CARATTERISTICHE E DOTAZIONE
Il kit è costituito da due tappi in tecnopolimero (POM) da applicare
alle estremità degli assi dei mozzi anteriori X-Hub SP o SL Boost
per facilitarne il montaggio sulle forcelle RockShox Boost con al-
loggiamento da 31 mm. Non si tratta di un upgrade strutturale, ma
consente un più rapido e più semplice cambio ruota (determinan-
te in gara) con un ridotto aumento di peso (meno di 5 grammi).
COMPATIBILITA’
L’X-Torque Cap Adapter è compatibile esclusivamente con i moz-
zi anteriori Carbon-Ti X-Hub SP Boost o SL Boost. L’utilizzo su
altri mozzi non è previsto e potrebbe risultare pericoloso.
INSTALLAZIONE
Il cap (n°1) di dimensioni maggiori deve essere applicato sul lato
destro del mozzo dove è presente il bearing preload (vedi im-
magine). Il cap di spessore inferiore (n°2) va sul lato opposto.
Applicare il cap su entrambi i lati aiutandosi con un martello di
plastica facendo attenzione che l’esagono del mozzo si inserisca
interamente nel cap. Vericare periodicamente il corretto ssag-
gio e lo stato di usura dei cap.

X-Torque Cap Adapter is 100% Made in Italy
FEATURES AND EQUIPMENT
The kit consists of two POM caps to apply to the axle’s ends of the
front X-Hub SP or SL Boost hubs for facilitate the mounting on the
RockShox boost forks with 31 mm socket. No structural improve-
ments are proposed, but a faster and easier wheel change with a
little weight gain (less than 5 grams).
COMPATIBILITY
The X-Torque Cap Adapter is compatible only with the Carbon-Ti
X-Hub SP Boost or SL Boost front hubs.
The use on other hubs is not expected and may be dangerous.
INSTALLATION
The larger cap (n° 1) must be applied to the right side of the hub
where the bearing preload is present (see the image). The smal-
lest cap (n° 2) goes to the opposite side.
Apply the caps on both sides by using a plastic hammer making
sure that the hexagon of the hub’s axle ends are fully inserted
into the caps.
Check periodically the correct xing and cap wear.
