DE Verlegung (Skizze)
Spannbänder nacheinander von aussen nach innen
durchtrennen und Ring im Graben (oder neben dem
Graben) abrollen.
Verlegung und Montage bei tiefen Aussen-
temperaturen (< 0 °C)
Ring wenn möglich in einer geheizten Halle lagern oder
mit Heizstrahlern Aussenmantel erwärmen und dann
sofort verlegen. Rohrende wie unten beschrieben richten.
Ringe sind unter grosser Spannung
EN Laying (sketch)
Cut the fixing ribbons one after the other working from the
outside inwards and unwind the coil in the trench (or next
to it).
Perform the laying and installation work at low outdoor
temperatures (< 0 °C)
If possible, store the coil in a heated warehouse or warm
up the outer jacket with a heating appliance and lay
immediately. Align pipe end as described below.
Coils are under great tension

Heat up outer jacket to approx. 60°C (surface shines) and
cool it down in a fixed situation.

Aussenmantel auf ca. 60 °C erwärmen (Oberfläche
glänzt) und im eingespannten Zustand abkühlen.

EN Remove the foam from the expanding mesh where it overlaps
(opposite the monitoring leads).
DE Mantel mit Sicherheitsmesser längs einschneiden.
EN Cut into the jacket in a longitudinal direction using the safety
knife.

Important: it must be only the bare metal!

DE Druckring (1) mit großer Fläche nach vorn zum Absägen auf-
drehen.
Maß L einhalten für Innenrohr Typ:
Ø 22-39: 35 mm Ø 75: 70 mm
Ø 48-60: 45 mm Ø 98: 80 mm
EN Screw on the pressure ring (1) with the larger surface facing
forwards for sawing o.
Keep to the measurement L for carrier pipe type:
Ø 22-39: 35 mm Ø 75: 70 mm
Ø 48-60: 45 mm Ø 98: 80 mm
DE Schaum vom verbliebenen Rohr bis zum Außenmantel ent-
fernen. Wellrohr nicht beschädigen!
EN Remove the foam from the remaining pipe as far as the outer
jacket. Take care not to damage the corrugated pipe!

DE Rohr von innen mit Heißluftfön anwärmen – keine Anlauar-
ben! Schaumreste vom Rohr mit Edelstahl-Drahtbürste
entfernen.
EN Warm up the pipe from inside using the hot-air blower – Take
care there is no discolouration!
Remove all traces of foam from the pipe using the stainless
steel wire brush.

DE Späne mit Pinsel entfernen.
EN Remove filings using the brush.

DE Druckring (1) mit großer Fläche voran aufdrehen.
Achtung! Absatz ist vorn!
EN Screw on the pressure ring with the larger surface facing
forwards.
Attention! The step is at the front!
DE Rohr im Wellental beginnend am Druckring (1) entlang gerade
absägen. Druckring (1) beim Sägen festhalten oder mit Klebe
band fixieren.
Achtung! Druckring (1) nach Sägevorgang entfernen!
EN Saw o the pipe in a straight line along the trough of the corru
gation starting at the pressure ring (1). Hold the pressure ring
(1) in position while sawing or fix it with adhesive tape.
Attention! Remove the pressure ring (1) after sawing!

DE Wellrohrende mit Halbrundpfeile sauber entgraten.
Das Rohr außen oder innen nicht beschädigen!
EN Remove any burs using the half-round file till it is quite
clean. Take care not to damage the pipe outside or inside!

DE Einstellen der Dichtkammer ohne Graphit-Dichtring: An-
schlussstück (4) über den Stützring bis zum Anschlag
schieben und Druckring (1) bis auf 0.5 mm zurückdrehen.
Markierung auf Außenmantel und Druckring (1) setzen.
EN Positioning the sealing chamber without the graphite sealing
ring: push on the connecting piece (4) over the back-up ring
(2) till it will go no further and screw the pressure ring (1)
back, leaving only a gap of 0.5 mm. Mark the positions
on the outer jacket and the pressure ring (1).

DE Anschlussstück (4) entfernen und Graphit Dichtring (3)
aufschieben.
Kontrollmaß L2 für Nennweite: DN 20-DN 50: 1 – 2 mm
DN 65: 3 mm
DN 80: 9 mm
EN Remove the connecting piece (4) and slide on the graphite
sealing ring (3).
Reference dimension L2 for nominal diameter:
DN 20-DN 50: 1 – 2 mm
DN 65: 3 mm
DN 80: 9 mm
DE Stützring (2) in das Wellrohr eindrehen.
EN Screw the back-up ring (2) into the corrugated pipe.

DE Stützring (2) so weit eindrehen, bis das Gewindeende mit
dem Wellrohranfang abschließt.
EN Screw the back-up ring (2) in until the end of the thread
is flush with the beginning of the pipe corrugation.

DE Alle Schrauben (6) setzen und im Uhrzeigersinn nachein
ander in mehreren Durchgängen gleichmäßig auf Block
festziehen.
Achtung! Druckring (1) nicht verdrehen.
EN Position all the screws (6) and screw them on clockwise one
after another, tightening them alternately evenly to the end
of the thread.
Attention! Take care not to skew the pressure ring (1).

DE Die drei Meldeadern (rot/weiß/grün) auseinanderdrehen und
die Kunststoseele mit dem Seitenschneider am Schaumende
abschneiden. Meldeadern gerade ziehen.
EN Separate the three monitoring leads (red/white/green) and
cut o the plastic core at the end of the foam using the side
cutter. Pull the monitoring leads straight.
DE Anschlussstück (4) aufschieben.
Achtung! Druckring (1) nicht verdrehen!
EN Slide on the connecting piece (4).
Attention! Take care not to skew the pressure ring (1)!

DE Graphit-Paste auf Gewinde der Innensechskantschrauben (6)
aufbringen.
EN Apply graphite paste to the screw thread of the Allen screws
(6).
