In this manual have been used recurring graphic styles with the aim to make the comprehension
easier. Warnings and/or the instructions that are essential have been highlighted with the following
symbols:
IMPORTANT: means a very important information worthy of attention.
ATTENTION: means helpful hints that must be taken into consideration to avoid damaging
CLOROFILLA TRAIL or its parts.

This manual has been issued by the manufacturer and it is part of CLOROFILLA’s equipment. It
contains all the information needed to guarantee its usage and maintenance.

manual may not cover all security’s cautions. If you have any doubt regarding installation, use and
maintenance procedures, please refer to BURATTI MECCANICA S.r.l.

2.2. CLOROFILLA SAVANA’S DATA
CLOROFILLA’S work stand data, which are the object of this manual, are the following

2.3. WARRANTY
CLOROFILLA’s warranty lasts 24 months. CLOROFILLA SAVANA has successfully passed in the factory
all the tests required by the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover vandalism and tampering but only materials, manufacturing and assembly
defects.
2.4. GENERAL WARNINGS
The manufacturer waives any and all responsibility for damages caused by non-observance of the
instructions of this manual.
ATTENTION: Before starting any operation, check the working area looking for possible endangered
condition for people or CLOROFILLA SAVANA.
ATTENTION: CLOROFILLA SAVANA must be only used with bicycles.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CLOROFILLA SAVANA is a bench for the service of bicycles that can be used to recharge e-bikes’
batteries; the bench provides two charging sockets with their own compartments where it is
possible to shelter and lock one own’s battery charger.
The bench also provides two bike racks made of wood on its sides.

3.2. HOW TO USE CLOROFILLA SAVANA
Place the bicycle’s wheel in the rack.
Connect the battery charger and put it in the metal compartment; close the metal lid.
The presence of a metal ring allows to secure both the compartment and the bicycle with a lock
and keep them safe during recharge.
CLOROFILLA SAVANA is meant to be a two seats bench while recharging the battery of the e-bike.

CLOROFILLA SAVANA bench comes with 2 Schuko power sockets and 2 lateral bike racks. The two
sockets are placed inside the metal compartments provided with a ring that allow to secure the
battery charger inside the compartment and the bicycle while charging with the same lock.

4. UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION
Unpack the machine and ensure that it has not been damaged during transport.

The installation is entirely borne by the buyer. For any technical information (installation specifics,
electrical connection, floor characteristics, electromagnetic compatibility) please refer to this use
and maintenance manual.
4.1 RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION
CLOROFILLA must be fixed to a concrete base or any other compact and not slatted resistant
material. The recommended technical characteristics are the following.

4.2 UNBOXING PROCESS AND START-UP
CLOROFILLA SAVANA comes fixed to a wooden platform
1) Cut the plastic straps (scissors).
2) Unscrew the safety nuts (13 mm wrench) and cut the plastic stripes.
3) Fix Clorofilla Savana to the ground. The installation is completed.
ATTENTION: do not use CLOROFILLA SAVANA BENCH until it hasn’t been fixed to the floor.

4.3 ELECTRIC WIRING
CLOROFILLA SAVANA bench operates a voltage of 220 - 230volt 50Hz. Connect the grounding wire,
plug CLOROFILLA SAVANA bench’s socket to the mains at 220volt, turn on the master switch.
ATTENTION: CLOROFILLA SAVANA must be connected to a network that complies with legal
standards and must be fixed to the floor. Plug CLOROFILLA SAVANA in.
4.4 ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
With the aim to limit any external damage to CLOROFILLA please follow the following instructions:
• Every metallic part of CLOROFILLA must be placed on the floor,
To guarantee the correct functioning, the final user must guarantee that CLOROFILLA SAVANA has
been
properly placed to the ground.

5. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations are easy and they can be done by everyone.
5.1. MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
To guarantee a correct functioning of CLOROFILLA we recommend to do some easy maintenance
operations. The ordinary CLOROFILLA’s cleaning maintenance can be done using a wet cloth with a
non-aggressive cleaner. For any other maintenance or checks, refer to the chart 1.

5.2. CLOROFILLA SAVANA’S DISPOSAL
In any case of disposal, in order to preserve the environment, divide metallic parts, wooden parts
and plastic parts from each other and hand everything out to the ecologic recycling depot.

Attention! : The device is delivered for the voltage indicated on the technical label.
- As prescribed by current regulations, a single-pole magnetothermal switch in accordance with IEC 61008 or IEC 61009,
with a maximum rated current of 10A, must be interposed between the device and the distribution network.
- The connection to the electrical network must be carried out in accordance with the CEI 64-8 standards.
- Check the efficiency of the grounding system.
- The device must be included in an equipotential bonding system.
- Once the connection work is completed, it is necessary to ensure that the installation is done in accordance with best
practices, and the device functions as per the instructions.
