4. FITTING THE HINGE CLAMPS
Fit both hinge clamps into the handlebar support hinge
HSHC and main frame hinge MFHC (fig. 2).
Hinge Clamps should remain loose when the bike is
folded.
2. FITTING THE SADDLE TO THE SEATPOST
Slide the Clamp onto the seatpost, positioning it about
halfway up the small top section of the seatpost (fig. 1)
above the O-rings.

3. ADJUSTING THE SADDLE POSITION
Move the saddle rails so that they are roughly halfway
between maximum fore and aft position (fig. 1), adjust
the saddle angle so it is pointing slightly downward; this
will result in it being level when the bike is unfolded.
Tighten the clamp bolt to 20Nm with a 13mm wrench,
ensuring the nuts on either side are properly engaged
on the centre bolt.
1. FITTING THE LEFT HAND PEDAL
The B75 bike is supplied with the right-hand pedal fitted, you will need to install the left-hand pedal which is
included in the top of the box
When fitting the pedal, ensure the supplied pedal washer is installed between the pedal and the crank arm
Apply a small amount of grease to the pedal threads
Tighten to 35Nm using a 15mm wrench; the left hand pedal has a left-hand thread so turn anti-clockwise to
tighten
