Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
 Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
 Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
 Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des zu
beprobenden Mediums beachten.
 Bei der Beprobung von Gefahrgut die technischen
Regeln für Gefahrstoffe (gemäß TRGS) beachten und
angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
 Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
 Bei der Bedienung nie Gewalt anwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
 Das Gerät ist im Temperaturbereich von 0 - 60 °C
verwendbar.
 Während der Verwendung auf ausreichend Platz
nach oben achten (Mindesthöhe: Höhe des max.
ausgefahrenen Kolbens + 20 cm).
 Bei der Anwendung keine Hebelbewegungen aus-
führen. Gerät kann verbogen werden.
WARNUNG!
Körperverletzung durch unkontrolliert austretende
oder herausspritzende Flüssigkeit unter Druck.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
HINWEIS!
Vor Gebrauch muss der Artikel im Umfang ihres
(validierten) Reinigungsprozesses gereinigt
werden.
 Maßnahmen der manuellen Reinigung müssen
im Reinigungs-/Desinfektionsbereich und unter
Beachtung des Arbeitsschutzes durchgeführt
werden.
 Materialbeständigkeit beachten.
Aufbau und Funktion
 Das Gerät besteht aus PP (Art. Nr. 5331-1xx0) bzw.
PTFE/FEP (Art. Nr. 5331-2xx0).
 Das Gerät ist zum Beproben von viskosen Subs-
tanzen wie Pasten, Schlämme, Crèmes und Ölen
geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist nur zur Probenahme und nicht zum
Dauereinsatz geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist nicht zur Lagerung von Proben
geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei und zur Dampfsterilisati-
on (bis 121°C) geeignet.
Medium berührende Teile
 Polypropylen (PP) (Art. Nr. 5331-1xx0)
 PTFE/FEP (Art. Nr. 5331-2xx0)
Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spediteur/
Lieferant anzeigen.
Sichere Probenahme
Zielpunktprobe/Bodenprobe
1. Abstreifring auf gewünschte Probentiefe schieben.
2. Kolbenstange mit Hilfe des Handgriffs bis zum
Anschlag in das Gerät einschieben.
3. Gerät bis zur gewünschten Tiefe bzw. bis zum Boden
in das zu beprobende Medium eintauchen.
4. Am Handgriff ziehen. Dadurch wird das Medium
durch den Kolben angesaugt.
5. Gerät aus dem zu beprobenden Medium entnehmen.
6. Probe durch Einschieben der Kolbenstange in geeig-
neten Probenbehälter entleeren.
Allschichtprobe
1. Abstreifring auf gewünschte Probentiefe schieben.
2. Kolbenstange mit Hilfe des Handgriffs bis zum
Anschlag in das Gerät einschieben.
3. Gerät bis zur gewünschten Tiefe bzw. bis zum Boden
in das zu beprobende Medium eintauchen und
währenddessen am Handgriff ziehen. Dadurch wird
das Medium durch den Kolben angesaugt.
4. Gerät aus dem zu beprobenden Medium entnehmen.
5. Probe durch Einschieben der Kolbenstange in geeig-
neten Probenbehälter entleeren.
WARNUNG!
Schädigung der Atemwege und anderer Organe
durch austretende oder ausgasende Medien.
 Bei Beprobung von Gefahrgut Sicherheitsdaten-
blatt des zu beprobenden Mediums beachten.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.

Nach der Probenahme
1. Abstreifring mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten Schie-
bers nach unten schieben um restliche Flüssigkeit
abzustreifen.
2. Auslauftrichter abschrauben.
3. Führungsmutter abschrauben
4. Am Handgriff ziehen und die Kolbenstange komplett
herausziehen.
5. Die Sechskantschraube des Saugkolbens kann zu
Reinigungszwecken mit Hilfe des Schlüssels geöffnet
werden.
6. Alle Teile reinigen. Für die Rohrinnenseiten die
Reinigungsbürste (siehe Zubehör) verwenden.

vor dem Entleeren der Probe wieder anschrauben.
Schlechte Saugleistung
bzw. Saugkolben ist

1. Anpresskraft des Saugkolbens verstärken.Auslauftrichter abschrauben und
O-Ringe mit Sechskantschlüssel im Uhrzeigersinn nachstellen (die O-Ringe soll-
ten gut abdichten und gleichzeitig eine geringe Reibung haben).

General safety requirements
 Read these directions for use carefully before using.
 Keep these directions for use where they will be
accessible for all users.
 Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.
 The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
 Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are sampling.
 When sampling hazardous substances, follow
the technical rules on hazardous substances (in
accordance with TRGS – (German) Technical Rules
on Hazardous Substances) and wear appropriate
protective equipment.
 The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
 Do not use any force when operating the instru-
ment.
Safety instructions during and after use
 The device can be used in the temperature range of
0 - 60 °C.
 Pay attention to have sufficient space above during
the application (minimum height: height of the
maximum extended piston + 20 cm).
 Do not perform any lever movements during the
application. The instrument may be deformed.
Layout and function
 The instrument is made of PP (item no. 5331-1xx0)
or PTFE/FEP (item no. 5331-2xx0).
 The instrument is suitable to take samples of viscous
substances such as pastes, mud, creams and oils.
 The instrument is only suitable to take samples and
not for continuous operation.
 The instrument is not suitable for the storage of
samples.
 The instrument is maintenance-free and suitable for
steam sterilisation (up to 121°C).
Parts in contact with medium

Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Safe sampling
Point sampling/soil sample
1. Slide the wiping ring to the desired sampling
depth.
2. Slide the piston rod with the aid of the handle 
into the instrument up to the stop.
3. Submerge the instrument into the medium to be
sampled up to the desired depth / to the ground.
4. Pull the handle. Thereby, the medium is sucked in by
the piston.
5. Remove the instrument from the medium to be
sampled.
6. Empty the sample into a suitable collecting cont-
ainer by sliding in the piston rod.
All-layer sample
1. Slide the wiping ring to the desired sampling
depth.
2. Slide the piston rod with the aid of the handle 
into the instrument up to the stop.
3. Pull the handle while submerging the instrument
into the medium to be sampled up to the desired
depth / to the ground. Thereby, the medium is
sucked in by the piston.
WARNING!
Damage to the respiratory tract and other organs
due to escaping or outgasing media.
 When sampling hazardous substances, follow
the safety data sheet of the medium to be
sampled.
 Wear the appropriate protective clothing.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
 Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.
 Pay attention to the material resistance.
WARNING!
Bodily injury due to uncontrolled escaping liquid
under pressure.
 Wear the appropriate protective clothing.

4. Remove the instrument from the medium to be
sampled.
5. Empty the sample into a suitable collecting cont-
ainer by sliding in the piston rod.
After taking the sample
1. Slide the wiping ring with the aid of the supplied
pusher down to wipe any remaining liquids.
2. Screw off the discharge funnel .
3. Screw off the guide nut .
4. Pull the handle and pull out the piston rod comple-
tely.
5. For cleaning purposes, the hexagon screw of the
suction piston can be opened by using the supplied
key.
6. Clean all parts. Use the cleaning brushes (see acces-
sories) for the inside of tubes.

Problem To eliminate the error
The instrument doesn't
fit through the container
opening.
Srew off the discharge funnel and take the sample without it. Screw the discharge
funnel on again before emptying the sample.
Poor suction power or
suction piston is leaky.
Increase the contact pressure of the suction piston. Screw off the discharge funnel
and adjust the o-rings clockwise with a hexagon key (the o-rings must seal tightly
and should have a low friction).

Indicaciones de seguridad previas al uso del
aparato

seguridad del fabricante de la sustancia de la que se
quiere tomar la muestra.
 Al trabajar con sustancias explosivas respete la
reglamentacion técnica para líquidos inflamables
(según TRBF) y utilice el equipo de protección
adecuado.
 El aparato únicamente se debe utilizar respetando
la resistencia de los materiales y el uso previsto.
Cualquier otro tipo de uso invalidará la garantía.
 No utilice la fuerza durante el manejo del aparato.
Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de
utilizar el aparato
 El equipo puede usarse en un rango de temperatura
de 0 - 60 °C.
 Durante el trasvase, deje espacio suficiente hacia arri-
ba (altura mínima : altura máxima del pistón extendido
+ 20 cm).
 No realice ningú movimiento de palanca durante la
aplicación. El instrumento se puede deformar.
Diseño y funcionamiento
 El instrumento está fabricado en PP (artículos 5331-
1xx0) o en PTFE/FEP (artículos 5331-2xx0).
 El instrumento es adecuado para tomar muestras
de sustancias viscosas, tales como pastas, barros,
cremas y aceites.
 El aparato solo es adecuado para la toma de mue-
stras y no para una utilización continua.
 El instrumento no es adecuado para almacenar
muestras.
 El aparato no requiere mantenimiento y se puede
esterilizar por vapor (hasta 121 °C).

Cualquier daño en el embalaje debe notificarse inme-
diatamente al transportista/proveedor.
Toma de muestras segura
Muestreo dirigido/Muestreo de suelo
1. Deslize el anillo raspador hasta la profundidad
deseada.
2. Deslize el vástago del pistón con la ayuda de la
empuñadura en el instrumento, hasta llegar al
tope.
3. Sumerja el instrumento en el medio a muestrear
hasta llegar a la altura deseada o hasta el fondo.
4. Tire de la empuñadura. De esta forma el medio es
succionado por el pistón.
5. Retire el dispositivo del medio a muestrear.
6. Vacíe la muestra en un colector de muestras ade-
cuado, deslizando el vástago del pistón hacia abajo.
Muestreo multicapa
1. Deslize el anillo raspador hasta la profundidad
deseada.
2. Deslize el vástago del pistón con la ayuda de la
empuñadura en el instrumento, hasta llegar al
tope.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
Los vapores de las sustancias pueden provocar
daños en las vías respiratorias y en otros órganos.
 Durante el manejo de substancias peligrosas,
siga las instrucciones de la ficha de seguridad
del producto.
 Utilice el equipo de protección adecuado.
¡NOTA!
Antes de utilizar, limpiar el aparato según el proto-
colo de validación de limpieza establecido.
 Las medidas de limpieza manual, han de ser
llevadas a cabo en las zonas de limpieza/desin-
fección y teniendo en consideración las reglas
de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
 Tener en cuenta las resistencias químicas.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
Lesión corporal debido a la salida incontrolada de
líquido bajo presión.
 Utilice el equipo de protección adecuado.

3. Tire del asa mientras sumerge el instrumento en el
medio hasta llegar a la altura deseada o hasta el
fondo. De esta forma el medio es succionado por el
pistón.
4. Retire el dispositivo del medio a muestrear.
5. Vacíe la muestra en un colector de muestras ade-
cuado, deslizando el vástago del pistón hacia abajo.
Después de tomar la muestra
1. Deslize el anillo raspador hacia abajo con ayuda del
desplazador suministrado, para retirar los posibles
restos de líquido.
2. Desenrosque el cabezal de succión .
3. Desenrosque la tuerca de guía .
4. Tire del asa y saque completamente el vástago del
pistón.
5. Para facilitar la limpieza, puede abrir el tornillo
hexagonal del cabezal de succión con ayuda de la
llave suministrada.
6. Limpie todas las piezas. Limpie el interior de los
tubos con el cepillo de limpieza (véanse los acce-
sorios).

Desenrosque el cabezal de succión e intente tomar la muestra sin él. Colocar de
nuevo el cabezal de succión antes de vaciar la muestra.
Potencia de succión floja
o el cabezal de succión
no es hermético.
Incremente la potencia de succión del vástago del pistón. Desenrosque el cabezal
de succión y ajuste el anillo tórico en el sentido de las agujas del reloj (los anillos
tienen que estar cerrados herméticamente y tener poca fricción).

 N'employez pas la manière forte pendant la com-
mande de l'appareil.
Consignes de sécurité pendant et après utilisation
 L‘appareil peut être utilisé dans une plage de
température variant entre 0 et 60 °C.
 Veuillez vous assurer qu'il y a assez d'espace vers le
haut pendant l'utilisatiion (hauteur minimum: Hauteur
du piston entièrement sorti + 20 cm).
 Ne pas faire des mouvements de levier pendant
l'utilisation. L'appareil peut-être déformé.

 L'appareil est approprié pour le prélèvement de
substances visqueuses comme des pâtes, boues,
crèmes et huiles.
 L'appareil est seulement approprié pour le prélè-
vement et n'est pas approprié pour une utilisation
en continu.
 L'appareil n'est pas approprié pour le stockage
d'échantillons.
 L‘appareil ne requiert aucun entretien et est approp-
rié pour la stérilisation à la vapeur (jusqu‘à 121°C).

Signaler immédiatement au transporteur/livreur les
dommages de l‘emballage.
Prélèvement d‘échantillons sûr
Prélèvement ciblé/Prélèvement en profondeur
1. Glisser le joint racleur à la profondeur d'échantil-
lon souhaitée.
2. Insérer le piston avec l'aide de la poignée 
jusqu'à la butée de l'appareil.
3. Immerger l‘appareil jusqu‘à la profondeur souhaitée
ou jusqu'au sol dans le milieu à échantillonner.
4. Tirer la poignée. Ce faisant, le milieu est aspiré par
le piston.
5. Sortir l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
6. Vider l‘échantillon dans un collecteur approprié par
l'insertion du piston.
Echantillonnage toutes couches
1. Glisser le joint racleur à la profondeur d'échantil-
lon souhaitée.
2. Insérer le piston avec l'aide de la poignée 
jusqu'à la butée de l'appareil.
AVERTISSEMENT!
Atteinte des voies respiratoires et d'autres organes
par des vapeurs ou des liquides qui s'échappent.
 Lors du prélèvement de matières dangereuses,
respecter la fiche de données de sécurité du
milieu à échantillonner.
 Porter un équipement de protection approprié.
REMARQUE!
Avant l‘utilisation, l‘appareil doit être nettoyée
selon la conformité de votre processus de nettoya-
ge validé.
 Des mesures de nettoyage manuel doivent être
effectuées dans la zone de nettoyage/désinfec-
tion et en respectant les consignes de sécurité
du travail.
 Respecter les résistances chimiques.
AVERTISSEMENT!
Blessure corporelle par des liquides qui s‘écoulent
sous pression de manière incontrôlée.
 Porter un équipement de protection approprié.

3. Immerger l‘appareil jusqu‘à la profondeur souhaitée
ou jusqu'au sol dans le milieu à échantillonner en
tirant la poignée. Ce faisant, le milieu est aspiré par
le piston.
4. Sortir l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
5. Vider l‘échantillon dans un collecteur approprié par
l'insertion du piston.
Après le prélèvement de l‘échantillon
1. Glisser le joint racleur à l'aide de la glissière fournie
vers le bas pour enlever tout liquide restant.
2. Dévisser l'entonnoir de déversement .
3. Dévisser l'écrou de guidage .
4. Tirer la poignée et dégager complètement le piston
du tube.
5. Pour le nettoyage, la vis à tête hexagonale du piston
d'aspiration peut être ouverte à l'aide de la clé
fourni.
6. Nettoyer tous les parties. Utiliser la brosse de
nettoyage (cf. accessoires) pour les côtés intérieurs
du tube.

Dévisser l'entonnoir de déversement et prendre l'échantillon sans l'entonnoir.
Revisser l'éntonnoir de nouveau avant de vider l'échantillon.
Faible puissance
d'aspiration ou piston
d'aspiration fuit.
Renforcer la force de serrage du piston. Dévisser l'entonnoir de déversement et
réajuster les joints toriques en sens horaire avec clé mâle à six pans (les joints
toriques devraient bien étancher et en même temps avoir une friction faible).

ции влечёт за собой аннулирование гарантийных ус-
ловий в отношении изделия и может стать причиной
значительного травматизма и материального ущерба.
 Этот прибор разрешается использовать только квали-
фицированному персоналу.
Указания по технике безопасности перед
началом эксплуатации
 Принимайте во внимание данные производителя
и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
тестируемого материала.
 При работе с опасными веществами необходимо со-
блюдать технические правила для горючих жидкостей
(согласно ТПГЖ) и пользоваться соответствующими
средствами защиты.
 Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
 При эксплуатации никогда не применяйте силу.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-
зовании и после использования прибора
 Эксплуатация прибора возможна в температурном
диапазоне 0 - 60 °C.
 При использовании соблюдайте достаточное расстоя-
ние на верх (минимальная высота: высота макси-
мально расширенного поршня + 20 см).
 При использовании не допускайте сгибающих движе-
ний. Устройство может быть изогнуто.
Конструкция и принцип действия
 Устройство состоит из ПП (арт. № 5331-1xx0) и ПТФЭ/
ФЭП (арт. № 5331-2xx0).
 Устройство подходит для отбора проб вязких ве-
ществ, таких как: пасты, суспензии, крема и масла.
 Устройство предназначено только для отбора проб, а
не для непрерывного использования.
 Устройство не предназначено для хранения проб.
 Прибор не требует технического обслуживания и при-
годен для стерилизации горячим паром (до 121°C).

О нарушениях упаковки следует незамедлительно
уведомлять экспедитора / поставщика.
Безопасный отбор проб
Точечный пробоотбор / отбор донных проб
1. Передвиньте очищающее кольцо  на нужную
глубину.
2. Введите поршневой шток  до упора в устройство с
помощью ручки .
3. Для пробоотбора погрузите устройство в вещество на
нужную глубину или до дна.
4. Потяните за ручку. Таким образом вещество будет
всасываться при помощи поршня.
5. Извлеките прибор из среды для отбора проб.
6. Опорожните пробу в подходящий контейнер нажати-
ем на поршневой шток.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Повреждение дыхательных путей и др. внутренних
органов при воздействии газообразных субстанций.
 При работе с опасными веществами, необходимо

Многоуровневый отбор проб
1. Передвиньте очищающее кольцо  на нужную
глубину.
2. Введите поршневой шток  до упора в устройство с
помощью ручки .
3. Для пробоотбора погрузите устройство в вещество
на нужную глубину или до дна и потяните за ручку.
Таким образом вещество будет всасываться при
помощи поршня.
4. Извлеките прибор из среды для отбора проб.
5. Опорожните пробу в подходящий контейнер нажати-
ем на поршневой шток.
После отбора пробы
1. С помощью прилагаемого толкателя, сдвиньте
очищающее кольцо вниз, чтобы удалить оставшуюся
жидкость.
2. Открутите воронку для слива .
3. Открутите направляющую гайку .
4. Потяните за ручку и полностью вытащите поршневой
шток.
5. В целях очистки, шестигранный винт всасывающего
поршня может быть открыть с помощью ключа.
6. Очистите все детали. Для чистки внутренней
поверхности трубок используйте щётку (см.
аксессуары).

Открутите воронку для слива и отберите пробу без нее. Перед опорожнением образ-
ца снова прикрутите воронку для слива.
Плохая мощность всасы-
вания или всасывающий
поршень негерметичен.
Увеличьте силу давления всасывающего поршня. Открутите воронку для слива
и затяните кольца круглого сечения с помощью шестигранного ключа по часовой
стрелке (кольца круглого сечения должны сидеть плотно и в то же время иметь
слабое трение).
