CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI
Descrizione
Il quadro elettrico ZE5 è adatto al coman-
do di automazioni per porte basculanti
della serie EMEGA (E300-E450), alimen-
tati a 230V con potenza fino a 400W,
frequenza 50÷60Hz.
Progettato e costruito interamente dalla
CAME CANCELLI AUTOMATICI S.p.A.,
risponde alle vigenti norme in vigore.
Contenitore in ABS con grado di protezio-
ne IP54.
Il circuito va alimentato con tensione di
230V a.c. ed è protetto in ingresso con
fusibile da 5A, mentre i dispositivi di
comando a bassa tensione sono protetti
con fusibile da 1,6 A.
La potenza complessiva degli accessori a
24V non deve superare i 20W.
Il tempo di lavoro, fisso, è di 80 secondi.
Funzioni di Sicurezza
Le fotocellule possono essere collegate e
predisposte per:
-
Riapertura in fase di chiusura (2-C1): le
fotocellule, rilevando un ostacolo durante
la fase di chiusura della porta, provocano
l'inversione di marcia fino
alla completa apertura;
-
Stop totale (1-2): le
fotocellule, rilevando un
ostacolo durante il movi-
mento della porta, provo-
cano l’arresto della porta
con l'esclusione del ciclo di chiusura
automatica; per riprendere il movimento,
bisogna agire sulla pulsantiera o sul
radiocomando.
Nota: Se un contatto di sicurezza normal-
mente chiuso (2-C1, 1-2) si apre, viene
segnalato dal lampeggio del LED di
segnalazione (n°2, pagina 11);

Rilevazione di presenza ostacolo. A
motore fermo (porta chiusa, aperta o dopo
un comando di stop totale), impedisce
qualsiasi movimento se i dispositivi di
sicurezza (es. fotocellule) rilevano la

Attenzione! Prima di intervenire al-
l’interno dell’apparecchiatura, togliere la
tensione di linea.
presenza di un ostacolo.
-
Rilevazione ostacolo con Encoder. Si
attiva per l’intervento di un ostacolo
durante il movimento della porta e provo-
ca:
a) l’arresto della porta se in fase di
apertura, con successiva chiusura auto-
matica (se inserita);
b) l’inversione del movimento se in fase di
chiusura.
Attenzione: nel caso b, dopo 3 rilevamen-
ti d’ostacolo consecutivi, la porta si ferma
in apertura e viene esclusa la chiusura
automatica; per riprendere il movimento
bisogna premere sul pulsante di comando
o sul radiocomando.
Altre funzioni
-
Chiusura automatica. Il temporizzatore di
chiusura automatica si autoalimenta a
finecorsa apre. Il tempo prefissato
regolabile, è in ogni modo subordinato
all'intervento di eventuali accessori di
sicurezza e si esclude dopo un intervento
di "stop" o in mancanza d'energia elettrica.

"Uomo presente" . Il movimento della
porta è ottenuto solo mantenendo premuto
il pulsante di comando collegato su
morsetti 2-7 o dal pulsante di apertura su
2-3 (ed esclude il funzionamento con il
radiocomando);
-
Finecorsa apre . Arresto della porta con
l’ausilio del microinterruttore durante la
fase di apertura; collegare il micro ai
morsetti 2-FA;
-
Prelampeggio . Dopo un comando di
apertura o di chiusura, il lampeggiatore
collegato su W-E1 lampeggia per 5
secondi prima di iniziare la manovra.
-Selezione tipo di comando :
-«APRE-STOP-CHIUDE-STOP»per pulsante
e/o trasmettitore;
-«APRE-CHIUDE»per pulsante e/o trasmet-
titore;
-«SOLO APRE»per trasmettitore.
Accessori collegabili
-
Lampada di cortesia , su morsetti E1-E3.
Lampada che illumina la zona di manovra,
dopo un comando di apertura, rimane
accesa per un tempo fisso di 2 minuti e 30
secondi;
-
Lampada spia porta aperta, su morsetti
10-5 con dip 9 in ON. Lampada che
segnala la posizione di apertura della
porta e si spegne quando la porta attiva il
finecorsa chiude;
-
Lampeggiatore di movimento, su morsetti
W-E1. Lampeggia durante le fasi di
apertura e chiusura della porta;
-
Elettroblocco 24V , su morsetti 10-5 con
dip 9 in OFF;
-
Scheda radiofrequenza “AF” (vedi tabella
pag. 22) per comando a distanza.
Regolazioni
- Tempo chiusura automatica;
- Sensibilità di rilevazione dell’ostacolo.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
ENGLISH
Description
The ZE5 electric panel is suitable for con-
trolling the automation of EMEGA (E300-
E450) series 230V garage-type doors with
up to 400W power and 50-60 Hz fre-
quency.
Wholly designed and built by CAME CAN-
CELLI AUTOMATICI S.p.A., it meets regu-
lations in force. ABS Case with an IP54
protective level.
The circuit should be powered with voltage
of 230V AC and it is protected in input with
5A fuse, whilst the command devices in
low voltage are protected by fuse 1,6 A.
The accessories’ total wattage (24V) must
not exceed 20W.
Fixed operating time of 80 seconds.
Safety functions
Photocells can be connected to obtain:
-
Re-opening during closure (2-C1), if the
photocells identify an obstacle while the
gate is closing, they will reverse the
direction of movement until the gate is
completely open;
-
Total stop (1-2), shutdown of gate
movement without automatic closing; a
pushbutton or radio remote control must
be actuated to resume movement.
N.B: If an NC safety contact (2-C1, 1-2) is
opened, the LED (n°2, pag. 11) will flash to
indicate this fact;
-
Obstacle presence detection. When the
motor is stopped (gate is closed, open or
half-open after an emergency stop
command), the transmitter and the control
pushbutton will be deactivated if an
obstacle is detected by one of the safety
devices (for example, the photocells);
-
Detection of obstacle with Encoder. It is
activated for when an obstacle is
encountered during the movement of the
door and as a result:
a) the door stops if it is in the opening
phase, with subsequent automatic closing
(if activated);
b) the movement is reversed if it is in the
closing phase.
N.B.: In situation b, if an obstacle is
detected three times, the door wing stops
during aperture, and automatic closure is
disactivated.
Use the keyboard or the radio transmitter
to resume movement of the bar.
Other functions
-
Automatic closing . The automatic closing
timer is automatically activated at the end
of the opening cycle. The preset,
adjustable automatic closing time is
automatically interrupted by the activation
of any safety system, and is deactivated
after a STOP command or in case of
power failure;
-
"Operator present" . The movement of the
door is obtained only by keeping pressed
the pushbutton of command connected on
terminals 2-7 or from the open pushbutton
on 2-3 (and it excludes the function with
the radio control);
-
Limit switch opening. The door stops with
the help of the microswitch during the
opening phase, connect the microswitch to
terminal blocks 2-FA;
-
Pre-flashing. After an opening or closing
command, the flasher connected to the W-

E1 flashes for 5 seconds before beginning
the procedure;
-Command-type selection :
- «OPEN-STOP-CLOSE-STOP» by button and
transmitter;
- «OPEN-CLOSE» by button and transmitter;
- «OPEN ONLY» by transmitter.
Accessories which can be connected to
this unit
-
Courtesy light , on terminals E1-E3. The
lamp that lights the manoeuvring zone, after
an open command, remains lit for a fixed
time of 2 minutes and 30 seconds;
-Open gate pilot, lampon terminals 10-5 with
dip 9 to ON. Lamp that indicates the door’s
open position and goes off when the door
closes that activates the limit switch;
Flashing lamp indicating the door’s
movement, on terminals W-E1. It flashes
during the phase of door opening and
closing;
-
Electric lock 24V , connect it to 10-5 with
dip 9 to OFF;
-
“AF” radiofrequency board (see table on
pag. 22) for remote control.
Adjustments
- Automatic closure time;
- Sensitivity of obstacle’s detection.
Important! Disconnect the unit from
the main power lines before carrying out
any operation inside the unit.

Description
L’armoire électrique ZE5 sert à
commander l’automation des portes
basculantes de la série EMEGA (E300-
E450), alimentées à 230V avec une
puissance jusqu’à 400W, fréquence
50÷60Hz.
Conçu et construit entièrement par CAME
CANCELLI AUTOMATICI S.p.A., il est con-
forme aux normes en vigueur. Boîtier en
ABS avec degré de protection IP54.
Le circuit doit être alimenté en 230V a.c. et
est protégé à l’entrée par un fusible de 5A,
tandis que les dispositifs de commande à
basse tension sont protégés par un fusible
de 1,6 A.
La puissance totale des accessoires (24V)
ne doit pas dépasser 20W.
Temps de fonctionnement fixe de 80
secondes
Fonctions de sécurité
Il est possible de brancher des
photocellules et de les programmer pour:
-
Réouverture en phase de fermeture (2-
C1), les cellules photoélectriques
provoquent l'inversion de marche jusqu'à
l'ouverture complète si elles relèvent un
obstacle durant la phase de fermeture du
portail;
-
Stop total (1-2), arrêt du portail et
désactivation d’un éventuel cycle de
fermeture automatique; pour activer de
nouveau le mouvement, il faut agir sur les
boutons-poussoirs ou sur la radiocom-
mande.
Remarque: Le voyant de signalisation
(n°2, pag.11) qui clignote indique qu'un
contact de sécurité normalment fermé (2-
C1, 1-2) s'ouvre.
-
Détection de présence obstacle . Quand
le moteur est arrête (portail fermé, ouvert
ou semi-ouvert, cette position est obtenue
avec une commande de stop total), annule
toute fonction de l'émetteur ou du bouton-
poussoir en cas d'obstacle détecté par les
dispositifs de sécurité (ex. Photocellules);
-Détection d’un obstacle avec l’Encodeur.
celui-ci s’active quand il y a un obstacle
durant le mouvement de la porte et
provoque:
a) l’arrêt de la porte si elle est phase
d’ouverture, suivi de la fermeture
automatique (si elle est activée);
b) l’inversion du mouvement si elle est en
phase de fermeture.
Attention: dans le case b), après 3détec-
tions d'obstacle consécutives, la vantail
s'arrête en ouverture et la fermeture
automatique est exclue.
Pour reprendre le mouvement, il faut agir
sur les boutons-poussoirs ou sur la
radiocommande.
Autres functions
-
Fermeture automatique. Le tempo-
risateur de fermeture automatique est
autoalimenté à la fin du temps de la
course en ouverture. Le temps réglable
est programmé, cependant, il est
subordonné à l’intervention d’éventuels
accessoires de sécurité et il est exclu

après une intervention de “stop” ou en
cas de coupure de courant;
-
"Homme mort" . Le mouvement de la
porte ne s’obtient qu’en continuant à
appuyer sur le bouton de commande
branché aux bornes 2-7 ou avec le bouton
d’ouverture sur 2-3 (il exclut le
fonctionnement avec la radiocommande);
-Interrupteur fin de course ouverture .
Arrêt de la porte à l’aide du microcontact
durant la phase d’ouverture, brancher le
microcontact aux bornes 2-FA;
-
Pré-clignotement . Après une commande
d'ouverture ou de fermeture, le clignotant
branché sur W-E1, clignote pendant 5
secondes avant de commencer la
manoeuvre;
-Sélection du type de commande :
- «OUVERTE-STOP-FERMÉE-STOP» pour
bouton-poussoir et/ou émetteur radio;
- «OUVERTE-FERMÉE» pour bouton-poussoir
et/ou émetteur radio;
- «SEULEMENT OUVERTE» pour émetteur
radio;
Accessoires pouvant être branchés
-
Lampe d’éclairage , sur les bornes E1-E3.
Lampe qui éclaire la zone de manœuvre,
après une commande d’ouverture. Elle
reste allumée pendant un temps fixe de 2
minutes et 30 secondes;
-Lampe voyant porte ouverte, sur les
bornes 10-5 avec microinterrupteur 9 sur
ON. Lampe qui signale la position
d’ouverture de la porte et s’éteint quand la
porte active la butée de fin de course de
fermeture;
-Clignotant de mouvement, sur les bornes
W-E1. Il clignote durant les phases
d’ouverture et de fermeture de la porte
-
Serrure électrique 24V , brancher aux
bornes 10-5 avec dip 9 sur OFF;
-
Carte radiofréquence à “AF” (voir tableau
page 22) pour la commande à distance.
Réglages
- Temps de fonctionnement;
- Sensibilité pour la détection de
l’obstacle.
Attention! Avant d’intervenir à
l’intérieur de l’appareillage, couper la
tension de ligne.

DEUTSCH
Beschreibung
Die elektrische Schalttafel ZE5 ist für die
Steuerung automatischer Schwingtore der
Serie EMEGA (E300-E450), mit einer Ver-
sorgung von 230V, Leistung bis 400W und
Frequenz 50÷60, geeignet.
Sie ist von der CAME CANCELLI
AUTOMATICI S.p.A. entworfen und erstellt
und entspricht den geltenden Richtlinien.
Der Kasten ist in ABS, Schutzgrad IP54.
Die Speisung des Stromkreises erfolgt mit
Spannung von 230V W.S und ist am
Eingang durch Sicherungen von 5A
geschützt, während die Niederspannungs-
Steuervorrichtungen durch Sicherungen
von 1,6 A geschützt sind.
Die Gesamtleistung des Zubehörs (24V)
darf 20W nicht überschreiten.
Festgelegte Laufzeit von 80 Sek.
Sicherheitsfunktionen
Die Lichtschranken können für folgende
Funktionen angeschlossen bzw.
vorbereitet werden:
-
Wiederöffnen beim Schließen (2-C1), die
Lichtschranken ermitteln ein Hindernis
während des schließens vom Tor und
lösen die Umkehr der Laufrichtung vom
Tor aus, bis dieses wieder vollständig
geöffnet ist;
-
Totalstop (1-2), sofortiger Stillstand des
Tores mit Ausschluß eventueller
Schließautomatik: Fortsetzung des
Torlaufs über Drucktaster- bzw.
Funksendersteuerung;
Hinweis: Wenn sich ein normalerweise
geschlossener (NC) Sicherheitskontakt (2-
C1, 1-2) öffnet, wird dies durch Blinken
der Kontrolleuchte (n°2 - S.11) angezeigt;
-
Ermittlung eventuell vorhandener
Hindernisse . Bei stillstehendem Motor (Tor
geschlossen, geöffnet oder durch eine
Totalstop-Steuerung halb geöffnet) wird
bei durch die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
(z.B.:Lichtschranken) erfaßtem Hindernis
jede Sensor-oder Drucktasterfunktion
annulliert.
-Hinderniserfassung mit Encoder. Er wird
bei Auftreten eines Hindernisses während
der Torbewegung aktiviert und löst
folgendes aus:
a) in Öffnungsphase den Stillstand des
Tors mit anschließender automatischer
Schließung (wenn eingeschaltet);
b) In Schließungsphase die
Laufumsteuerung .
Achtung: Im Fall b) bleibt der Flügel nach
3 hintereinandererfolgten Hindernis-
erfassungen offen und die Schließ-
automatik wird ausgeschaltet.
Die Wideraufnahme des Normalbetriebes
erfolgt mittels Tasten- bzw. Funksteuerung.
Andere Funktionen
-
Schließautomatik . Der Schließautomatik-
Zeischalter speist sich beim Öffnen am
Ende der Torlaufzeit selbst . Die
voreingestellte Zeit ist auf jeden Fall
immer dem Eingriff eventueller
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen untergeordnet

Achtung! vor Eingriff im Innern
des Gerätes den Netzstecken ziehen.
und schließt sich nach einem “Stop”-
Eingriff bzw. bei Stromausfall selbst aus;
- “Bedienung vom Steuerpult” . Der Torlauf
wird ausschließlich durch die anhaltende
Betätigung des an den Klemmen 2-7
angeschlossenen Steuerknopfs oder des
an den Klemmen 2-3 angeschlossenen
Öffnungsknopfs erreicht (und schließt den
Betrieb mit Funksteuerung aus);
-
Endanschlag des Öffnungsvorganges.
Blockierung des Tores während des
Öffnungsvorganges in jeder gewünschten
Position durch Bedienung des Mikro-
schalters; den Mikro an die Klemmen 2-FA
anschließen;
-Vorblinken. Nachdem der Befehl zum
Öffnen oder Schließen gegeben worden
ist, blinkt das Blinklicht, das an W-E1
angeschlossen ist, zunächst 5 Sekunden,
bevor das Manöver beginnt;
-Wahl der Steuerart :
- «ÖFFNEN-STOP-SCHLIEßEN-STOP» für
Drucktaster- und Funksendersteuerart;
- «ÖFFNEN-SCHLIEßEN» für Drucktaster- und
Funksendersteuerart;
- «NUR ÖFFNEN» für Funksendersteuerart.
Anschließbares Zubehör
-
Torbeleuchtung , an den Klemmen E1-
E3. Lampe, welche nach einer
Öffnungssteuerung den Parkbereich
beleuchtet; sie bleibt für eine feststehende
Zeit von 2 Minuten und 30 Sekunden
eingeschaltet.
- Kontrolleuchte Tor offen, an den
Klemmen 10-5 mit dip 9 auf ON
angeschlossen. Lampe, welche die
Öffnungsposition des Tors signalisiert und
sich ausschaltet, wenn das Tor den
Schließendschalter aktiviert;
-Bewegungsblinkleuchte, an den
Klemmen W-E1 angeschlossen. Blinkt
während der Toröffnung und
Torschließung;
-
Elektrische Verriegelung 24V , mit den
Klemmen 10-5 mit dip 9 aut OFF;
-
Funkfrequenzkarte “AF” (siehe Tabelle
Seite 22) für Fernsteuerung.
Einstellungen
- Zeit für das automatische Schließen;
- Empfindlichkeitseinstellung der
Hinderniserfassung.

Descripción
El cuadro eléctrico ZE5 es idóneo para el
control de automatizaciones para puertas
basculantes de la serie EMEGA (E300-
E450), alimentados a 230V, con potencia
de hasta 400W, frecuencia 50÷60Hz.
Diseñado y fabricado completamente por
CAME CANCELLI AUTOMATICI S.p.A.,
responde a las normas vigentes. Caja de
ABS con grado de protección IP54.
El circuito se alimenta con tensión a 230V
a.c. y en entrada está protegido con un
fusible de 5A, mientras que los
dispositivos de mando a baja tensión
están protegidos con fusible de 1,6 A.
La potencia total de los accesorios (24V)
no debe superar los 20W.
Tiempo de trabajo fijo a 80 seg.
Funciones de seguridad
Las fotocélulas pueden estar conectadas
y predispuestas para:
-
Reapertura en la fase de cierre (2-C1),
las fotocélulas detectan un obstàculo
durante la cierre de la hojas, causando la
inversión del movimiento hasta que se
abre totalmente;
-
Parada total (1-2), parada de la puerta
excluyendo el posible ciclo de cierre
automático, para reactivar el movimiento
es preciso actuar en el teclado o en el
mando a distancia;
Nota: La apertura de un contacto de
seguridad normalmente cerrado (2-C1,
1-2) es señalada por medio del destello
del LED de señalización (n°2 - pág.11).

Detección de presencia obstáculo. Con
el motor parado (puerta cerrada, abierta o
en posición semi-abierta obtenida a través
de un comando de stop total), anula
cualquier función del transmisor o del
botón en caso de obstáculo detectado por
los dispositivos de seguridad (por ejemplo:
fotocélulas);
-Detección obstáculo con Encoder. Se
activa cuando hay un obstáculo durante el
movimiento de la puerta y provoca:
a) la parada de la puerta si ésta se está
abriendo y el sucesivo cierre automático
(si estuviera conectado);
b) la inversión del movimiento durante el
cierre.
¡Atención! En el caso b, despus de 3
detecciones de obstaculo consecutivas, la
puerta se para en apertura y se excluye el
cierre automatico; para reactivar el
movimmiento se debe actuar en el teclado
o en el mando a distancia.
Otras funciones
-
Cierre automático. El temporizador de
cierre automático se autoalimenta en fin-
de-tiempo carrera en fase de apertura. El
tiempo prefijado regulable, sin embargo,
está subordinado a la intervención de
posibles accesorios de seguridad y se
excluye después de una intervención de
parada o en caso de falta de energía
eléctrica;
-
"Hombre presente" . El movimiento de la
puerta se obtiene únicamente
manteniendo apretado el botón de mando

conectado a los bornes 2-7 o el botón de
apertura en 2-3 (y excluye el
funcionamiento con el radiomando);
-
Final de carrera apertura . Paro de la
puerta con la ayuda del microinterruptor
durante la apertura; conecte el micro a los
bornes 2-FA;
-
Intermitencia . Después de un mando de
apertura o cierre, la lámpara intermitente
conectada en W-E1, parpadea por 5
segundos antes de comenzar la maniobra;
-Selección tipo de mando:
- «APERTURA-PARADA-CIERRE-PARADA» para
tecla y/o trasmisor de radio;
- «APERTURA-CIERRE» para tecla y/o
trasmisor de radio;
- «SÓLO APERTURA» para trasmisor.
Accesorios conectables
-
Lámpara de cortesía , en los bornes E1-
E3. Lámpara que ilumina la zona de
maniobra, tras un mando de apertura
queda encendida durante un tiempo fijo
de 2 minutos y 30 segundos;
-Indicador luminoso puerta abierta, en los
bornes 10-5 con dip 9 en ON. Indicador
que señala que la puerta está abierta y se
apaga cuando la puerta activa el fin de
carrera de cierre;
-Luz intermitente de movimiento, en los
bornes W-E1. Parpadea durante la
apertura y cierre de la puerta;
-
Electrocerradura 24V , conéctela a los
bornes 10-5 con dip 9 en OFF;
-
Scheda radiofrequenza “AF” (vedi tabella
pag. 22) per comando a distanza.
¡Atención! Antes de actuar dentro
del aparato, quitar la tensión de línea.
Regulaciones
- Tiempo de cierre automàtico;
- Sensibilidad de detección del obstáculo.

la butée de
fermeture.
