Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der Montage des Gasventils CG 20 R03 VW5 WZZ
sorgfältig durch.
1.1 Inhalt dieser Anleitung Diese Anleitung beschreibt den Austausch eines defekten Gasventils gegen ein
neues Gasventil CG 20 R03 VW5 WZZ der Firma Kromschröder.

2.1 Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Das Gasventil CG 20 R03 VW5 WZZ dient zur Regulierung des Verhältnisses zwi-
schen Gas- und Luftmenge in Gas-Brennwertkesseln.
2.2 Erstinbetriebnahme
Hinweis: Das Kapitel Inbetriebnahme in dieser Anleitung und das Installations-
handbuch des verwendeten Heizkessels sind zu beachten!
2.3 Allgemeine
Sicherheitshinweise
Gefahr! Alle mit der Montage verbundenen Arbeiten dürfen nur durch einen zuge-
lassenen Gasinstallateur durchgeführt werden!
Verwendetes Zubehör muss den technischen Regeln entsprechen und vom Her-
steller in Verbindung mit dem Gasventil zugelassen sein. Es dürfen nur Original-
Ersatzteile verwendet werden.
Eigenmächtige Umbauten und Veränderungen am Gasventil sind nicht gestattet,
da sie zu Schäden am Gasventil und an der Heizungsanlage führen können. Bei
Nichtbeachtung erlischt die Zulassung des Gerätes.

3. Montage
Stromschlaggefahr! Vor Beginn der Arbeiten ist die Heizungsanlage spannungs-
frei zu schalten und gegen Wiedereinschalten zu sichern!
Lebensgefahr durch Gas! Alle mit der Montage verbundenen Arbeiten dürfen nur
durch einen zugelassenen Gasinstallateur durchgeführt werden!
Vor Beginn der Arbeiten ist das Gerät spannungslos zu machen und die Gasab-
sperreinrichung zu schließen.
Bei der Montage sind die beigelegten Dichtungen zu verwenden. Nach der Mon-
tage alle Verbindungen auf Dichtheit prüfen! Das Gasventil und die Gasleitung
dürfen nur mit max. 150 mbar abgedrückt werden.
1. Den Stecker des defekten Gasventils abziehen.
2. Die Gasanschlüsse lösen und das defekte Gasventil ausbauen.
3. Am neuen Ventil die Schutzabdeckungen entfernen und das Ventil mit neuen
Dichtungen montieren (Beipack).
Dabei beachten, dass die Einbaulage des Gasventils je nach Gerätetyp der
Heizungsanlage variieren kann.
4. Den Stecker wieder aufstecken.
5. Die Gasabsperreinrichtung öffnen und die Gasstrecke gegebenenfalls entlüf-
ten.
Dazu den Messstutzen für den Anschlussdruck öffnen (siehe Abb. 1) und un-
ter Beachtung der Sicherheitsvorkehrungen entlüften.
6. Dichtigkeit der Anschlüsse prüfen. Maximalen Prüfdruck beachten!
7. Den Kessel in Betrieb nehmen und den CO2-Gehalt bei Voll- und Kleinlast
prüfen und gegebenenfalls einstellen. Der CO2-Gehalt wird durch Verstellung
des Gasdrucks an der Gasarmatur eingestellt.
8. Den Richtwert des Düsendrucks entsprechend der nachstehenden Tabelle
kontrollieren (siehe Kapitel Inbetriebnahme).

4. Inbetriebnahme
4.1 Anschlussdruck
Der Anschlussdruck muss zwischen folgenden Werten liegen:
Bei Erdgas: - min. 18,0 mbar
- max. 25,0 mbar
Bei Flüssiggas: - min. 42,5 mbar
- max. 57,5 mbar
Der Anschlussdruck wird als Fließdruck am Messstutzen des Gasventils gemes-
sen.
Bei Anschlussdrücken außerhalb der genannten Bereiche darf der Kessel nicht in
Betrieb genommen werden. Das Gasversorgungsunternehmen ist zu unterrichten.

4.4 Nennwärmebelastung Steht am Aufstellungsort keine der in der Düsendrucktabelle angegebenen Gas-
arten zur Verfügung, so ist die Nennwärmebelastung geringer oder höher. Soll ab-
weichend von der werksseitigen Einstellung eine angepasste
Nennleistungseinstellung vorgenommen werden, ist der erforderliche Einstellwert
(Gasdurchfluss in l/min) aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle zu entnehmen.
