p aperclips, etc.).
– Trousers, knitwear an d knitted textiles, e.g. Jersey garments, T-shirt s or sweatshirts should
be turned inside out.
– Ensure that underwired b ras are machine washable.
– Wash delicates in a net/ba g (tights, curtains, underwired bras).
– Fasten zips, do up any buttons.
– Brush sand out of pockets and colla rs.
– Remove curtain hooks or place cur tains in a net/bag.
– Use only tumble-dry t extiles if you select drying.
– Before tumble-drying, handwa sh items should be spun using the appropria te spin speed.
– Remove as much w ater as possible before tumble-d rying. Recommended spin speed f or
cottons is more than 1000 rpm; for easy-care is more than 80 0 rpm.
– In order to ensure uniform d rying, sort the items according to f abric type and degree
ofâdrying required.
– Items which require ironing do not have to be ironed immediately after being tumble-dried.
It is a good idea to fold or roll them together for a while, so that any remaining moisture
isâevenly distributed.
–To achieve good drying performance, dry quilt covers, terry towels or other large textile
items individually. Terry towels not more than 4 pieces ( or 3 kg).
Before using for the first time
Do not put any laundry in the washer dryer. Tu rn on the tap, pour ½ measuring cup
of detergent into dispenser II. Set the Fluff Cle an .40 °C programme and select
Start/Pause $.
At the end of the programme, set the programme selector to ÂOff.
Laundry with different degrees of soiling
Wash new items separately.
Light Do not prewash.
If required, pretreat stains. Select Cottons Eco program me
or â(intensive) additional function.
Heavy Load less laundry. Prewash.
If required, pretreat stains. Select Cottons Eco program me
or (intensive)additional function.
Soaking Load laundry of the same colour
Pour soaking agent/detergent into disp enser II according to the manufacturer's instructio ns.
Set Cottons LF30 °C programme and s elect Start/Pause $.
After approx. 10 minutes, select Start/Pause $. Afte r the required soaking time, rese lect
Start/Pause $if the programme is to be continued or change the programme.
Starching Laundry must not be treated with fabric softener
Starching is possible in all wash programmes using liquid starch. Pour the starch into the
fabric softener compartment according to t he manufacturer's instructions (if necessary clea n
it first).
Dyeing/bleaching
Dye should only be used in normal household quantit ies. Salt may damage stainless steel.
Always follow the dye manufacturer's instructions . Do not bleach laundry in the washi ng
machine.

– Load the maximum am ount of laundry to wash or dry for the

– Wash normally soiled laundry without prewash.
– Select Cottons Eco 60°C and addition al â(Intensive)
function to obtain good cleaning results with significantly
lower energy consumption.
– Dose the detergent accordin g to the manufacturer’s
instructions and water hardness.
– If the laundry is then to be dried in the appliance, se lect the
highest selectable spin speed – because the m ore water that
is spun out of the appliance, the less time and energy isâ
required to dry it.
– Keep the installation room we ll ventilated, clean the air inlet
filter regularly.

the drying mode to in order to o btain extra dry laundry, or
