WARNING

protective clothing uch a overall , hat, glove , boot and re pirator.
When u ing concentrated pray , full protection i nece ary.
When u ing diluted pray , wear at lea t a hat, long- leeved cotton overall and boot . If you u e pe ticide regularly it
i a good idea to alway wear a re pirator to avoid cumulative effect … other protection may be required – check the
label. It may have pecific direction for that particular chemical.
Protective clothing hould alway be properly cared for. Rin e heavily contaminated clothe in the open before wa hing
in the laundry.
Wa h and dry the e clothe every day – but keep them eparate from other wa hing.
Re pirator need pecial care … clean re pirator after praying. U e oapy water then rin e and allow to dry completely
before toring in a clean pla tic bag. Replace cani ter in re pirator after every 8 hour u e.

INTRODUCTION
You have ju t purcha ed a new Spray-On 200 (SO200) pot/boom Sprayer. The Spray-On 200 prayer incorporate
many unique feature that make it a u eful and ver atile prayer.
DESCRIPTION
The C-Dax SO200 pot/boom prayer are a erie of high trength pray unit manufactured of non-corro ive
polyethylene that either come complete a a trailed unit or a a tand alone tank a embly for deck mounting.

WARRANTY
C-Dax Ltd warrant to the original purcha er that the equipment i old free from defect in material and workman hip
for a period of 12 month from date of retail ale (6 Month from date of retail ale for all equipment old in the U.K.).
Accordingly, C-Dax Ltd undertake to repair the equipment, or at our option replace, without co t to the original
purcha er either for material , part or labour, any part which within the pecified warranty period from time of delivery i
found to be defective. PROVIDED that the equipment ha been u ed for normal purpo e in accordance with the
in truction , and ha not been ubject to neglect, mi u e or accident, and ha not been repaired, erviced or di mantled
by any per on other than a ervice agent or per on authori ed by C-Dax Ltd.
The warranty doe not extend to cover: con equential damage; repair or replacement of part due to fair wear and tear;
or damage re ulting from neglect, mi u e, accident or hireage. SPECIFICALLY the warranty exclude battery damage,
damage ari ing from chemical attack, and unit built to cu tomer pecification .
All good returned to C-Dax Ltd are freight paid by the sender and if ubject to a warranty claim, must be accompanied
by a completed warranty claim form. Warranty claim form are available from C-Dax dealer .

The maximum liability, which i accepted by C-Dax Ltd, i limited to replacement of faulty good only. Every care ha
been taken in the manufacture of our good but becau e u e of the good i out ide the control of the manufacturer, the

THEORY OF OPERATION
Spray fluid i prepared and placed in the tank via the lid opening and trainer ba ket. Foreign matter i trapped in the
trainer me h for di po al after the tank ha been filled.
When the pump i witched on power i applied to the pump motor from the battery. When the pump operate , fluid i
drawn through the filtered uction line and into the pump.
With each rotation of the pump motor, fluid i forced via valve into a high-pre ure chamber in the pump head. Fluid
exit from the chamber via a check valve into the delivery ho e of the prayer. Providing the delivery ho e ha an open
orifice fluid will flow from the ho e. If the ho e i clo ed uch a when the pray gun valve i not operated, pre ure will
build up in the ho e and pump head.
When the pray gun valve i opened, the pre ure will drop and the pump will tart to operate.
OPERATING HINTS
Spray Hose
Secure the pray ho e and lance in the towed po ition under the two lug of the fre h water tank a hown on the cover
of thi manual.
Nozzle Choice
The provided nozzle have been elected to match the performance of the pump.
 The flat fan nozzle [44649] give good atomi ation without too much drift at 35PSI (2.5 bar).
 The adju table nozzle [60027] give a olid cone pattern, ideal for pot praying.
If maller nozzle are u ed the pump will ‘cycle’ - turn on and off. Thi i accommodated by the pump but cau e
pre ure fluctuation , and may eventually reduce pump life.
Pump
The pump doe not have a “continuou rating” at pre ure above 25 p i (1.7 bar). Running continuou ly for more than
one hour i not recommended.
CAUTION
For be t performance do not adju t the tip o fine that the pump tart to cycle. A coar er pray pattern will produce le
drift.
WARNING
The SO200 ha a maximum capacity of 205L. If mounting thi prayer on an ATV, check that the vehicle weight limit
are not exceeded.
CHEMICAL APPLICATION
A no control can be exerci ed over the u e of the equipment or over weather, plant or oil condition , or over the
torage, handling, mixing, u e or application of pray or chemical , C-Dax Ltd will not accept any liability for lo or
damage (con equential or otherwi e) ari ing directly or indirectly from the u e of thi equipment.

Chemical Advice
C-Dax Ltd or their agent cannot make recommendation or give advice a to the u e of chemical and cannot accept
re pon ibility for any damage, injury or other con equence for di regarding thi warning notice. Contact your chemical
upplier for advice.
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
Clean the prayer regularly! After each u e flu h the unit out three time with fre h water. U e CDAX Neutrali e for the
econd rin e.
CAUTION
To prevent damage to the prayer and pray gun, drain the water from the prayer and pray gun when there i a ri k of
fro t.
Filters
The tank trainer ba ket i retained by the lid to a i t cleaning. Alway clean the trainer before filling the tank with
pray olution.
Clean all filter creen regularly.
NOTE
If the pump i ob erved to be leaking from between the motor and black pump body or from the motor it elf, cea e
operation and have the pump erviced immediately. C-Dax Ltd and their di tributor have a comprehen ive part
inventory and capable taff. Becau e of the complication of the pump it may be be t to get your C-Dax agent to po t it
back to the authori ed ervice centre.
TROUBLESHOOTING
C-Dax Ltd and their di tributor have a comprehen ive part inventory and capable ervice taff.
Repair hould only be undertaken by C-Dax, or an authori ed C-Dax ervice centre.
