Install Software. Then connect ColorPen 3D to computer with USB cable.
Charge batteries 4–6 hours.
Installez le logiciel. Connectez ensuite ColorPen 3D à l’ordinateur à l’aide

If not already on, press Power on/off (1) to turn on instrument and select desired
language.

To calibrate, position reference slider (8) over optics and press Measure (2). When
finished, position reference slider (8) back to storage location and press Enter (4).

To measure, lightly press and hold Measure button (2) and position instrument on
sample. Press Measure firmly (2) to take measurement. View results on Display (7).

EN Bluetooth Function:
Connecting an Apple iOS device
1. Switch on the iPhone/iPad/iPod.
2. Enter the settings menu.
3. Select Bluetooth.
4. Turn Bluetooth ON.
5. The iOS device will now scan the area for available Bluetooth devices.
All available Bluetooth devices with Apple connectivity will be listed here.
6. The BUNTSTIFT device should now appear on the iOS device screen as an
available Bluetooth device. The BUNTSTIFT will be listed as RM200 #XXXX and it
should be shown in black text.
7. Select the BUNTSTIFT RM200 #XXXX to pair to the iOS device.
8. Once the pairing process is complete the RM200 #XXXX text will turn blue and
“connected” will be displayed next to the device name.
On the BUNTSTIFT the Bluetooth symbol will change color
from grey to blue.
Connecting an Android device
1. Open the Settings application.
2. Touch Wireless & networks > Bluetooth settings.
3. Check Bluetooth to turn it on. Your tablet scans for and displays the IDs of all
available Bluetooth devices in range.
4. If the BUNTSTIFT you want to pair with isn’t in the list, ensure that the BUNTSTIFT
is turned on and Bluetooth is switched On.
5. If your tablet stops scanning before BUNTSTIFT is ready, touch Find nearby
devices and then Scan for devices.
6. Touch the ID of the BUNTSTIFT in Found list to pair them.
7. Click “OK” to confirm any passkey request to connect with BUNTSTIFT.
8. Once the pairing process is complete the RM200 #XXXX will appear in your
Paired devices, indicating you have successfully connected your two devices.

Connexion d’un appareil Apple sous iOS
1. Mettez en marche votre iPhone/iPad/iPod.
2. Accédez au menu des paramètres.
3. Sélectionnez Bluetooth.
4. Activez la fonction Bluetooth.
5. L’appareil iOS recherche à présent les périphériques Bluetooth disponibles à
proximité. Tous les périphériques Bluetooth disponibles avec une connectivité
Apple sont répertoriés ici.
6. BUNTSTIFT doit maintenant apparaître sur l’écran de l’appareil iOS en tant
qu’appareil Bluetooth disponible. BUNTSTIFT doit être répertorié avec l’intitulé
RM200 #XXXX en texte noir.
7. Sélectionnez BUNTSTIFT RM200 #XXXX pour appairer l’outil à l’appareil iOS.
8. Une fois l’appairage terminé, le texte RM200 #XXXX s’affiche
en bleu et le message « connecté » apparaît en regard du nom
de l’appareil. Sur l’outil BUNTSTIFT, le symbole Bluetooth
passe du gris au bleu.
Connexion d’un appareil Android
1. Ouvrez l’application Paramètres.
2. Appuyez sur Sans fil et réseaux > Paramètres Bluetooth.
3. Cochez Bluetooth pour activer cette fonction. Votre tablette recherche les appareils
Bluetooth à proximité et affiche les ID de tous les appareils Bluetooth disponibles.
4. Si l’outil BUNTSTIFT que vous souhaitez appairer ne figure pas dans la liste, assurez-vous que
l’outil BUNTSTIFT est en marche et que la fonction Bluetooth est activée.
5. Si votre tablette interrompt la recherche avant que l’outil BUNTSTIFT ne soit prêt, appuyez sur
Trouver des appareils à proximité, puis sur Rechercher des périphériques.
6. Appuyez sur l’ID de BUNTSTIFT dans liste des appareils trouvés pour effectuer l’appairage.
7. Cliquez sur OK pour confirmer toute demande de mot de passe pour vous connecter
à BUNTSTIFT.
8. Une fois l’appairage terminé, RM200 #XXXX apparaît dans vos appareils appairés, ce qui
signifie que vos deux appareils sont correctement connectés.

Connessione di un dispositivo Apple iOS
1. Accendere il tuo iPhone/iPad/iPod.
2. Accedere al menu Impostazioni.
3. Selezionare Bluetooth.
4. Attivare la connessione Bluetooth.
5. Il dispositivo iOS esegue la scansione dell’area alla ricerca dei dispositivi Bluetooth
disponibili. Tutti i dispositivi Bluetooth disponibili con connettività Apple saranno
elencati qui.
6. Il dispositivo BUNTSTIFT dovrebbe apparire sulla schermata del dispositivo iOS
come un dispositivo Bluetooth disponibile. Il dispositivo sarà elencato come
RM200 #XXXX e dovrebbe essere visualizzato in nero.
7. Selezionare il dispositivo BUNTSTIFT RM200 #XXXX per l’associazione col
dispositivo iOS.
8. Una volta completata la procedura di associazione,
il testo RM200 #XXXX diventa blu e la parola “Collegato”
viene visualizzata accanto al nome del dispositivo.
Sul dispositivo BUNTSTIFT il simbolo Bluetooth cambierà
il colore dal grigio al blu.
Note per le connessioni iOS
1. Eseguire l’applicazione Impostazioni.
2. Toccare Senza fili & reti > Impostazioni Bluetooth.
3. Selezionare Bluetooth per attivarla. Il tuo tablet esegue la scansione e visualizza gli ID di tutti i
dispositivi Bluetooth raggiungibili.
4. Se il dispositivo BUNTSTIFT che si desidera associare non è presente nell’elenco, verificare che
il dispositivo BUNTSTIFT è acceso e che la connessione Bluetooth è attivata.
5. Se il tablet interrompe la scansione prima che il dispositivo BUNTSTIFT sia pronto, toccare Trova
dispositivi vicini e poi Cerca dispositivi.
6. Toccare l’ID del dispositivo BUNTSTIFT nell’elenco Trovati per associarli.
7. Fare clic su “OK” per confermare l’eventuale richiesta di un codice di accesso per la
connessione col dispositivo BUNTSTIFT.
8. Una volta completata la procedura di associazione, il testo RM200 #XXXX verrà visualizzato
nell’elenco dei dispositivi Associati, indicando che i due dispositivi sono collegati correttamente.

DE Bluetooth-Funktion:
Apple iOS-Gerät anschließen
1. iPhone/iPad/iPod einschalten.
2. Menü Einstellungen öffnen.
3. Bluetooth wählen.
4. Bluetooth einschalten.
5. Das iOS-Gerät scannt nun, um verfügbare Bluetooth-Geräte zu finden.
6. Der BUNTSTIFT erscheint nun auf dem iOS-Gerätedisplay als verfügbares
Bluetooth-Gerät mit den Namen RM200 #XXXX und in schwarzer Schrift.
7. Wählen Sie RM200 #XXXX aus, um das Messgerät mit dem iOS-Gerät zu koppeln.
8. Nach Abschluss der Koppelung wechselt die Schriftfarbe von RM200 #XXXX zu
Blau, und neben dem Gerätenamen erscheint „verbunden“. Das Bluetooth-Symbol
im BUNTSTIFT wechselt von Grau zu Blau.
Android-Gerät anschließen
1. Einstellungen öffnen.
2. Drahtlos & Netzwerke > Bluetooth-Einstellungen berühren.
3. Bluetooth markieren, um die Funktion einzuschalten. Ihr Tablet sucht verfügbare Bluetooth-
Geräte in der Nähe und zeigt deren ID an.
4. Falls das BUNTSTIFT-Gerät nicht in der Liste erscheint, dann prüfen Sie ob der BUNTSTIFT
eingeschaltet und die Bluetooth-Funktion aktiviert ist.
5. Falls Ihr Tablet mit dem Scan fertig ist, ehe der BUNTSTIFT bereit ist, dann berühren Sie bitte
Bluetooth und dann Nach Geräten suchen.
6. Berühren Sie die ID des CAPSURE-Geräts in der Liste Gefunden, um diese zu koppeln.
7. Klicken Sie auf „OK“, um einen Passkey zu bestätigen, mit dem die Verbindung zum CAPSURE
hergestellt werden kann.
8. Nach dem Koppelvorgang erscheint RM200 #XXXX in der Liste und Sie haben die Geräte
erfolgreich gekoppelt.

Conexión de un dispositivo Apple iOS
1. Encienda el dispositivo iPhone/iPad/iPod.
2. Entre en el menú Configuración/Ajustes.
3. Seleccione Bluetooth.
4. Active la conexión Bluetooth.
5. El dispositivo iOS ahora escaneará el área en la búsqueda de los dispositivos

color, de gris a azul.
Estableciendo conexión con un dispositivo Android
1. Ejecute la aplicación Configuración/Ajustes.
2. Toque Conexiones inalámbricas y redes > Configuración/Ajustes de Bluetooth.
3. Marque la casilla Bluetooth para activarla. El tablet escanea y muestra los ID de todos los dis
positivos Bluetooth disponibles en el área.
4. Si el dispositivo BUNTSTIFT con el cual desea emparejarse no se encuentra en la lista, asegúrese
de que el dispositivo BUNTSTIFT esté encendido y que la conexión Bluetooth esté activada.
5. Si el tablet interrumpe el escaneo antes de que el dispositivo BUNTSTIFT esté listo, toque
Buscar dispositivos cercanos) y Buscar dispositivos.
6. Toque el ID del dispositivo BUNTSTIFT en la lista Encontrados para su emparejamiento.
7. Haga clic en “Aceptar” para confirmar cualquier solicitud de contraseña para su conexión con
el dispositivo BUNTSTIFT.
8. Una vez completado el proceso de emparejamiento, el texto RM200 #XXXX aparecerá en la lista de
