in die Mitte deines Grillguts. Nicht zu nah
am Knochen – hier wird’s schneller warm
und die Kerntemperatur verfälscht.

Insert the probe at the thickest point into the
middle of your meat. Not too close to the bone
as meat heats up faster along the bone and
the core temperature might be inaccurate.

befeuchte es mit warmer Spüllauge.

gründlich damit ab.
3. Trockne mit einem weichen Tuch nach.
