Congratulations on your purchase of the Cabela's Manual Jerky Slicer. With just a turn of the handle, you
can easily slice consistently uniform jerky strips for making your favorite tasty jerky recipes. The new
Cabela’s Manual Jerky Slicer is 45% larger than other units on the market so you can easily slice up to
18 large precision cut jerky strips that are ready for drying in the oven, dehydrator or smoker.
The extra-wide and tall feeder chute easily accepts 55% larger cuts of meat up to 7¾” wide and 1½thick.
Dual rollers feature 38 large 2 ¾” diameter high-quality overlapping stainless steel blades provide scissor-
like cutting power for easily slicing through tough meat and sinew. Plus, our Patent-pending spring-loaded
blade assembly compresses the working blades together for clean and precise cutting.
Also check out the removable one-way-fit blade cleaning combs with an attached thumbscrew that allow
for error-free disassembly and reassembly for cleaning easy.
