xSETTING UP YOUR MS-20 SCALE
To insure that your scale operates correctly, position the scale on a level sturdy
worktop.
The display head can be either attached to the wall or positioned in front of the
scale.
Pull down feet on back of display head enable the operator to change the
viewing angle of the display head.
Any excess cable can be stored in the cavity on the underside of the display
head.
xPOWER SUPPLY
The MS-20 uses 9V alkaline battery or
9V 100mA AC adapter.
CAUTION : always connect the AC
adapter to the MS-20 before
connecting to the mains power supply.
Disconnect from the mains power
supply before disconnecting the
adapter from the MS-20
xKEY FUNCTION
ON/TARE (1) Press once to switch scale on.
OFF -
(2) Press while scale is switched on to
re-zero the scale.
(3) Press and hold this key for 2 seconds
to switch scale off. Scale will auto shut-off
if not used after 120 seconds
UNIT -Selects between kg mode and lb mode.
HOLD -When pressed the displayed weight will be
held on the display once the weight becomes
stable.
By repressing the Hold key again will release
the held display and allow the scale to return
back to normal weighing mode.
xPROCÉDURE DE CALIBRAGE
1) La balance étant éteinte, appuyer sur la touche « ON/OFF/TARE »
(MARCHE/ARRÊT/TARE), puis sans relâcher cette touche, appuyer trois fois sur la touche
kg/lb et tout relâcher.
2) L’écran affiche zéro (500~4 000).
3) Appuyer une fois sur la touche « ON/OFF/TARE » (MARCHE/ARRÊT/TARE).
4) L’écran affiche « CAL » (CALIBRAGE), puis « 0 ».
5) Placer une charge de 20 kg sur la balance.
6) L’écran indique le compte de l’intervalle (1250~3750).
7) Appuyer à nouveau sur la touche « ON/OFF/TARE » (MARCHE/ARRÊT/TARE).
8) L’écran affiche « CAL » (CALIBRAGE), puis « 20.00 kg.
9) Retirer le poids de la balance et le calibrage est terminé.

xCALIBRATION PROCEDURE
1) With the scale switched off, press and hold the “ON/OFF/TARE key, without
releasing press the kg/lb key three times and then release.
2) Display will show zero (500~4000).
3) Press “ON/OFF/TARE” key once.
4) Display will show “CAL” and then “0”.
5) Load 20kg weight onto the scale.
6) Display will show span count (1250~3750)..
7) Press “ON/OFF/TARE” key again.
8) Display will show “CAL” and then “20.00 kg”.
9) Remove the weight from the scale and the calibration is finished.

Function Keys

Pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de votre balance, la placer sur une surface plate et
solide.
La tête d’affichage peut être positionnée au mur ou devant la balance.
Les pattes pliables se trouvant au dos de la tête d’affichage permet à l’opérateur de
modifier l’angle de vue.
Tout câble en trop peut être rangé dans l’emplacement se trouvant sous la tête
d’affichage.
xALIMENTATION :
Le modèle MS-20 utilise une batterie
alcaline de 9 V ou un adaptateur c.a.
de 9 V et 100 mA.
ATTENTION : toujours connecter
l’adaptateur c.a. à l’appareil avant de
brancher sur l’alimentation principale.
Débrancher l’alimentation principale
avant de déconnecter l’adaptateur.
xFONCTIONS PRINCIPALES
ON/OFF/TARE
(MARCHE/ARRÊT/TARE) - (1)
Appuyer une fois pour allumer la balance.
(2) Quand la balance est allumée, appuyer sur la
touche pour mettre la balance à zéro.
(3) Appuyer sur cette touche pendant 2 secondes
pour éteindre la balance. La balance s’arrêtera
automatiquement après 120 secondes
d’inutilisation.
UNITS (UNITÉS) - Sélectionne le mode kg ou le mode lb.
HOLD (RETENIR) - Appuyer sur cette touche et le poids affiché sera
retenu à l’écran dès que le poids se stabilise.
En appuyant à nouvaeau sur la touche Hold
(Retenir), l’affichage retenue s’arrêtera et la
balance pourra revenir en mode de pesée normal.
