Before first use
Beforeinsertingtemperaturecontrolprobeinto
thewoksocketensuretheinteriorofthesocketis
fullydry.Todothis,shakeoutexcesswaterthen
wipetheinteriorofthesocketwithadrycloth.
Note
Operating your Avance Ultimate Wok
TheAvanceUltimateWokmustbeusedwith
thetemperaturecontrolprobeprovided.Do
notuseanyothertemperaturecontrolprobeor
connector.
Whenstirfrycookingandahighheatisrequired,
settemperaturedialto‘HighSear’andallow
thermostatlighttocycleonandoffseveral
times.Thiswillallowthecookingsurfaceto
adjusttoamoreaccuratecookingtemperature.
