CAPTRON is the first manufacturer worldwide to develop and produce capacitive
stop request SENSORswitches with touch function for the public and private
transportation. When touching the switch surface, the passenger receives visual
feedback by 12 LEDs and optionally also acoustically by signal tone.
The HWT2 stop request SENSORswitches are specially designed for daily continuous
use in public transport company and convince through extreme longevity, reliability and
robustness. Mechanical wear or regular maintenance are therefore not applicable.
The HWT2 series is suitable both for rod mounting with different diameters (Ø 30 mm,
34/35mm) and for wall mounting. The simple and quick mounting is done by clipping the SENSORswitches into the previously screwed
mounting brackets on the rod or wall. Thus, no screws are visible on the housing and vandalism is prevented.

- 16 cm² switch surface - Extremely long service life - several 100 million switching cycles
- Option 1: rod mounting (Ø 30mm, 34/35mm) - Individualization through symbols
- Option 2: wall mounting - Barrier-free - Braille and raised pictograms on the housing or
- Switches to touch, no pressure necessary switch surface (optional / TSI-PRM compliant)
- Feedback - optical and acoustic signals
by 12 LEDs and beeper (optional)
