PLUMBERS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLATION.
Rough in:
Itis possibletofixthetoilet into 10” (255mm) or 12” (305mm)
rough in positioins byrotating the offset adaptor.
IMPORTANT:
ReducingwaxringMUSTNOTbeusedwheninstallingthis
toilet bowl as detailed inFig.2.
Working Water Pressure:
USA & Canada: Recommended working water pressure is
20-80psi (140-550Kpa).
Installation Procedure:
1. ItisimportantfortheinstallationofCaravelleSmart1PC
Washdowntoiletthattheclosetflangebeaccuratelysetout
from the finished wall as detailed in Fig.3.
2. Positionwaxsealandoffsetadaptoronto“T” boltsas
detailedinFig.4and5, ensuringthattheoffsetadaptoris
positionedfor10” (255mm) or 12” (305mm)roughinas
detailed in Fig.1.
3. Placefixingbracketonto“T” boltandsecureitbyhand
tighteningnutsandwashersontothe“T” bolts. Applyan
additionalturnforfinalinstallationasdetailedinFig.5.
4. Ensurethattheareaaroundtheclosetbowliscleanand
free from buildingmaterials.
5. Accuratelyaligntheclosetbowlovertheoffsetadaptor
and lower intoposition.
6. Itisrecommendedthatabeadofsiliconecaulkingis
applied fully around base of the closet bowl.
7. Remove any excess siliconecaulking.
8. InserttheplasticbushingandbrassbushingintotheBowl
fixingholeasshowninFig.6. Securethebushingsthrough
theholesinfixingbracketwithSSscrewsasshowninFig.7.
Cover the holes withcaps.
