Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
 Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
 Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
 Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des zu
beprobenden Mediums beachten.
 Bei der Beprobung von Gefahrgut die technischen
Regeln für Gefahrstoffe (gemäß TRGS) beachten und
angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
 Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
 Bei der Bedienung nie Gewalt anwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
 Das Gerät ist im Temperaturbereich von 0 - 60 °C
verwendbar.
 Bei der Anwendung keine Hebelbewegungen aus-
führen. Gerät kann verbogen werden.
WARNUNG!
Körperverletzung durch unkontrolliert austretende
oder herausspritzende Flüssigkeit unter Druck.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
HINWEIS!
Vor Gebrauch muss der Artikel im Umfang ihres
(validierten) Reinigungsprozesses gereinigt
werden.
 Maßnahmen der manuellen Reinigung müssen
im Reinigungs-/Desinfektionsbereich und unter
Beachtung des Arbeitsschutzes durchgeführt
werden.
 Materialbeständigkeit beachten.
Aufbau und Funktion
 Das Gerät besteht aus PP (Art. Nr. 5330-1xx0) bzw.
PTFE/FEP (Art. Nr. 5330-2xx0).
 Das Gerät ist zum Beproben von Flüssigkeiten
geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist nur zur Probenahme und nicht zum
Dauereinsatz geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist nicht zur Lagerung von Proben
geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei und zur Dampfsterilisati-
on (bis 121°C) geeignet.
Medium berührende Teile
 Polypropylen (PP) (Art. Nr. 5331-1xx0)
 PTFE/FEP (Art. Nr. 5331-2xx0)
Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spediteur/
Lieferant anzeigen.
Sichere Probenahme
Zielpunktprobe/Bodenprobe
1. Abstreifring auf gewünschte Probentiefe schie-
ben.
2. Gerät bis zur gewünschten Tiefe bzw. bis zum Boden
in das zu beprobende Medium eintauchen.
3. Druckknopf drücken. Dadurch öffnet sich das
Bodenventil und das Gerät wird mit der zu bepro-
benden Flüssigkeit befüllt.
4. Druckknopf loslassen. Dadurch schließt sich das
Bodenventil.
5. Gerät aus dem zu beprobenden Medium entnehmen.
6. Probe durch Drücken des Druckknopfes in geeigne-
ten Probenbehälter entleeren.
WARNUNG!
Schädigung der Atemwege und anderer Organe
durch austretende oder ausgasende Medien.
 Bei Beprobung von Gefahrgut Sicherheitsdaten-
blatt des zu beprobenden Mediums beachten.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
WARNUNG!
Körperverletzung durch unkontrolliert austretende
Flüssigkeit.
 Gefülltes Gerät nicht kippen. Flüssigkeit kann
durch Entlüftung am Druckknopf auslaufen.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.

Deutsch
Allschichtprobe
1. Abstreifring auf gewünschte Probentiefe schie-
ben.
2. Druckknopf drücken und gedrückt halten. Das Gerät
bis zur gewünschten Tiefe bzw. bis zum Boden in
das zu beprobende Medium eintauchen. Dadurch
wird das Gerät während dem Eintauchen mit der zu
beprobenden Flüssigkeit befüllt.
3. Druckknopf loslassen. Dadurch schließt sich das
Bodenventil.
4. Gerät aus dem zu beprobenden Medium entnehmen.
5. Probe durch Drücken des Druckknopfes in geeigne-
ten Probenbehälter entleeren.
Nach der Probenahme
1. Abstreifring mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten Schie-
bers nach unten schieben um restliche Flüssigkeit
abzustreifen.
2. Auslauftrichter abschrauben.
3. Ventilkegel festhalten und Druckknopf abschrauben.
4. Alle Teile aus dem Sammelrohr entnehmen.
5. Alle Teile reinigen. Für die Rohrinnenseiten die
Reinigungsbürste (siehe Zubehör) verwenden.

1. Auslauftrichter abschrauben und Probe ohne diesen entnehmen. Auslauftrichter
vor dem Entleeren der Probe wieder anschrauben.
Bodenventil tropft. 1. Bodenventil ist verschmutzt. Gerät reinigen.
2. Auslauftrichter ist zu fest angeschraubt und der Ventilsitz ist verformt. Auslauf-
trichter zurückschrauben.

accessible for all users.

render all warranty conditions null and void and

 The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
 Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are sampling.
 When sampling hazardous substances, follow
the technical rules on hazardous substances (in
accordance with TRGS – (German) Technical Rules
on Hazardous Substances) and wear appropriate
protective equipment.
 The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
 Do not use any force when operating the instru-
ment.
Safety instructions during and after use
 The device can be used in the temperature range of
0 - 60 °C.
 Do not perform any lever movements during the
application. The instrument may be deformed.
Layout and function
 The instrument is made of PP (item no. 5330-1xx0)
or PTFE/FEP (item no. 5330-2xx0).
 The instrument is suitable to take samples of liquids.
 The instrument is only suitable to take samples and
not for continuous operation.
 The instrument is not suitable for the storage of
samples.
 The instrument is maintenance-free and suitable for
steam sterilisation (up to 121°C).

Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Safe sampling
Point sampling/soil sample
1. Slide the wiping ring to the desired sampling
depth.
2. Submerge the instrument into the medium to be
sampled up to the desired depth / to the ground.
3. Push the push button . Thereby, the bottom valve
opens and the instrument is filled with the liquid to
be sampled.

Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
 Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.
 Pay attention to the material resistance.

All-layer sample
1. Slide the wiping ring to the desired sampling
depth.
2. Push the push button and hold it. Submerge the
instrument into the medium to be sampled up to the
desired depth. Thereby, the instrument is filled with
the liquid to be sampled.
3. Release the push button. Thereby, the bottom valve
closes.
4. Remove the instrument from the medium to be
sampled.
5. Empty the sample into a suitable collecting cont-
ainer by pushing the push button.
After taking the sample
1. Slide the wiping ring with the aid of the supplied
pusher down to wipe any remaining liquids.
2. Screw off the discharge funnel .
3. Hold the valve cone and screw off the push button.
4. Pull all parts out of the sampling tube.
5. Clean all parts. Use the cleaning brushes (see acces-
sories) for the inside of tubes.

Problem To eliminate the error
The instrument doesn't
fit through the container
opening.
Srew off the discharge funnel and take the sample without it. Screw the discharge
funnel on again before emptying the sample.
Bottom valve is dripping. 1. Bottom valve is soiled. Clean the instrument.
2. Discharge funnel is screwed on too tightly and the valve seat is deformed.
Umscrew the discharge funnel.

Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de

 El equipo puede usarse en un rango de temperatura

de líquidos.
 El aparato solo es adecuado para la toma de mue-
stras y no para una utilización continua.
 El instrumento no es adecuado para almacenar
muestras.
 El aparato no requiere mantenimiento y se puede
esterilizar por vapor (hasta 121 °C).

Toma de muestras segura
Muestreo dirigido/Muestreo de suelo
1. Deslize el anillo raspador hasta la profundidad
deseada.
2. Sumerja el instrumento en el medio a muestrear
hasta llegar a la altura deseada o hasta el fondo.
3. Presione el botón . De ese modo el botón abre la
válvula y el instrumento se llena con la muestra.
4. Suelte el botón; la válvula se cierra.
5. Retire el dispositivo del medio a muestrear.
6. Vacíe la muestra en un recipiente adecuado pulsan-
do el botón.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
Los vapores de las sustancias pueden provocar
daños en las vías respiratorias y en otros órganos.
 Durante el manejo de substancias peligrosas,
siga las instrucciones de la ficha de seguridad
del producto.
 Utilice el equipo de protección adecuado.

colo de validación de limpieza establecido.

Muestreo multicapa
1. Deslize el anillo raspador hasta la profundidad
deseada.
2. Presione el botón y manténgalo. Sumerja el instru-
mento en el medio a muestrear hasta la profundidad
deseada. De ese modo, el instrumento se llenará con
la muestra.
3. Suelte el botón; la válvula se cierra.
4. Retire el dispositivo del medio a muestrear.

Después de tomar la muestra
1. Deslize el anillo raspador hacia abajo con ayuda del
desplazador suministrado, para retirar los posibles
restos de líquido.
2. Desenrosque el cabezal de succión .
3. Sujete la válvula y desenrosque el botón pulsador.
4. Saque todas las partes del tubo de muestreo.
5. Limpie todas las piezas. Limpie el interior de los
tubos con el cepillo de limpieza (véanse los acce-
sorios).

Desenrosque el cabezal de succión e intente tomar la muestra sin él. Colocar de
nuevo el cabezal de succión antes de vaciar la muestra.
La válvula inferior gotea. 1. La válvula inferior está sucia. Limpie el instrumento.
2. El cabezal de succión se ha enroscado muy fuerte y el asiento de la válvula se ha
deformado. Desenroscar un poco el cabezal de succión.

1. Glisser le joint racleur à la profondeur d'échantil-
lon souhaitée.
2. Immerger l‘appareil jusqu‘à la profondeur souhaitée
ou jusqu'au sol dans le milieu à échantillonner.
3. Presser le bouton-poussoir . La vanne de fond
s'ouvre ainsi et l'appareil est rempli avec le liquide
à échantillonner.
4. Lâcher le bouton-poussoir. Ce faisant, la vanne de
fond se ferme.
5. Sortir l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
6. Vider l'échantillon dans un collecteur approprié en
pressant le bouton-poussoir.
AVERTISSEMENT!

par des vapeurs ou des liquides qui s'échappent.
 Lors du prélèvement de matières dangereuses,
respecter la fiche de données de sécurité du

Echantillonnage toutes couches
1. Glisser le joint racleur à la profondeur d'échantil-
lon souhaitée.
2. Presser le bouton-poussoir et tenir appuyé. Immer-
ger l‘appareil jusqu‘à la profondeur souhaitée dans
le milieu à échantillonner. Ce faisant, l'appareil est
rempli avec le liquide à échantillonner.
3. Lâcher le bouton-poussoir. Ce faisant, la vanne de
fond se ferme.
4. Sortir l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
5. Vider l'échantillon dans un collecteur approprié en
pressant le bouton-poussoir.
Après le prélèvement de l‘échantillon
1. Glisser le joint racleur à l'aide de la glissière fournie
vers le bas pour enlever tout liquide restant.
2. Dévisser l'entonnoir de déversement .
3. Tenir le clapet de soupape et dévisser le bou-
ton-poussoir.
4. Dégager tous les parties du tube.
5. Nettoyer tous les parties. Utiliser la brosse de
nettoyage (cf. accessoires) pour les côtés intérieurs
du tube.

Dévisser l'entonnoir de déversement et prendre l'échantillon sans l'entonnoir.
Revisser l'éntonnoir de nouveau avant de vider l'échantillon.
Vanne de fond goutte. 1. Vanne de fond est encrassée. Nettoyer l‘appareil.
2. L'entonnoir de déversement est vissé trop fort et le siège de vanne est déformé.
Réduire l'entonnoir de déversement.

 Этот прибор разрешается использовать только квали-
фицированному персоналу.
Указания по технике безопасности перед
началом эксплуатации
 Принимайте во внимание данные производителя
и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
тестируемого материала.
 При работе с опасными веществами необходимо со-
блюдать технические правила для горючих жидкостей
(согласно ТПГЖ) и пользоваться соответствующими
средствами защиты.
 Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
 При эксплуатации никогда не применяйте силу.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-
зовании и после использования прибора
 Эксплуатация прибора возможна в температурном
диапазоне 0 - 60 °C.
 При использовании не допускайте сгибающих движе-
ний. Устройство может быть изогнуто.
Конструкция и принцип действия
 Устройство состоит из ПП (арт. № 5330-1xx0) и ПТФЭ/
ФЭП (арт. № 5330-2xx0).
 Устройство подходит для отбора проб жидкостей.
 Устройство предназначено только для отбора проб, а
не для непрерывного использования.
 Устройство не предназначено для хранения проб.
 Прибор не требует технического обслуживания и при-
годен для стерилизации горячим паром (до 121°C).

О нарушениях упаковки следует незамедлительно
уведомлять экспедитора / поставщика.
Безопасный отбор проб
Точечный пробоотбор / отбор донных проб
1. Передвиньте очищающее кольцо  на нужную
глубину.
2. Для пробоотбора погрузите устройство в вещество на
нужную глубину или до дна.
3. Нажмите кнопку для нажатия . В результате откро-
ется нижний клапан и устройство будет заполнено
жидкостью для отбора проб.
4. Отпустите кнопку для нажатия. В результате нижний
клапан закроется.
5. Извлеките прибор из среды для отбора проб.
6. Нажатием кнопки опорожните образец в подходящих
контейнер.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Повреждение дыхательных путей и др. внутренних
органов при воздействии газообразных субстанций.
 При работе с опасными веществами, необходимо
принимать во внимание паспорт безопасности
среды из которой берётся проба.
 Пользуйтесь соответствующими средствами
индивидуальной защиты.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Перед использованием продукт должен быть
очищен в соответствии с тербованиями вашего
(валидированного) процесса очистки.
 Ручная очистка должна проводиться в зоне очист-
ки/дезинфекции и в соответствии с соблюдением
правил охраны труда.
 Принимайте во внимание химическую устойчи-
вость материалов.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Телесные повреждения, вызванные бесконтроль-
ным вытеканием жидкости под давлением.
 Пользуйтесь соответствующими средствами
индивидуальной защиты.

Многоуровневый отбор проб
1. Передвиньте очищающее кольцо  на нужную
глубину.
2. Нажмите и держите кнопку для нажатия. Погрузите
устройство в вещество для отбора проб до нужной
глубины. Во время погружения устройство будет
заполнено жидкостью для отбора проб.
3. Отпустите кнопку для нажатия. В результате нижний
клапан закроется.
4. Извлеките прибор из среды для отбора проб.
5. Нажатием кнопки опорожните образец в подходящих
контейнер.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Телесные повреждения, вызванные бесконтроль-
ным вытеканием жидкости.
 Не наклоняйте заполненное устройство.
Жидкость может вытекать из вентиляционного
отверстия на кнопке.
 Пользуйтесь соответствующими средствами
индивидуальной защиты.
После отбора пробы
1. С помощью прилагаемого толкателя, сдвиньте
очищающее кольцо вниз, чтобы удалить оставшуюся
жидкость.
2. Открутите воронку для слива .
3. Удерживайте вентиляционный клапан и открутите
кнопку для нажатия.
4. Вытащите все детали из пробоотборной трубки.
5. Очистите все детали. Для чистки внутренней
поверхности трубок используйте щётку (см.
аксессуары).

Проблема Устранение
Устройство не поме-
щается в отверстие
контейнера.
Открутите воронку для слива и отберите пробу без нее. Перед опорожнением образ-
ца снова прикрутите воронку для слива.
Нижний клапан проте-
кает.
1. Нижний клапан загрязнен. Очистите прибор.
2. Воронка для слива слишком плотно прикручена и гнездо клапана деформировано.
Ослабте воронку для слива.
