STORAGE
● When you are not using the appliance, store it in a clean, dry place
out of the reach of children.
You can help protect the environment! Please remember to
respect the local regulations: hand in the non-working
electrical equipments to an appropriate waste disposal center.

●To disconnect, grasp plug and unplug cord from electrical outlet.
●To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the cord, plug
or motor base in water or any other liquids.
●Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
●Never leave appliance unattended when in use.
●Close supervision is necessary when used by or near children.
●Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands and utensils out of sport
bottle while blending to prevent personal injury or damage to the blender.
●The blade is sharp. Handle with care.
●To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blades on base
without sport bottle properly attached.
●Do not attempt to bypass the interlock system that powers the unit on.
●Do not blend hot liquids in the blender.
●Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.
Return the appliance to the nearest Authorized Ouke Appliance Service
Center for examination, repair or electrical mechanical adjustment.
●Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes; this appliance is for
household use only.
●Always operate on a flat surface.
●Unplug the blender when not in use, before taking off or putting on parts
and before cleaning.
●Use this appliance for its intended use as described in this manual. The
use of attachments not made by the manufacturer, including canning or
ordinary jar and processing assembly parts, is not recommended by
Ouke and may cause a risk to persons.
●This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children)
with reduce physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
be followed, including the following:

Please follow the instructions below to ensure the safe use of the power
cord.
●This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug. This type of plug has
one blade that is wider than the other. This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way.This is a safety feature intended to help reduce the
risk of electrical shock. If you are unable to insert the plug into the
outlet, reverse the plug and try again. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician to replace the obsolete outlet. Do not attempt to
defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug by modifying the plug
in any way.
●You may use an extension cord, if necessary, but be certain to follow
these guidelines:
-The extension must be arranged so that it will not drape over the
countertop or tabletop, will not be within the reach of children, and will
not be tripped over.
- Do not pull, twist or otherwise abuse the power cord.
POWER CORD INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance comes with a thermal resettale fuse feature to
prevent damage to the motor in the case of extreme overload.
Should the unit shut off unexpectedly, unplug it and let it cool
for at least 15 minutes before continuing.

USING THE APPLIANCE
Clean blender according to the instructions in the “Cleaning and
Storing Your Blender” section.
Place the sport bottle on a flat surface
with the open end facing up. Put the
ingredients you want to mix into blending
container.Containers can hold food up
to the 400ml line.Do not put more food
and liquid into container.
Warning: Adding Food and liquid should
not over 60℃
Suggested usage: 2/5 rated capacity for
ingredients (eg.carrots,apples) and
3/5 rated capacity for water.

After blending is finished, unplug the
power cable. Make sure the blade unit
has stopped turning, and remove the
blending container assembly from the
motor unit.

Plug the power cable in and press the
pulse switch to start the blender.Press
and hold switch for as long as you want
to mix. To turn the blender off, let up on
switch.
Waring: The maximum operating time
is 30 . Do not let the appliance
run continuously longer than the time
indicated above. Then let the appliance
cool for 2 minutes.

TIP：After you've consumed your blended beverage, wash out the sport
bottle and resuse it throughout the day for water or other cold liquids.
Note: For optimal performance, place desired ingredients in the Sport
Bottle according to the following order: Liquids, fresh ingredients, frozen
fruit, yogurt and ice cream.
BLENDING TIPS
● Put liquids in the cup first, Unless otherwise specified in recipe.
● Cut the stones removed fruits and vegetables into pieces, not larger
than 10x10x10mm.
● Don't overload sport bottle. If the motor stalls, turn the blender off
immediately, unplug the unit and let it cool for at least 15 minutes.
Then, restart.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
●
Disassemble the appliance into separate parts.Before disassembly,
make sure the rotating parts have stopped.
● Thoroughly wash the blade unint and the emptied blending container
in warm water with a neutral dish detergent. Then rinse these parts
under clear running water, dry them with a soft towel or let them air dry.
IF you have used the lid, clean it in the same way. We recommend
washing all parts immediately after use, so that food does not stick.
Dried food is hard to remove. The blade unit, bottle and the lid are all
dishwasher safe.
Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is shut off and unpluged.

5. Remove the blade unit and, if necessary, close bottle with the lid or
pour the contents into another appropriate container.
Clean all parts used according to the instructions in the chapter
"Cleaning and maintenance".

Warning:
When removing and cleaning the blade unit, be extra cautious to avoid
injury. The blade edges are sharp.
Some foods may dicolor blending container. However, this does not
affect the operating of the appliance.
● To clean the outer surface of motor unit use a cloth soaked in a weak
detergent solution. After applying the detergent, dry the surface with
a cloth moistened with clean water, and then wipe it dry.
● Never immerse the motor unit or power cable into water or any other
liquid. When cleaning the appliance, do not use solvents, paint
thinners or avrasive cleaners. This may damage the surface of the
appliance.
INFORMATIONS ON GRINDING
HOW TO USE
1.Put ingredient into the grinder cup. (Fig.1)
2.Screw the grinder blade base to the grinder cup
(Fig.1), then fix it onto the blender main body.(Fig.2）
3.Press the switch button to grind the food.
Note:
1.When adding ingredients, please do not exceed
the limit Max(80g) line, and the recommended
grinding time is not to exceed 30 seconds.

2.The grinder is suitable to grind herbs, spices,
coffee beans, nuts, pepper, sesames, dried corn
niblet into powder.
3.If grind oily foods such as peanuts, sesames, etc.,
it is recommended to add a tablespoon of sugar inside
to grind together.
4.When grinding food and find the blade is running for
nothing, please stop operating and cut off the power,
then stir to loose the power and grind again if needed.

FOR COFFEE BEANS
Never grind more than the amount of coffee required for use within
the next hour as ground coffee is quickly spoilt. Use the cup selector
to adjust the amount of coffee produced for your needs.
You can also use the cup selector dial to fine tune the amount of
coffee grinds produced to make the coffee weaker or stronger to your
own personal taste.
