BridgestoneEuropeNV/SA(“Bridgestone”)warrantsthattheFleetpulseTPMSsystemundernormaluse
arefreefrommaterialdefects,includingimproperorinferiorworkmanship,materials,anddesign,during
thedesignatedwarrantyperiod,andsubjecttothefollowingtermsandconditions,whenusednormally
andinaccordancewithalloperatinginstructions:
LimitedWarrantyPeriod:Dongle,SensorsandBatteryLifearewarrantedforaperiodof24monthsfrom
thedateofsupply.
IfaproductdevelopsafaultwithintheLimitedWarrantyPeriod,itshouldbereturnedtoBridgestone
(BridgestoneEuropeNV/SA,SolutionsDpt,KleineKloosterstraat19,1932Zaventem,Belgium)withproof
ofpurchaseandindicationandfulldescriptionofthefault.
ProductsproventobefaultyunderthisLimitedWarrantyshall,atBridgestone’ssoleoption,berepaired
orreplacedfreeofcharge.Bridgestonereservestherighttouseneworrefurbishedreplacementparts
orproducts.Anyreplacement partorproducttakesontheremainingLimitedWarranty periodofthe
replaced part or product.
ThisLimited Warrantydoesnotcover products thatarefaulty,malfunctioningordamagedasaresult
oftheproduct’simproperhandlingsuchas,butnotlimitedto,incorrecttment,useofinappropriate
tools for the tment, incorrect use, storage or use outside the temperature range or disassembly by
unauthorizedpersons,abrasionorcorrosion,exposuretochemicals.
Anyimpliedwarrantyislimitedtothesame24months’periodfromdateoforiginalsupply.Bridgestone
isnotliableforanydirectorconsequentiallossorpropertydamagearisingfromanyuseoftheTPMS
system.Thiswarrantygivestheuserspeciclegalrights,whichdonotaffectorlimitanystatutoryrights
thatmaybeapplicable.
ExceptasexpresslysetforthinthisLimitedWarranty,Bridgestonemakesnootherwarranties,expressor
implied,includinganyimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityortnessforaparticularpurpose.

CorrectinstallationisessentialfortheproperfunctioningoftheTPMSsystem.Thereforestrictlyfollowthe
installationinstructionsetforthinthismanual.
Thefeedbackgiven bythisTPMSsystemistakenat the time of measurement and as such cannotbe
treatedasareal-timepressuremonitoringsystemwhiledriving.Theuserisresponsibletoactandcorrect
detectedabnormaltyreinationpressuresassoonaspossible.
Anyrapiddeationand/oraccidentcausedduetoimproperusageofthesystemiscompletelyoutofthe
responsibility of Bridgestone.
Chemicals,suchas partoftemporary resealing orre-inationproductscontaininginternalsealants or
propellantsmayadverselyaffecttheoperationoftheTPMSsystem.
