Zigbee conguration
1. Factory Reset the switch.
i. Press and hold the “Reset” button for 5 seconds.
ii. Once reset successfully, the LED with glow red to indicate that the reset has been successful.
Note: All conguration parameters will be reset after the device is reset or removed from the network.
2. Initiaite pairing mode to pair to a Zigbee hub or bridge such as Smartthings or Philips Hue. (Adding to
your Zigbee Network)
i. From your smart home controller app, choose to add a lighting device and enter Pairing Mode as
instructed by the app or Hub’s documentation, or scan for a new device.
ii. Double press the “Reset” button on the module to start pairing mode.
iii. The LED indicator will blink blue to indicate that the device is in pairing mode. Pairing mode lasts for
15 minutes before timing out. If pairing is unsuccessful during this time, repeat the process.
iv. When successfully paired the LED will stop blinking, and then stay on for 10 seconds. The device
can now be controlled through your controller or hub interface.
Dimming settings: minimum, maximum, and speed
1. Use a small screwdriver to turn the minimum, maxmimum, and speed switches to your desired level.
i. The speed setting relates to the speed of dimming up and dimming down when using a retractive
switch.
Troubleshooting
If your lights will not turn completely o, or they are ickering at low levels:
Diagnosing this issue can be complicated and often dependent on many variables that are unique to the wiring
in your house.
However, the most common cause is due to either the total load of the lights being too low, or the wattage of
one particular bulb being too low. Please ensure that each lamp is minimum 5W although 10W+ will give better
results. Please also ensure that the total load is minimum 10W.
If the problem persists, please try increasing the minimum brightness setting of the switch by following the
steps above.
If increasing the minimum brightness did not solve the problem, we suggest either increasing the load on the
circuit by using higher power lamps, or by tting an LED bypass over the rst lamp in the circuit.
