DESCRIPTION OF BRM 630 S
BRM-630 S is an emergency communication
set which ensures bilateral communication for
elevators according to the standards 81-28 and
81-70. Moreover, it provides tracking breakdowns,
revision and other recognized systems.
FEATURES OF BRM 630 S
BRM-630 S is a set which has been designed as
“Emergency Communication System” in the light
of new regulations and standards and equipped
with powerful software support. It is easy to install
and use, its technical surveillance is eortless and
outputs are satisfying.
• It’s lters faults with its advanced
lter function and does not keep busy
communication center or emergency
personnel due to unnecessary alarms.
• It’s terminals send a test message to the
BRMCLOUD system once every three
days (thanks to ADJUSTABLE TIME) and
checks whether the line works or not by
communicating with the system once every 90
seconds.
• It checks situation of battery automatically.
Articial intelligence is prepared to receive
alarms of the battery.
• It has a light system meeting requirements of the
EN 81-70 or optionally relay outputs which can be
connected with buttons.
• Also, it is prepared for interphone system. It will
be enough to connect a receiver to the system.
• It is a software which controls alarms and
operating situation of all BRM-630 S elevator
• Various operators can use this software
simultaneously.
• The system warns its users in certain cases.
• It manages test alarms, inspections, emergency
calls and technical alarms.
• There is no license fee in line with requirements
of the standards 81-28 of the BRM CLOUD
software system.
• Outstanding feature of the BRM-630 S is that it
is reportable and can be tracked by a computer,
cellphone or a tablet and its communication
abilities are improved.
• Thanks to its software and hardware integration,
distributors can check operability or alarm
situations of elevators they have installed online.
• It sends SMS to 5 cell phone numbers which is
previously designated in case of any danger,
maintenance and etc. and calls these numbers
one by one until it connects them.

Supply and Battery Connections
ATTENTION!
Before connecting with 24 Volt DC
energy, measure the energy and make
sure it is 24 V. If high voltage is present,
it may burn your device.
ATTENTION!
Connect by checking the (+) and (-) ends of
the battery. In case of reverse connection, the
battery input may be damaged.
BRM main module checks your battery and
sends you the necessary warnings when the
battery fails. It also checks the correct charge of
the battery by charging the connected battery.

HOW SMART FILTRATION WORKS?
Intelligent ltering of BRM Devices;
1- Connecting the door, energy and
motor ends
2- In panels with 81-28 lters, by
connecting the energy and motor
ends (IT MUST BE ACTIVATED WITH
A SINGLE CABLE FILTERING FEATURE
THROUGH BRM CLOUD).

Intercom Connection
a- Connect terminals a and b ends of a
handset that is compatible with the BRM
630 device to the ends of the Intercom
socket with a suitable cable.
b- When the alarm button is pressed for 8
seconds, the intercom device in the engine
room is searched automatically.
c- If the intercom device does not respond
for 15 seconds, phone calls to other
registered numbers
d- Intercom device talk time is 20 minutes.
e- When the intercom answered from the
machine room, the conversation with the
cabin starts automatically.
f- Obligation to use intercom device in
places where BRM devices are available;
They are in structures over 30 meters or
without a machine room.

Plugging the Sim Card
BRM630 S series devices perform call and
SMS sending capabilities over the GSM
system. To be used for this purpose; 2G
FEATURES
a. You can obtain a Postpaid line with a minimum
of 100 Minutes - 200 SMS - 200 mb Internet
package.
b. SIM card must be the smallest size (NANO
SIM).
Cancel the PIN code of the SIM card. If the PIN
code is not removed, the device will make a card
error and the system will not work. Enter the
Security Settings by inserting the sim card into
a mobile phone, cancel the PIN code from here.
Insert the SIM card whose PIN code you have
canceled, as shown on the device.
“Insert your sim card into the sim card slot of the
main module according to the gure on the left.
When you want to remove it, simply push the sim
card.”
ATTENTION ! Without the SIM card inserted,
the device will not be turned on and any
function of the device will not work.

Signal Strength and Battery Check
Signal Strength and Battery Check and Reading IMEI
In BRM 630 devices, it means that there are 14 signal strength draws over 31 in the (RSSI)
signal strength section (RSSI: 14) shown in the PICTURE BELOW. The signal strength of
BRM630S models is between 1-31. Critical level device will inform.
(V) indicates battery power. (V: 13.7) The battery is at 13.7 volts.
The above screen appears before starting data entries or after nish-
ing and exiting. The 15-digit value on the screen is the IMEI number
of the device. The value in the picture is representation. Another IMEI
number will be read on your device.
