THEORY OF OPERATION
Spray fluid i prepared and placed in the tank via the lid opening and trainer ba ket. Foreign matter i trapped in the
trainer me h for di po al after the tank ha been filled.
When the pump i witched on power i applied to the pump motor from the battery. When the pump operate , fluid i
drawn through the filtered uction line and into the pump.
With each rotation of the pump motor, fluid i forced via valve into a high-pre ure chamber in the pump head. Fluid
exit from the chamber via a check valve into the delivery ho e of the prayer. Providing the delivery ho e ha an open
orifice fluid will flow from the ho e. If the ho e i clo ed uch a when the pray gun valve i not operated, pre ure will
build up in the ho e and pump head.
When the pray gun valve i opened, the pre ure will drop and the pump will tart to operate.
OPERATING HINTS
Spray Hose
Secure the pray ho e and lance in the towed po ition under the two lug of the fre h water tank a hown on the cover
of thi manual.
Nozzle Choice
The provided nozzle have been elected to match the performance of the pump.
The flat fan nozzle [44649] give good atomi ation without too much drift at 35PSI (2.5 bar).
The adju table nozzle [60027] give a olid cone pattern, ideal for pot praying.
If maller nozzle are u ed the pump will ‘cycle’ - turn on and off. Thi i accommodated by the pump but cau e
pre ure fluctuation , and may eventually reduce pump life.
Pump
The pump doe not have a “continuou rating” at pre ure above 25 p i (1.7 bar). Running continuou ly for more than
one hour i not recommended.
CAUTION
For be t performance do not adju t the tip o fine that the pump tart to cycle. A coar er pray pattern will produce le
drift.
WARNING
The SO200 ha a maximum capacity of 205L. If mounting thi prayer on an ATV, check that the vehicle weight limit
are not exceeded.

torage, handling, mixing, u e or application of pray or chemical , C-Dax Ltd will not accept any liability for lo or
