Assembly Step 2:
Prepare the tools you need:
TW34 / TW14RH1 / TW38RH / TW38RH2 / TW12RH1
Head Assembly SOP
Assembly Step 1:
Prepare the parts you need:
ratchet head driver heart spring

3-2. Apply grease on the driver, and place the pawl with heart spring on the driver as shown below.
3-3. Put the assembled driver in the ratchet head as picture below.
Assembly Step 3:
Start to assemble:
3-1. Insert the heart spring into the pawl. Make sure to insert the sprint into the larger hole as shown below.

3-5. Fasten the direction plate to the ratchet head with the direction plate screw.
3-6. Tighten the direction plate screw all of the way down, and then loosen it about 1/6 of a turn to alow
the direction plate to turn freely.
3-4. Place the direction plate onto the ratchet head making sure the pin on the bottom of the direction
plate hooks into the cusp at the bottom of the heart spring.

3-7. Test functionality: A. Turn the driver B. Switch can shift in both directions
