Q: I still cannot feel any pulsations even after
correctly powering on the device.
A: Please ensure that the pad are firmly adhered
on the skin.
Q: I am experiencing mild electric stimulations
when using the device. Is this normal?
A: Yes, this is completely normal. The PULSE
massager works by delivering small electrical
impulses which stimulate the body to produce
endorphins (natural pain relievers).
Q: Where should I place the electrode pads on
my body?
A: Place electrodes on the painful area. For
maximum benefit, place the electrode pads
close to each other. On occasions when the
application of electrodes at the painful site
proves uncomfortable, place the electrode
pads proximal to the painful area/injury.
07

Q: Can I use only 1 electrode pad at a time?
A: No, the device will not work unless both
the pads are attached to the body.
Q: Which mode should I use?
A: See the ‘PULSE Modes’ section of the
manual to get insights on the different modes.
Select the mode you are comfortable with.
Q: At what intensity should I operate the
PULSE massager?
A: Use an intensity at which the sensation is
‘strong but comfortable’. It is recommended
that first-time users operate the device only
at low intensities.
Q: How long should I use the PULSE
massager for?
A: Use for up to 20 minutes at a stretch.
08

Q: I am getting rashes where the electrode pad was
attached to my skin.
A: You may be allergic to the gel used in the
electrode pads. Stop using the device immediately
and consult a doctor.
Q: I have dry skin because of which the pads are not
sticking correctly.
A: Pat the skin with a slightly wet towel and then try
attaching the electrode pads.
Q: The electrode pads have dried out and are not
sticking correctly. What should I do?
A: If stored correctly on the plastic film, the electrode
pads can be used up to 50 times before losing its
adhesive ability. You can also wet the pads with a
few drops of water. If this does not work too, please
use the extra pair of electrodes provided.
