Dear Users,
Thank you for choosing BROAD Clean Fresh Air Machine.
Since its establishment, BROAD has been adhering to the service motto
of "Sincerity, Diligence and Strictness", and the philosophy of "Providing
Unique Value for Customers". BROAD has been continuously improving
our service and our quality to ensure that all BROAD's clean fresh air
systems provide indoor air that is 100 times cleaner than outdoor air, and
this commitment will be fulfilled throughout the product’s lifespan.
In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the product to
create a healthy and comfortable working and living environment, we
have made a Scope of Work for BROAD service engineers to follow. We
appreciate your support and supervision, and welcome your comments.
1. The engineer must make an appointment in advance with the user for
on-site service. If the engineer cannot keep the appointment for any
reason, a call to the customer should be made at least 15 minutes in
advance
2. The engineer must train the user on machine operation, and should
demonstrate electrostatic cleaner dust scraping and cleaning, as well
as purification efficiency testing during the first site service
3. Air quality standard: The air from the fresh air outlet must be 1,000
times cleaner than the outdoor air, and the indoor air must be 100
times cleaner than outdoor air (or up to acceptance standard)
4. The engineer must conduct air detection after service. If the standard
is not met, a written explanation and improvement recommendation
should be made
5. The working site must be cleaned after the service is finished
6. All service work must be well recorded
This manual serves as a maintenance guide book, which is of great
significance to the operation and management of the fresh air
machine. Please keep it handy.

Lifetime Service:
BROAD provides optional lifetime service
for its clean air products, since the date of
purchase, free 2-year product warranty,
and the motor warranty is 5 years. After
the warranty expires, the user can sign
an annual maintenance agreement
with BROAD, who will provide various
value-added services such as cleaning,
maintenance, and testing. The service
cost is about 5% of the equipment price
Warranty:
BROAD clean air products take "Best
Purification Effect", "Minimum Energy
Consumption", "Zero Downtime" and "40-
Year Lifespan" as its maintenance goals.
For cleaning and maintenance, please
refer to "Operation and Cleaning" posted
on the machine and the user manual
for more details. Each maintenance
must strictly follow the maintenance
procedures and record the steps in detail.
The maintenance work for commercial
users is suggested to be completed or
supervised by BROAD service engineers
(or BROAD authorized service providers).
Domestic users can perform maintenance
by themselves or entrust BROAD
Precautions:
1. It is recommended to keep the fresh air
machine running at 30 ~ 40Hz, which
can be tuned higher when the number
of people increases. Do not run it at full
load if not necessary
2. Keep the doors and windows closed
tightly to ensure a slight positive pressure
indoor
3. Turn off the range hood and exhaust fan
immediately after cooking
4. Note that smoking and incense burning
will affect air quality
5. When there is no one in the room for a
long time, set an automatic 15-minute
running for every morning and evening to
ensure the basic cleanliness of the room
Note: If the filter is blocked, the
ventilation function will be lost,
and it may also cause the fan
to overheat, burn out, etc.

INSTALLATION
Test Run
Installation Process
• After installation, check the controller settings
according to the "Operation" guidance
stipulated in this manual
• Focus on the particle purification effect,
temperature and carbon dioxide
concentration
• Take out the electrostatic cleaner for
inspection after one day of operation. If the
cleaner collected no dust, there must be a
fault. Please inform BROAD immediately
Open fresh air hole / exhaust hole:
Open fresh air / exhaust holes and
unit fixing bolt holes according to
the installation dimension drawing
Preliminary preparation:
Determine the installation location
of the unit and air duct installation
line according to the design, put
the sample (scratch), prepare tools
and accessories, and prefabricate
ducts as required
Fresh air / exhaust pipe installation:
Take off the right -length ducts,
combine with screws with the air duct
joint and rain cover in the accessories,
and place the random supporting
new exhaust joint into the fresh air/
exhaust pores on the wall, seal the
gap with a foam filler
Duct installation:
Drilling holes to install bracket
hangers, air ducts through the wall,
ceiling openings, installation of air
ducts, as well as the installation of
wind resistance
Fresh air machine in place:
The machine is connected with the
pre -installed duct, and fix the body
wall hanging or ceiling to ensure that
the power supply floor line is in place.
access to AC 220V power
1. Preliminary preparation
Materials are complete and intact, tools are
safe and reliable, waterproof film is laid on the
wall and ground before opening, and the drill
bit is installed with waterproof and dustproof
treatment to avoid dust pollution of the room
2. Open fresh air hole / exhaust hole
Avoid the beams and load-bearing walls on
the open hole. The outer hole outside the
wall should be slightly lower than the inner
hole 5-10mm, and the rainwater should be
prevented from entering the room
3. Duct installation:
• Duct installation should be clean, as far
as possible along the wall paving, do not
damage the decorative aesthetics, elbows
should not be too much, as far as possible to
avoid sharp bends and sudden changes in
diameter to reduce the loss of wind pressure
along the range, bracket hanger from the
mouth connection more than 200mm, the
duct joints sealed with adhesive tape
• The duct must be firm and must be installed
on the same day, and if the air outlet is not
installed immediately after the installation of
the duct, it should be sealed with adhesive
tape. Dustproof treatment
4. Unit and parts installation
• Ensure that the strength of the bolt installation
is 3 times the weight of the unit, and if it is
installed on a hollow slab wall, it should be
equipped with a base to transfer the weight to
the ground, and the body of the unit should be
level with a deviation of less than 2mm
• During the renovation period, the new air
machine should not run, so as not to suck the
indoor dust into the machine
•
There should be no obstacle in the tuyere, so
as not to block the wind, and there is enough
space for maintenance in the direction of
opening the door
•
After installation, the damaged walls and
ceilings are repaired to make them as beautiful
as newdirection of opening the door

INSTALLATION ILLUSTRATION
• Determine the installation method and
height in advance to ensure that the
installation intensity of the 4 boom can
withstand three times the weight of the
unit, and the fuselage must be vertical
or horizontal (deviation<2mm)
• According to the design of the fresh air,
the duct arrangement should be free from
obstacles, so that it is easy to take over
• The connection between the tuyere
and the duct should be flat, tight, and
free of slippage, and should be firmly
glued with sealant to avoid slack and
air leakage
• After the decoration is completed, a
machine inspection port should be
reserved, and the size of the inspection
port should be ≥ 1300×650mm
• Ensure that the bolt installation strength
can withstand 3 times the weight of the
unit. If it is installed on a hollow board
wall, it should be equipped with a base
to transmit the weight to the ground.
The fuselage must be level, and the
deviation should be less than 2mm
• According to the design of the fresh air,
the duct arrangement should be free from
obstacles, so that it is easy to take over
• The connection between the tuyere
and the duct should be flat, tight, and
free of slippage, and should be firmly
glued with sealant to avoid slack and
air leakage
• The maintenance space should be
reserved ≥ 1 meter in front of the
machine
• The room maintains a slight positive
pressure and is ventilated by a fresh fan
